No One POV

While at sea, Luffy, Sanji, Yosaku, and Y/n are on their way to where Nami is heading. Luffy yawns as he wakes up from his nap, "The weather's so great!" He then starts looking around, "Is the Grand Line far, far away that way?! Or is it maybe this way?! That way?! This way?! This is so exciting!"

"You're annoying. Sit still, will ya?" Sanji complains as he's been sitting down and enjoying the view before Luffy has woken up.

"Don't be like that." Y/n spoke as he was on top of the ship looking around, plus wanting to feel the breeze. "He now has new members and we now know where the lady is at, so that's further his goal in being at the Grand Line."

"Exactly!!" Luffy stretched as he was now in front of Y/n, squishing their cheeks, "You get it!"

"Get off of him!" Sanji yells as he kicks Luffy off of Y/n.

"Say, Yosaku. Are we almost where Nami is heading?" Y/n asks as Yosaku looks like he's losing his mind, "You guys are soft-minded! Too soft-minded! Don't you get it?! Minute by minute, we're heading right for the infamous Arlong!"

It was almost like Yosaku was remembering what happened before everything that occurred previously; "Big Sis's eyes were glued to Arlong's picture when she saw it! She wasn't her normal self! Big Sis Nami plans to take down Arlong and collect his 20 million Berry bounty! She may already be inside his compound as we speak!"

Luffy yawns, "Well, let's have some food!"
"Yeah!" Sanji agrees as Y/n follows, "I can use some grubs!"

"Are you guys even listening!!" Yosaku yells as his eyes look like they're going to pop out, "Don't tell me you guys never heard of Arlong?!"

"Arlong? Who's that?" Sanji asks as Luffy looks confused, "Never heard of him."

Yosaku looks at Y/n in the last hope he has. "I've heard of him." Yosaku smiles in joy. "But I don't care." Immediately falls in defeat.

"So can you tell us about him!" Luffy asked as Sanji was getting a little curious. "Well... let me try and remember about him..." Y/n puts his hands on his chin as he thinks.

"For starts his a fish-man, no Luffy not a fisherman but a fish-man, a race that inhabit and rule the seas, so they have fish-like appearances. No Luffy, not a fish that has human legs, and no, not a human that has fish tails, those are merfolks. Fish-men have both human legs and fish-like features. I think what made me remember him was that he used to rampage through the Grand Line. The Grand Line is also called a pirate graveyard partially because of the Seven Warlords of the Sea."

"The who?" Luffy tilts his head. "So..." Y/n looks around trying to think of an explanation, "They're government-authorized pirates."

"What?" Sanji sat up as he was confused, "Why would pirates get government approval?"

"In return for their alliance with the World Government, every member's bounty gets frozen, and they had significantly more leeway to commit crimes." Y/n starts to chuckle, "Although they worked for the World Government, they typically did not care about nor respect the Government or even the other Warlords and were often considered by the Marines to be no different from any other pirate."

"Also, "Hawk Eyes" Mihawk is one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea."

"That's awesome!" Luffy claps with his feet, "There's seven of those guys?! The Seven Warlords are awesome!" 

"What does this have to do with Arlong?" Sanji asks, "Is he one of them?"

"Oh pfft-no!" Y/n laughs a bit, "His comrade is Jinbe who is one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea and Arlong used to commit so many things in the Grand Line. I think he has taken over about 20 towns, give or take, and that makes him stronger than Krieg."

"Then why would Nami-san go after this guy all by herself?" Sanji asks as he is confused as to why she would do it alone.

"One reason could be bout his bounty?" Y/n shrugs, "But I'm thinking, Nami has a personal vendetta against Arlong, so with him having a bounty, that's like a 'Ding-Dong! Opportunity' for her."

"So you know all this and still choose to go with this?!" Yosaku jumps back up and shakes Y/n. Y/n grabs Yosaku's hands and smiles, "Yep!"

Yosaku falls back down in defeat. "I never really seen a fish-man before, so this is a chance for me to see them. Plus let's be real, I can handle the little guppies." Y/n giggles.

"Anyways, let us have some food." Sanji stands up and goes to make food. "Yeah! Food!" Luffy cheers.

