This week's NXT was the special episode Triple H set up last week in which he invited members of the Raw and SmackDown roster. Some of the matches advertised for tonight are dream matches becoming reality such as:

Kushida vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

Dakota Kai and Io Shirai vs. Sasha Banks and Bayley

Keith Lee vs. Braun Strowman

Randy Orton vs. Cameron Grimes

The main event was the mixed tag team match:

Kenji Cruz and Kairi Sane vs. Alex Auditore and Alexa Bliss

The Pinoy Samurai and NXT Champion was warming up for the main event as he will be in the ring with the WWE Champion tonight. As Kenji stretched, his locker room door open and it was his Pirate Princess.

The NXT Women's Champion slowly sneaked up behind her boyfriend and wrapped her arms around him.

Kenji: oh hi babe

Kairi: hi my love

The Samurai turned around to face the Pirate Princess.

Kenji: are you nervous for tonight?

Kairi: a bit because it's us versus the WWE Champion and Raw Women's Champion in the main event

Kenji put his hands on Kairi's cheeks to calm her down.

Kenji: babe, we will show Alex and Alexa that this is our house

He smiled and kissed her forehead which made her smile and blush.

Kairi: you always know how to calm me down

Kenji: of course babe

The Pirate Princess smirked and she went to lock Kenji's door. Then Kairi went up close to him and rubbed her body on the Pinoy Samurai which made him tense up and shiver.

Kenji: Kairi-san...

The Pirate Princess knew that rubbing her body against Kenji is one of his weaknesses. Then Kairi went behind him and embraced the Samurai. Kenji felt a soft feeling against his back.

Kenji: Kairi-san, your chest...

Kairi giggled at his discomfort, meaning she got him where she wants. Kenji felt Kairi's "chest buns" squeezing against his back which brought chills down his spine.

After Kairi rubbed on Kenji for a minute, the Pirate Princess wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him down for a loving kiss on his lips. Kenji immediately kissed Kairi back as the both of them eased their stress for their career defining match tonight.

The couple went to watch the show as the NXT North American Champion Kushida goes against former NXT Champion, the King of Strong Style Shinsuke Nakamura.

The NJPW graduates traded back and forth shots as Kushida managed to kick out from Nakamura's Kinshasa. Then the Time Splitter ended the match as he made Nakamura tapped out to the Hoverboard Stretch.

Kenji clapped for his friend as the show shifted to Alex and Alexa warming up in their locker room.

Then the next match was a women's tag team match as Io and Dakota are teaming up against Sasha and Bayley. After a back and forth competitive contest between the two teams, it looked like Sasha and Bayley were about to take the win as the Legit Boss locked the Bank Statement on the Captain of Team Kick, but the submission hold was broken up as Io flattened Sasha with her moonsault. Then Io took out Bayley with a suicide dive. Back in the ring, Dakota got Sasha and nailed the Boss with the Go to Kick or GTK for the win. 

Then the next match was a battle of the behemoths as the Limitless One Keith Lee goes one on one against the  Monster Among Men Braun Strowman. It was back and forth between the two giants, but in the end, Keith won after landing a monstrous Spirit Bomb on the Strowman for the win.

The second to last match was a one on one match as Cameron Grimes goes against Randy Orton after Grimes called out the Viper to come to NXT, which was a huge mistake for CG. The match was back and forth between the two men, and Grimes nearly pulled an upset after nailing Orton with the Cave In, but the Viper kicked out. Grimes went for another Cave In, but Orton caught him and toss him up for a midair RKO and for the Viper's pinfall win on the black and gold brand. 

Now in a few minutes, it was almost time for the main event mixed tag team match. Kenji and Kairi were both ready as they are going to show the WWE's top couple what they're all about. Kenji exited his locker room and walked to Kairi's locker room with his NXT title draped over his shoulder; he went inside to see the Pirate Princess putting her title in her treasure chest.

Kairi: Kenji-kun

Kenji: hey, are you ready?

Kairi: hai, just let me put my hat on

The NXT Women's Champion put her hat on and grabbed her treasure chest as she exited her locker room. Kenji closed her door and went to the gorilla to wait for their cue.

(In the ring)

The NXT Universe were cheering loud as Alex's theme played and the WWE Champion made his entrance as he is back to where it all started for him. The Pinoy Pharaoh got in the ring and raised his WWE title as his loving wife, the Goddess and Raw Women's Champion Alexa Bliss made her return back to the black and gold brand.

