News Coo are medium-sized gulls that deliver newspapers and wanted posters around the world. They wear hats to signify their employment and carry bags over their shoulders, just like a paperboy and a small bag that hangs on the neck to collect money from anyone that purchased the newspaper. They are the main source of news and information for people across the globe.

Why is this important info right now? Well, that is simple, Naruto just bought the latest edition of the paper, along with the wanted poster, which their are five. Naruto D Uzumaki: 90,000,000 Beli, Monkey D. Luffy: 30,000,000 Beli, "Iron Wall" Burgru: 124,000,000 Beli, Saga: 40,000,000 Belli, and "White Eyed" Neji: 25,000,000 Beli. This also means that the Uzumaki Pirate's Bounty as a whole is: 279,000,000 Beli.

As they reach Conomi Islands, and Cocoyasi Village, Naruto sees that Arlong Park has been destroyed. He says, "About time somebody beat Arlong. All though, I'd like to have done it myself."

Neji says, "From the Newspaper, it said that Luffy did it."

Naruto then orders, "We will land in Arlong Park!"

And that is exactly what they do. Naruto knew exactly what he had planned for this place. He asks, "Burgru?

Burgru answers, "Yes Captain?"

Naruto replies, "Can you build more than just ships, and boats?"

Burgru answers, "I did build that workshop in Shells Town, why?"

Naruto hands his shipwright his blueprints for the new Arlong Park, which will now be renamed to Uzushio. He also happened to handwrite everything he remembers about the Relentless.

The Relentless is a new class of ship: a Destroyer-class. It's main focus is on armor, and firepower. Which makes it somewhat slow. All though, with the additional paddle-wheels, it didn't really matter.

Uzushio would look just like the Hokage Tower. Except that it will be Uzumaki red, black and white. Also it will have the Uzumaki swirl on it, instead of the Kanji for "Fire", which is "火".

Naruto then says, "Use the water part for a workshop. I want the Relentless repainted to something sensible. Also get paint over anything having to do with the Marines. I'm going to Cocoyashi Village." Naruto then makes some Shadow Clones to help his crew.

As Naruto leaves Uzushio, he is reading a small orange book. This book is called Icha Icha, and he has rewritten it for this new world. His crew then replies, "Hai, Captain!"

Naruto then makes his return to Cocoyasi Village. How is he returning to a place he never been to, you may ask? That is where you are wrong. You see, when Naruto was sixteen, he made a Shadow Clone to explore a random village on a random island. The random village just so happened to be Cocoyasi Village.

He is glad that the village is doing so good, but shudders when he hears a cough. Naruto slowly turns around, and sees an average-sized young woman with light blue hair and tanned skin.

Her right arm and chest are heavily tattooed - a gesture of sympathy and condolence towards her little sister Nami, who was ashamed of her tattoo of Arlong's jolly roger. She wears a beige sleeveless shirt (sometimes a green button-up shirt with yellow stripes), blue trousers and purple sandals. Furthermore, she also wears pink lip gloss, and an elegant wedding ring on her left ring finger.

Naruto says, "Hello, Nojiko-chan. How have you been?"

Nojiko answers, "I've been good Naru-koi, but from what I have heard you have not been."

He then heard another voice, from the Sheriff: Genzo. He yells, "90,000,000 Beli for stealing a Marine ship, fighting Admiral Akainu, and facilitating a slave break from the World Nobles! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING, NARUTO!?"

Genzo once wore a pinwheel on his hat to distract Nami (because he wanted to see her laugh) when she was a baby because she was frightened by Genzo's face. All of Genzo's scars are from his first encounter with Arlong when he tried to stop him from taking Nami: Kuroobi attacked him and slashed his body several times.

Genzo is usually seen wearing a police uniform with short sleeves and pants. After the Straw Hats left Cocoyasi Village, he removed his pinwheel and placed it by Bell-mère's grave.

Naruto answers, " That I wasn't supposed to be seen, but I was still sensed. How foolish of me, a Chunin, who was taught by two Sannin. Orochimaru must be shaking in his new body at my actions."

Nojiko then threatenly says, "Naruto D. Uzumaki! This is not something to joke about! What would you do if I got hurt?"

Naruto replies, "Sorry Nojiko-chan. My previous boat, the ANBU was getting too small, My crew and I could barely fit in it. We needed a new ship, but didn't have the money. We are pirates after all, so we stole it."

A blade then appears at Naruto's neck. The blade is a dadao sword with a red handle and a circular tsuba. The blade of the sword gets broader as it gets farther away from the hilt.

Naruto looks at the person holding the sword. The man is an average-sized man with somewhat tanned skin. He is always seen wearing a pair of sunglasses and has a black tattoo on his left cheek that reads "sea" (海). He also has short, black hair. His eyebrows always seem to be pointing down to make a scowl, even when he is smiling. He wears a blue hooded jacket with a purple undershirt, tan pants, boots, and a watch on his left wrist. He does not appear to own a sheath for the sword, as it is shown being hung on his waist with a piece of looped cloth rather than a sheath.

Nojiko then says, "Johnny, don't."

Sadly, Johnny doesn't listen, and threatens, "Naruto D. Uzumaki, leave this island, or else! I will not let you hurt Nojiko-aneki!"

Naruto replies, "Johnny, is it? Can I ask you something?"

Johnny skeptical answers, "Sure, ask away."

Naruto asks, "While I thank you for protecting my Nojiko-chan, but why would I hurt my wife?"

Johnny is shocked at that revelation, and screams, "WIFE!?"

Nojiko replies, "Yes, Naruto is my baka husband. Why do you think I wear a wedding ring?"

Johnny answers, "Fashion?" While everyone just sweat drops.

Meanwhile back at Uzushio, Saga asks, "Did anyone hear that? Also why are we here?"

Neji then replies, "Is it me, or have none of you seen the tattoo of the ouroboros on his ring finger? It's obvious that our Navigator is Captain's wife"

Burgru then says, "So the Captain is a married man. Who would have thought."

Saga replies, "You know Neji, not everyone can see at the cellular level."

Back with Nojiko, and Naruto, who are at his mother-in-law, Belle-mere's house. Nojiko sadly asks, "How long are you staying here?"

Naruto answers, "I'm not leaving here without you, Noji-chan."

Nojiko replies, "But what about Kaa-chan's farm? Nami already left with Luffy, and his crew. I'm the only one left to take care of it."

Naruto answers, "We can hire people, and I'll pay them with whatever treasure I find. Please, Noji-chan. I have to have you by my side. I have also claimed Arlong Park as my own."

Nojiko then asks, "What if the Marines raid the farm?"

Naruto sighs. He answers, "I could become a Shichibukai."

Nojiko then replies, "In any way, We will talk about this later. I want to meet your crew, and spend as much time as I can with you."

So while Uzushio is being built that is exactly what they do.