Meanwhile, Nami arrives at Arlong Park, "I'm back here...My home town..."

"All right. Here is this month's amount. Accept it."

"Arlong-kun." A Marine smiles as he takes the money, "You're on a completely different level of intellect than ordinary pirates. You truly know how to get ahead in the world."

Arlong is a large, muscular, light blue saw-shark fish-man whose most distinctive trait is his saw-shaped nose. He has long, black hair reaching down to his shoulders and with a widow's peak. On his head, he wears a brown ushanka. He has a fin on his nape, surrounded by his hair, and his gills are located on both sides of his neck. His Sun tattoo is on the left side of his chest, while his own Jolly Roger is on his left forearm. Other notable features include thin, fierce light-blue eyes and a long, angular jaw.

Arlong's attire is composed of fashionable, light clothes, reflecting his rich status as well as his background as a thug. He wears a short-sleeved, unbuttoned yellow cabana shirt decorated by many black lightning-like spots, Bermuda shorts which are brown in the manga and green in the anime, a purple sash around the waist, and simple sandals. He also sports a lot of jewels: he has a golden chain bracelet around his left wrist and two golden bracelets around each ankle, with straw-like decorations hanging from them. On his hands are what appear to be rings, decorated by colorful gems.

Arlong laughs at the Marine, "Likewise! Befriending me means you can milk the East Blue all you want! For a navy colonel, you're wise to realize that!"

"Thanks as always." The Corrupt Marine smiles and makes Arlong laugh again, "Now you say that? A good world is one in which money flows well! Money is good. You can trust it more than anything. Wouldn't you agree?"

"Indeed." The Corrupt Marine nodded. "I hate humans, but good sports like you are an exception."

"Well, I should be going..." The Marine stood as he was getting ready to leave. "Come drink with us sometimes! Let's have fun!" Arlong suggested.

"Haha! It wouldn't be good for a navy ship on patrol to be spotted on a pirate island. I'll be taking my leave." The Marine explains as he starts heading out to leave.

"Hey! The colonel's heading back! Take him to his ship!" Arlong orders as one of his men starts taking them to their ship.

'You damn fishman. You're creepy as hell.' The Marine insults in thought, 'But you're great as pay dirt!'

Nami was walking as she reached the base and a child started running to her with his sword. "Hey, you! Out of the way! I'm here to kill Arlong! Arlong killed my dad!"

Nami stares down at the kid as she has the look of sadness. The kid was crying, "Move, or I'll kill you, too!"

Nami reaches into her chest, quickly pulls out her polearm weapon, and wacks the kid. "Arlong doesn't have time to bother with little brats like you! Now go home!" She then tossed some cash near the beaten child, "Use that to at least keep yourself safe."

She then walks into the base as Arlong notices her. "Oh! You're back Nami! That was a long trip! Well? How was your haul this time?"

"Couldn't have gone better!" Nami answers as she shows her bag, "I earned a ton! I found so many suckers who are fooled so easily!"

Arlong laughs, "Betrayl is your forte!" Nami smirks, "I guess."

"Hey! Brothers!" Arlong shouts getting everyone's attention, "Our friend has returned! Prepare a party!"

Many of Arlong's fishmen crew pop out of the water in cheering.
"--It's Nami!"
"--Nami's back!"

Nami was clenching her fist as she looked at the others with a smug smile.

Meanwhile, another ship was approaching the island. There are Zoro, Usopp, and Johnny. 

Zoro is sitting as is holding on to his sword. His upper body is wrapped with bandages because of the injury he sustained from fighting "Hawk Eye" Mihawk.

"W-W-We're finally here! Arlong Park!" Johnny stutters as he is scared. Zoro looks back as Usopp also takes a look, "So this is the hideout of the fishman Arlong, who came from Grand Line?! Is Nami here?!"

"Big Sis Nami was on the Going Merry, so let's first see if it's stopped on this island or not!" Johnny suggested. "G-Good idea!" Usopp quickly nods agreeing with Johnny's idea.

Zoro stands up as he raises his sword glaring at the island, "We're busting in."

