It was now Survivor Series, all three WWE brands go into war to see which brand is the best of the best. The card for the show was small, but the crowd were pleased with it, so they won't get tired throughout the show.

SmackDown's Tamina was replaced by Carmella after she was attacked by Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler backstage.

All of the match participants were in the locker rooms getting ready to represent their brands, but none was more excited and nervous than NXT Champion Kenji Cruz. His journey to the big leagues came true as he and Kairi are the main event along with the fact that the Survivor Series poster and chairs have the triple threat mixed tag participants on it.

Kenji: I'm on a poster and a chair, someone pinch me

Kairi playfully pinched her boyfriend in the arm.

Kenji: oww... babe

Kairi giggled.

Kairi: nani? You said pinch you

Kenji playfully stared Kairi down, but he instantly smiled. The couple sat down on the couch and looked at the event poster.

Kairi: can't believe we're the main event

Kenji: I know, it's still surreal and I'm still processing everything

Kairi kissed his cheek to let him know that everything is all real.

Kenji: aishiteru Kairi-san

Kairi tearfully smiled and stroked his cheek.

Kairi: I love you too, Kenji-kun

Kenji slid up her shorts to touch her bare thighs as the two had a passionate make out session, and luckily for them, their door was locked so no one will bother them.

(Later)

The show started with the triple threat tag team match. Kenji and Kairi along with Io, Dakota and Kushida watched Johnny and Tommaso representing the black and gold brand against two worthy opponents in the Street Profits and the Usos as all three teams are tag team specialists.

Johnny started off for NXT as he goes face to face with Montez Ford and Jey Uso. All three men had unique sequence as they traded every punch and kick thrown at them.

(Fast forward)

The Usos double superkicked both Dawkins and Ciampa and then countered an attempt aerial offense from Ford. Gargano took down Jimmy with his signature slingshot DDT followed by hitting Jey with a superkick of his own.

Then Dawkins came in to hit a thunderous spinebuster on Johnny and tags in Montez for the frog splash and hopes to get Raw on the board, but the pin was broken up by the Usos.

Dawkins was once again superkicked by the Usos. As Angelo was on his back, Jimmy and Jey looked to win for SmackDown as they hit the double splash. Jey went for the pin, but it was broken up by Ciampa and Ford.

Tommaso laid out Ford with the Fairytale Ending and Johnny took down Jimmy with a spear. #DIY saw Dawkins on his knees, and the NXT Tag Team Champions ended it with their signature Meeting in the Middle. Gargano went for the pin and Team NXT is up one point.

DIY celebrated their win as their friends watched from backstage.

Kenji: NXT is up by 1

Kushida: I'm now full of confidence going into my match

Kenji: good luck my friend, I saw Lashley is a tough one

Kushida: I know what to do

(Time skip)

It was now the triple threat match as Bobby Lashley, Jeff Hardy and Kushida go against each other.

(Fast forward)

Hardy and Kushida formed an alliance to take down the United States Champion, but most of their offense were absorbed as Lashley stayed on his feet, but then the two sent Lashley over the top rope to narrow down the match to a one on one for the time being.

Kushida got Hardy for a German suplex count, but the Intercontinental Champion kicked out at two. Kushida grabbed Hardy's foot, but Jeff countered into a spinning kick. Then Lashley came back in and shoulder tackled both men, sending them flying across the ring.

After Hardy missed a Swanton Bomb, Kushida locked in the Hoverboard Lock, and Jeff was about to tap, but Lashley came in and locked in the full nelson on Kushida. Kushida tried to fight out of it, but Lashley's strength was too much, and the North American Champion had no choice but to tap out. With the win, Raw is on the board.

The next match was the traditional tri-branded women's Survivor Series match and all three teams were ready.

Team Raw (Asuka, Charlotte Flair, Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler and Nikki Cross) vs. Team SmackDown (Bayley, Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott, Lacey Evans and Carmella) vs. Team NXT (Rhea Ripley, Io Shirai, Tegan Nox, Dakota Kai and Toni Storm) - Women's Survivor Series Elimination triple threat match

Asuka, Liv Morgan and Tegan Nox started off for their brands. All three women traded punches and kicks until Tegan fazed Asuka with a step up knee to narrow down to a one on one in the mean time as Tegan stared down Liv. The two locked up, but then Asuka came back after laying both Tegan and Liv with a diving crossbody.

