Bella lie there, where ever she was, not knowing where that was.
Barry on the other hand was on his way to National City with Iris, Cisco, Caitlin, Wally, Joe, and Jesse.
Barry has the others check into a hotel, while he goes to Cat Co.
"Hey Barry" Kara says as she sees him exit the elevator.
"I need your help" he responds "It's Bella, "the magenta speedster" she's ten, she was kidnapped, while hiding in the bathroom at the precinct, while everyone was being held as hostages."
"Barry let's take this conversation to the DEO" Kara says leading Barry back to the elevator.

Later they meet up with everyone at the DEO.
"Who might these young people be" Alex asks looking at Jesse, and Wally.
"My brother Wally" Iris responds
"And my girlfriend Jesse" Wally finishes for Iris.
"Barry, someone's broken into the lab" Cisco says after an alarm on his phone and tablet goes off.
"Pull up the video feed" Barry says, Cisco pulling it up on the big screen in the DEO.
"Dude Bella's suit just floated away on its own!" Cisco says amazed
"That's the most wanted meta human in National City's work" Alex says, pulling up a file on a Meta.
"This guy he can go from a human to an invisible ghost" Kara says, pictures being put on the screen of sightings of him.
"And this guy has Bella? But why?" Barry questions.
"Good question" Iris states
"He's not a good person, he kills often and a lot, his specialty, slow painful deaths" Hank states of course being a Donny downer.
"Hi agents of the DEO, I think I have someone you care about" a voice says as a video pops up on the screens.
The video shows Bella, her hands are bound by a rope, its glowing blue, and her in her suit.
"Barry, whatever they want, what ever they want, please, please I'm begging you, don't do it, don't give in there's........" Bella says being interrupted by the Meta-huma punching her in the stomach.