"W-Why are we suddenly doing that?!" Usopp and Johnny yell together. "Are you stupid?! We haven't even found any clues yet?!" Usopp protests as Johnny joins in, "We're dealing with those fishmen, you know! We gotta have a strategy first!"

"Forget that tedious stuff. Luffy told me to bring her back." Zoro turns as he gets ready to draw his sword, "I'm going to do that, no matter who we're dealing with!"

"Not good..." Usopp and Johnny look at each other in fear.

"Let's go!" Zoro orders, only for Usopp and Johnny hitting his head with a hammer and tying him with rope and sailing around the island.

Usopp looks around as he soon spots their stolen ship, "There it is! I found it! It's the Going Merry!..." Soon the realization hits him, "Oh no...The Going Merry is here..."

"Hey! Untie me!!" Zoro yells as he struggles to get out. However, none of the two paid attention to him as they looked at the map, "We're farther east of Arlong Park...Cocoyashi Village. But...why is the ship stopped so far from the village?"

"Un-Tie-Me!!!" Zoro yells. "Yeah, sure!" Usopp smiles, "Have our current strongest who almost died go out there and fight Arlong and all of his healthy crew!" He smacks Zoro's chest causing the swordsman to jump in pain, "Let's totally that huh you idiot!!"

'I am so going to chop him up someday!' Zoro declared in his mind.

"I'll bring the girl back!" Usopp declares. "You're in high spirits, now that you know she's not in Arlong Park..." Johnny commented.

"Right rudder, full! Pull the boat up to the Going Merry!" Usopp orders as Johnny follows, "Right!"

"All right! I hereby title this brave image of me about to tend unknown soil, "Captain Usopp's Grand Adventure"!" Usopp declares but is immediately cowardly when he notices three fishmen at the dock.

"Are you alright?!" Johnny looks at Usopp with concern and confusion. "There! There!" Usopp whisper-yells as he points where the resident fishmen are. Now quietly ducks as they go past them.

"--Full speed ahead!"
"--Right!"

"Why did you just pass by it?!" Zoro yells as both Usopp and Johnny shush him. "Did you see that?! There were fishmen there!" Usopp scolds Zoro, "They're Arlong's crew! They're scary! Somethin' wrong with that?!"

"Don't you snap at me!" Zoro yells as he kicks Usopp, nose first, in the face.

"I guess this whole area is seriously under Arlong's control!" Johnny scratches his head, "What now?"

"We'll just say we couldn't bring Nami back!" Usopp suggested.

"Untie me, you idiots!" Zoro protests at the suggestion. But Zoro's yelling lets the fishmen know about their boat.

"--Never seen that boat before."
"--It's suspicious."

Two of them dive into the water as Johnny and Usopp jump in fear. "Escape!" Usopp bolts away. "Agreed!" Johnny bolts away with Usopp.

"Hold it, you two!" Zoro yells but the two of them dived into the water, "Are you serious! Untie me!!"

The two fishmen jump into the boat as they notice the tied Zoro. "Huh? Is it just him?" One of the fishmen looks around wanting to know if there are more crew members on the boat. The other fishmen chuckles at Zoro, "Were you banished from somewhere or somethin'?"

"I-I guess..." Zoro answers as he starts to sweat nervously. "I'm going to kill those guys!"

"Ah! So you got these injuries from being tortured!" The second fishmen concluded as the first one came back, "Alright! Let's take him back to Arlong-san for now!"

Johnny and Usopp come out of the water as Usopp bows his head, "Forgive us, Zoro! I'll tell Luffy you were a truly brave man!" Then Johnny starts crying, "What an unlucky person! I'll never forget about you, Big Bro!"

"All right, then! Let's go on dry land for now!" Immediately both start swimming to the nearest land. "There should be a town called Gosa up there!"

Johnny and Usopp arrive onshore at Gosa Village, only to find the entire village had been destroyed, and all houses had been flipped upside-down. "W-What happened to this town?!"

"I heard Arlong ravaged it a few weeks back, but..." Johnny double-looks around to see if what he is seeing is correct. "All the houses have been flipped over!" Usopp looks at the area in shock.