Ruby Riott was eliminated by Nia Jax

Lacey Evans was eliminated by Asuka

Shayna Baszler was eliminated by Rhea Ripley

Rhea Ripley was eliminated by Charlotte Flair

Nikki Cross was eliminated by Toni Storm

Toni Storm was eliminated by Nia Jax

Carmella was eliminated by Dakota Kai

Bayley was eliminated by Tegan Nox

Charlotte Flair was eliminated by Liv Morgan after Tegan Nox landed the Shiniest Wizard on the Queen.

Asuka was eliminated after some miscommunication with teammate Nia Jax and then the Empress of Tomorrow was flattened from Io's Asai Moonsault.

Liv Morgan, the last remaining member for team SmackDown worked together with the NXT team to neutralize Raw's Nia Jax. The alliance paid off as Liv flattened Jax with the ObLIVion followed by Tegan hitting a Shiniest Wizard on the Irresistible Force.

Nia Jax was down and out as Io flattened her with another moonsault with Liv going for the pin.

It was down to a three on one situation, SmackDown's Liv Morgan has an uphill battle against three of NXT's best in Tegan Nox, Dakota Kai and Io Shirai.

(A few minutes later)

Liv started to make a come back after stunning Dakota with a step up enziguri followed by another ObLIVion for the pin to make it two on one. 

Io came in and looked to capitalize, but Liv countered into a roll up pin, only for Shirai to kick out. The Genius of the Sky took down Liv with a dropkick. Io seemed to wrap up another win for NXT as she climbed to the top turnbuckle to hit Liv with a moonsault. As Io jumped, Liv moved out of the way, making Io land on nothing but canvas. Io stumbled to the ropes and Liv took the opportunity to hit another ObLIVion on Io to make it one on one.

It was now down between Liv Morgan and Tegan Nox.

(Fast forward)

It was counter after counter between the two women as they have a similar goal in mind, prove to the women's champions of their respective brands that they deserve title shots. Nox went for a Shiniest Wizard, but Liv ducked and rolled out of the way to counter with a German suplex, causing Tegan to stumble to the ropes. The Riott Squad member took the opportunity to hit one last ObLIVion, but Nox held on to the ropes causing Liv to slip with Tegan hitting a final Shiniest Wizard for the win.

Tegan Nox is the sole Survivor.

Kenji and everyone were all impressed.

Kenji: wow, that is just... wow

Kairi: hai, I agree, that was a great match

Kushida: so many going back and forth

With Tegan's win, NXT are up at 2 while Raw has 1 and SmackDown has 0. The second to last match was the men's Survivor Series elimination match, and all 15 participants were ready.

The three participants starting off were the three huge men: Raw's Drew McIntyre, SmackDown's Braun Strowman and NXT's Keith Lee. The three big men all had speed when they tried to faze each other. Strowman barely fazed Lee with a dropkick while McIntyre nearly fazed Strowman with a monstrous clothesline.

The Limitless One pounced on both men, nearly making them lose their balance as they stumble to their respective corners. Owens and Zayn tagged in for their teams while Riddle asked Keith to tag in.

Then the three men came in, but the Original Bro stepped aside to let Zayn and Owens go at it. The two NXT alumnus and bitter rivals traded punches until Riddle stopped them by landing a dropkick on both men.

Keith Lee hit a monstrous Spirit Bomb on the Big Dog, but Reigns kicked out. Then the Limitless looks to end it with a moonsault, but Roman rolled out of the way and finishes Lee off with a thunderous spear for the win and earning a point for SmackDown.

Post-match, Keith and Roman showed respect and sportsmanship as the two shared a fist bump as Roman is the sole Survivor.

With the Big Dog's win, the current standings are as follows:

Now it was time for the first ever triple threat mixed tag team champions match, the career defining moment for Kenji. Kairi shared a kiss with him to help boost his confidence.

Kairi: are you ready?

Kenji: hai, I am

Kairi interlocked her hand with his as the two NXT champions left the locker room for the main event.

