(A few days later)

Capping off NXT's victory over Raw and SmackDown at Survivor Series, all of Full Sail University were in a celebratory mood.

Tonight, NXT general manager William Regal proposed two triple threat matches to determine the next challengers for the NXT Championship and the NXT Women's Championship.

Tegan Nox vs. Io Shirai vs. Dakota Kai - Triple threat match to determine the number one contender for the NXT Women's Championship

Finn Balor vs. Adam Cole vs. Keith Lee - Triple threat match to determine the number one contender for the NXT Championship

Other matches included a battle royal for Kushida's next challenger for his NXT North American Championship along with Undisputed Era members Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish calling out #DIY for another title shot at the NXT Tag Team Championship.

In the locker room, Kenji knocked on his love's door, and he was immediately pulled in by Kairi, and as the door shut; she rubbed her body on him while she kisses him with love and passion.

Kairi brought the two of them to the couch while they were still kissing each other. Kenji grabbed her treasure butt, making the Pirate Princess moan in pleasure. Then Kairi went down to kiss his neck.

Kenji moaned softly in pleasure while he runs his hand on her thighs, making Kairi shiver and moan.

Kairi: mmhh babe, touch me more, it feels good

Kenji caressed her legs and massaged her treasure butt while Kairi kissed over his neck as she left multiple small marks on his neck. Then Kairi laid her head on his chest while she listened to his heartbeat while Kenji stroked her hair. 

Kenji: we won the main event, babe

Kairi: I know, the victory is still processing, the fact I stepped up to two former multiple time women's champions

Kenji: and me stepping up to two fellow New Japan Pro Wrestling alumnus

Kairi: hai, and I'm so proud of you babe

Kenji: Alex didn't fool around, he really did use what Randy Orton taught him

Kairi: he did learn from the best

Kenji: anyway, we saw the matches Mr. Regal advertised, who would you like to face?

Kairi: ooh, that is a good question; all of them are worthy contenders and I would like to face all of them, but if I have to choose one, then I would like to face Tegan-san, her performance at Survivor Series impressed me

Kenji: she was the sole Survivor

Kairi: hai, how about you?

Kenji: well since our match ended with an invasion from AJ, I would like to defend my NXT title against the Prinxe Finn Balor, even I agree with you to face all of them since Balor, Keith and Cole are all worthy contenders

Kairi nodded in agreement. Then the show started with the NXT North American title battle royal. The couple watched from the back as they saw Kushida joined the commentary booth to get the front row seat.

(A few minutes later)

The final two of the battle royal was the Undisputed Era's Roderick Strong and the Bruiserweight Pete Dunne. As the two fought to get the other over the top rope. Strong and Dunne fought tooth and nail, but as the dust settled, both went over the top rope and landed their feet on the floor.

Referees came and debated amongst each other on who landed first. NXT general manager William Regal came out and reviewed the replay. Every camera angle showed the moment, but it looked like a dead heat tie between Strong and Dunne. Then Kushida approached Mr. Regal and proposed an idea for both parties.

The idea is to have Kushida defend his title against both Roderick Strong and Pete Dunne in a triple threat match. Mr. Regal taught about it and agreed with Kushida's proposal, and the shook hands in agreement. The Time Splitter faced his two challengers as he raised his title.

(30 minutes later)

It was now time for the women's triple threat match to determine Kairi's next challenger for her NXT Women's Championship. Io, Dakota and Tegan.

All three women were all favorites, but only one can win and advance to face the Pirate Princess. The match started and punches and kicks were traded and connected between the three women. 

(Minutes later)

While Dakota and Tegan were fighting at ringside, Io was on the apron, and then she jumped from the top rope for a springboard moonsault, turning the momentum in Io's favor for the mean time.

(Towards the end)

Dakota connected with the GTK on Tegan, but the Welsh Superstar bounced back with a Shiniest Wizard. As Tegan went for the cover, Io stopped the count with an Asai Moonsault from out of camera range. The Genius of the Sky went for the cover on the Captain of Team Kick, but Dakota got her shoulder up before the three count.

At the end, after Io landed another Asai Moonsault which flattened Dakota, Tegan came out of nowhere to land the Shiniest Wizard for the three count and the opportunity for the women's title against Kairi.

Then the Pirate Princess' theme played and the champion came out to applaud and confront her next challenger. Kairi smiled as she got in the ring and hugged her friend. Then Kairi raised up her title and Tegan nodded as she is ready for her opportunity at the next Takeover.

Kairi, Io and Dakota congratulated Tegan on her win and opportunity.

Dakota: bestie, after your performance at Survivor Series, you deserve this win

Io: I agree

Kairi: hai

Tegan: thanks girls; Kairi, we'll have a five star match

Kairi: I am looking forward to it

(Minutes later)

It was now time for the main event triple threat match to determine Kenji's next challenger for the NXT Championship. All of the participants were worthy, but Kenji hopes for Finn to win it all.

Finn, Keith and Adam were ready as the bell rang. Keith used his size and strength to ground both Cole and Balor. The Limitless One did some offense that no man his size can do.

(Minutes later)

As Keith and Adam fought on the outside, Balor grounded both Cole and Lee with suicide flip to the outside.

(Later)

Balor grounded Cole with a slingblade, and is measuring the UE leader for the shotgun dropkick, but right behind him was the the Limitless Keith Lee rising up like a shark.

Keith grabbed Finn by the throat and shoved the Prinxe to the turnbuckles. Lee got in the ring and got Balor up on his shoulders and hits the Big Bang Catastrophe, but as Lee went for the pin. Cole came back and hits Keith with a superkick.

Cole slid down his kneepad, and hits Keith with the Last Shot, but as he went for the pin, Matt Riddle came in the ring and attacked Cole.

Balor joined in and got Riddle with a cheap shot from behind. Then a brawl erupted as all four men traded punches, throwing the match out all together. Kenji came running out and joined in on the brawl as the champion traded shots with Balor.

The five men brawled until NXT general manager William Regal came out to stop the chaos.

William: that is enough from all of you. All of you want your shot at Kenji's NXT title, then I have a match for that. It will be Kenji Cruz, Finn Balor, Adam Cole, Keith Lee and Matt Riddle in a ladder match for the NXT Championship, but it won't be a five man ladder match, there will be a sixth participant, and you'll all meet him at the next NXT Takeover

With the announcement made, Kenji will now defend his NXT title against Cole, Balor, Lee, Riddle and a sixth participant in a ladder match at the next NXT Takeover. All of the participants have a common goal on who is the sixth mystery man in the match.