"I heard fishmen generally have ten times the strength of humans!" Johnny started shaking in fear, "In short, could this be how strong people from the Grand Line are?!"

A resident was walking towards the two Johnny was getting scared as soon as he saw who the person was, and started quickly running towards the nearest alleyway.

Meanwhile, Usopp is unaware of the stranger approaching him. "But how'd even the street get like this?"

"That was the doing of a monster called Momoo." The stranger is a fishmen and Usopp isn't aware, "Monster? This place even has monsters?"

"We brought him from the Grand Line." The fishmen explained. "From Grand Line huh?" Usopp froze, "..."We"?" And now Usopp looks back and screams in fear.

"You're with that guy who got banished, aren't you?!" The fishmen try to grab Usopp, but he takes off running like a roadrunner, "Bye! Bye! Bye!!!"

"Get back here!" The fishmen yells chasing Usopp.

All the meanwhile, back to Sanji, Luffy, Y/n, and Yosaku. Sanji is in the kitchen as he's making food for the hungry men outside.

"That looks great!" Luffy started drooling as Yosaku pushed Luffy out of the way. "Lemme see! Lemme see!"

Unknown to them, because of the smell of the food, an underwater creature started to swim in following the smell.

All four men started to eat their food as the three of them started to praise Sanji. "You're great, Big Bro Sanji! This is top-notch seasoning!" Yosaku prasies as he was chowing down his food.

"I want to make dinner for Y/n-kun more than I do for you guys." Sanji was drinking his wine. "How cute." Y/n smiles as he pats Sanji's head, making the cook jump and bounce around the ship in joy. 'I'm never washing this hair again!!!'

"I hope you manage to get Big Sis Nami to join again!" Luffy looked at Yosaku as he was eating, "We will! She's our navigator-!"

Luffy couldn't finish his sentence because he was choking. Y/n grabs some water and tilts Luffy's head, "Drink this."

Luffy stares a bit before going towards Y/n's chest. "I meant the water," Y/n put his hand under Luffy's chin and guided his face to the cup, now drinking it. "That's a good captain."

Unknown to them, Sanji was looking at Luffy with dark malice while holding a knife. Y/n blinks in noticing something as he looks to the side where the ocean is.

Back at Arlong Park, the two fishmen that had the tied-up Zoro was at the gate. "We've brought someone sus!" One of the fishmen yells as the gate opens.

Zoro is now being interrogated by Arlong, "I'll ask again. Just why have you come here?"

"I already told you--I'm looking for a girl! Half-fish bastard!" Zoro answers with some insults. Arlong smiles at Zoro with malicious intent, "You got a big mouth for a lowly human. I'll excuse you this time, but never say "half-fish" again. We fishmen are "evolved humans" who've gained the ability to breathe underwater. Those fish abilities result in us being superior to you. As proof, we possess numerous abilities that surpass those of humans! Get it through your head that fishmen are the lord of all things! Humans defying fishmen are defying the laws of nature!"

"I'm sick of those ridiculous opinions of yours, Arlong." Nami comes out as Zoro is shocked.

"Don't look so stern, Nami." Arlong waves his hand, "You may be human, but you're an exception. You're a skilled surveyor and a prized member of the Arlong Pirates! You make truly accurate sea charts for us!"

Nami stares down at Zoro, "I have far more smarts than you guys. It's only natural."

"What is this?! Nami!" Zoro glares at Nami, "What does he mean, "surveyor"? Why are you acting all friendly-like with this guy?!"

"Oh? He's an acquantise of yours?" Arlong asks as Nami looks in disgust, "Don't be ridiculous. He was just my prey." She walk towards Zoro, "I swiped a whole load of treasure from this guy this time around. To think he'd follow me here, without any idea he'd been tricked...Talk about unbelievably stupid."

Zoro glares at Nami, "So these are your true colors, huh? After you hated pirates so much before."

"Surprise?" Nami smirks, "It was all an act. Does this make it clear enough?" Nami shows her arm as Zoro's eyes widen, "T-That's..." He looks up and sees that it's a mark that looks the same as Arlong's flag.

"I'm a pirate, plain and simple! And a leader of the Arlong Pirates!"