Alex Auditore and Alexa Bliss (WWE Champion and Raw Women's Champion) vs. AJ Styles and Sasha Banks (Universal Champion and SmackDown Women's Champion) vs. Kenji Cruz and Kairi Sane (NXT Champion and NXT Women's Champion) - Champions Triple Threat Mixed Tag team match

The match went underway and the ones to start off were the women's champions. Alexa, Sasha and Kairi traded verbal blows until the Pirate Princess launched the first shot with a right hand to Sasha followed by a kick to Alexa.

The Pirate Princess went to war against the Goddess and the Legit Boss, and Kairi held her ground against two former multi time women's champions. Kairi fazed Sasha with a step up enziguri, causing her to stumble to the corner where AJ tagged himself in, and per mixed tag rules, the men have to come in.

The three NJPW alumnus came face to face with some past bad blood coming since they were part of rival factions; Alex and AJ were part of Bullet Club and Kenji was part of CHAOS.

Kenji immediately took down AJ with a clothesline and started to connect punches to Alex. The Samurai Irish whipped Alex to the turnbuckle, but the Pharaoh fired back with a clothesline, just like his mentor Randy Orton. Then Alex took down AJ with a standing dropkick. He saw Kenji rolling to the outside, and Alex pursuited him.

Alex got Kenji and flattened him with a belly to back suplex on the announce table, neutralizing Kenji for the time being and keep it one on one with Styles.

Alex slid back in the ring and he was met by Styles' Phenomenal Blitz. Styles went for an early cover, but Alex kicked out.

(Fast forward)

Alex got both AJ and Kenji with a double hanging DDT, but was forced to exit out after Kairi tagged herself in. The Pirate Princess got in to trade punches with the Goddess, but the two were both flattened by a double meteora from Sasha. 

The action spilled to the outside as Alex and AJ traded blows; then Kenji joined the fray as well as Alexa and Sasha. Kairi saw the ongoing brawl, and the Pirate Princess climbed to the top turnbuckle.

Kairi jumped and did her signature Insane Elbow, taking everyone out, including the men. There were numerous replays from every angle of the Pirate Princess' high risk maneuver.

The women were the legal persons, and Kairi got Alexa and put her back in the ring. As Kairi went back in, she was met with a right forearm shot from the Goddess, knocking down Kairi. Then Alexa got to the top turnbuckle and flattened her with the Twisted Bliss.

As Alexa went for the pin, Sasha came back in and locked in the Bank Statement on the Goddess; then Alexa saw Alex on the apron extending his arm out.

Alex: come on babe!

Alexa used her strength and managed to tag in her love, forcing Sasha to break the hold. Alex saw AJ on the apron, and got him again with the hanging DDT, but the Phenomenal One used his veteran instincts to roll out of the ring, forcing Alex to pursue him.

Alex got AJ and was clueless because behind them was Kenji climbing up to the top turnbuckle. As Alex and AJ turned around, Kenji jumped and flattened them both with the Rodan Roll. Replays showed various angles and a slow motion video of the spot.

Kenji got Alex and threw him back in the ring. Then the NXT Champion looked to end it with Gojira, but Alex got out of it and lands the AKO on the Samurai. Alex went for the pin, but it was broken up from AJ's springboard 450.

Styles picked up Kenji and flattens him with the Styles Clash, but the NXT Champion kicked out at two and a half. AJ went to the apron, and prepared for the Phenomenal Forearm; as Alex and Kenji got up, Styles launched, but Kenji got out of way, making Alex to take the shot. Alex rolled out of the ring, and Kenji got AJ with the Gojira, but Styles kicked out at the last second.

(Fast forward towards the end)

After Kenji hit two Gojira on Alex and AJ, Alexa tagged herself in, and flattened Sasha with the snap DDT, but then Kairi came in and speared the Goddess. Then Kairi took the opportunity to hit the Insane Elbow on Sasha for the pinfall victory.

Kenji and Kairi were the winners of the first ever triple threat mixed tag team match, along with the fact that they won the battle for NXT as the black and gold brand got 3 points.

Kenji got in the ring and kneeled and hugged his girlfriend as they helped each other up; he kissed her head and the two hugged.

The Samurai and Pirate Princess got their titles and raised them up while Kairi kissed Kenji's cheek.