Alexa made her trademark entrance as Alex smiled and clapped for his wife. After the Goddess did her signature title pose, she went over to her husband Alexa and kissed him on the lips.

The WWE Champion and Raw Women's Champion waited for their opponents while the crowd cheered their names. Then Kenji's theme played and the NXT Champion made his entrance. The Pinoy Samurai took in the cheering crowd as he saw Alex and Alexa in the ring. Kenji got in and nodded in respect at the married couple. Then Kairi's theme played and out came the NXT Women's Champion. Kairi did her cute signature entrance as she posed on the top turnbuckle.

Then Kairi got down and went beside Kenji as the NXT couple and the WWE couple stared each other down while the crowd cheered loud as the dream match is happening.

The participants who started off the match was the women's champions as Alexa and Kairi stared down at each other. They did a sportsmanship handshake and the Goddess and the Pirate Princess locked up. As the two women traded shots, the crowd were chanting, "this is awesome!"

(A few minutes later)

After ducking shot after shot, Kairi and Alexa smirked and nodded at each other. Then the crowd shouted at the two women to make a tag to their respective boyfriends. Kairi and Alexa played along with the crowd as they pointed at Kenji and Alex while the NXT Universe cheered loud. The two women happily obliged and tagged in the two men. Kenji and Alex smirked at each other as they stepped up to each other while they stood in the middle of the ring.

The WWE Champion and the NXT Champion took in the cheering crowd as they prepared to lock up. Alex got Kenji in a side headlock and the Samurai pushed him to the ropes to hit a dropkick, stunning the Pharaoh.

Alex got back up and was surprised of Kenji's athleticism while he nodded as he was impressed.

Alex got Kenji with an AKO, and the WWE Champion went for the pin, but to the shock of the Pharaoh and the crowd, the Pinoy Samurai got his shoulder at the last second. At the outside, Kairi and Alexa were brawling until the Goddess threw her back in the ring. Then Kairi took down Alexa with a spear.

The Pharaoh went for another AKO, but Kenji countered it and fazed Alex with a roundhouse kick. Then he got the Pharaoh in position and nails the WWE Champion with the Gojira Canadian Destroyer. Kenji went for the pin and was in shock as he pinned the WWE Champion clean in the ring.

Kairi got in the ring and hugged and kissed Kenji as they defeated the WWE's top couple clean. The referee handed them their titles and the Samurai and Pirate Princess raised their titles.

Then Alex and Alexa recovered and got in the ring and shared the ring with Kenji and Kairi. The Pharaoh and his Goddess wife held their hands out as they nodded in respect for the NXT couple. Kenji and Kairi nodded and shook their hands as they bowed at each other.

After Alex and Alexa got out of the ring, Kenji and Kairi shared a kiss in the middle of the ring as the show ended.

(At their hotel room)

As Kairi was in the bathroom washing up, Kenji was in bed looking over Instagram to see pictures of his and Kairi's career defining win over Alex and Alexa. 

A minute later, Kairi came in wearing her night clothes and Kenji just admired her cuteness.

Kairi saw he was looking at her and she giggled and smiled.

Kairi: what are you looking at, Kenji-kun?

Kenji: nothing, I'm just admiring my cute and beautiful Pirate girlfriend

Kairi lightly blushed as she got in bed and laid on Kenji's chest. The Samurai put his phone on the table beside the bed and gave his attention to Kairi.

Kairi: tonight was the biggest win in our careers

Kenji: it's still so surreal that I just pinned Alex

Kairi: believe it babe, and I shared the ring with Alexa

The couple smiled at each other and the Pirate Princess got on top and put her hand on his cheek as she leaned in and kissed him on the lips. Kenji instantly kissed her back. The Samurai's hands roamed Kairi's back, making her moan in relaxation. Kairi grabbed one of his hands and placed it on her treasure butt. Kenji gave it a light squeeze, making Kairi giggle.

After their make out session, Kairi pulled back and laid her head on his chest.

Kairi: let's sleep now, babe

Kenji: hai

The Pinoy Samurai pulled the covers over their bodies.

Kairi: Kenji-kun, give me your hand

Kenji: okay...

He gave his hand to Kairi, and the Pirate Princess placed it on her soft thigh.

Kenji: feeling comfortable, babe?

Kairi: comfortable and warm

The Pirate Princess smiled and snuggled into his chest as she fell asleep. Kenji lightly stroked and touch Kairi's leg as he kissed her head and fell asleep.
