Dipper was in the living room. As her sister was in the dining room with her friends gossiping about boys. Bill was on the main part of the mystery shack alone. Stocking the shelves. "And he says. No using magic. Wow. And i was like no. No. No way. Would i still be alive in this form for in the rest of my life with no magic? Even though i'm deceased. I mean. Why would i even listen to a mortal?" He whimpered. "You do know that i can hear you with your whimpering all the way on the living room." Dipper popped his head out on the door. "Yeah. Yeah. Got that hint before i even said it."

"What did i tell ya about using your powers?"

"Hey. It's the power of clairvoryance. No matter how i stop it in a full-force. It still keeps on going. You can't stop magic pine tree." Bill winked at dipper as dipper olled his eyes. "Wow. Can't wait to see that happen." Mabel appeared as she entered the main part of the shack where bill was. "Hello bro-bro. Hey will. Whatcha talkin' about?"

"N-nothing." Mabel approached bill and now in front of bill as bill winced."Your voice really sounds a lot like jeff. And plus i wonder what's that little rascal doin' now?" Mabel tapped her chin. Bill closed his eyes as thousands of images of each life form appeared inside his mind. He opened his eyes then says. "Talkin' to his mates."

Mabel's eyes wided. "How did you know? Are you some kind of wizard who posseses magic?" Mabel grinned as bill got a bit weirded out. "Umm.... uhh..."

"Never mind. Hey. My old spray can may still be operated. I wonder if it works though." Mabel accidentally shoved the button in front of bill's eyes."ahh! My eyes!" He covered his closed eyes with his palms. He doesn't feel pain the body but the eye was always the source. So it hurts if a substance like the spray paint somehow touched bill's eye. It may cause him pain but it will heal about ten seconds. "Oh my gosh!" Mabel shrieked. She approached bill. "No. Stay back." Dipper blocked mabel's way as bill turned around so that mabel or dipper wouldn't see his glowing blue demon eyes. Dipper dragged bill up to the attic which is their room.

"Does it hurt?" Dipper closed the door. "What does it look like?! You knuckle-head!" Bill yelled as he removed his palms off his face. Revealing his glowing blue demon eyes. "Woah. What's up with your eyes?" Dipper approached bill. But bill took a step back. "I-it's nothin'." Bill rubbed his eyes as the pain disappeared. "Finally. It's regenerated."

Mabel appeared opening the door. She walked in then closed the door behind her using her foot. She approached bill and dipper. "Hey will. I'm sorry about what happened back there. I didn't mean to~" mabel stopped as she saw bill's glowing blue eyes. She knew that those type of eyes were the same as her worst enemy's. Bill cipher. "Grunkle sta~" dipper covered her mouth. But mabel quickly moved his hands away her mouth. "It--- it's bill!!" Mabel runned towards bill but dipper gripped her arms. "Mabel. Listen. This isn't what it looks like."

"Oh i'll tell you what it looks like! This one-eyed pointy-headed jerk just came back to life!" Mabel pointed as she broke out of dipper's grip. Mabel was in front of bill. What mabel said made bill frown in anger. "What did you say?!" Bill's outfit turned to his original outfit. With the top hat. Snappy clothes. Plain black triangular eyepatch. "You heard me! You one-eyed pointy-headed jerk!" Mabel snapped.

"Don't you dare toy with me. Shootin' star! I see EVERYTHI~" mabel sprayed bill's eye with her spray can.

"Ahh! My one eye! Seriously! Why would you do that?! Not again! Why?! Everytime! I just regenerated that eye!" Bill covered his palms on his closed eye.

"Feel the burn! Cipher!" Mabel chuckled a bit. Bill recovered then his outfit turned red. The part of his blonde hair turned red. His eye turned black and his slit turned red. The floor started to lit in flames. "I'm gonna vaporize you into blitz! You ungrateful life form!"

"And i'll punch that eye of yours once again!" Mabel prepared to aim her fist at bill.

Dipper blocked the way. "Woah. Woah. Woah. Stop right there. No one's killing each other!" The two crossed their arms and turned their head on the other sides while grunting. "He/she started it!"

Dipper sighed in despair as he face palmed. "Mabel. Listen. I'm sure you'll understand this coversation." Mabel quirked an eyebrow as she turned to dipper. Bill's one eye turned to dipper.

Dipper took a deep breathe. "Bill and i made a deal." Mabel's eyes wided. "You did what?!!!" Mabel yelled at dipper's ear as she gripped on his collar. "Well so much for understanding this topic." Dipper roleld his eyes. "Relax. It wasn't that evil. I'm just gonna be stuck for pine tree for the rest of his life while protecting and guarding your family and you." Bill stated with a aggravated voice in the last part in mentioning mabel as he turned to mabel.

Mabel scoffed while rolling her eyes irritated. "Why would me and my family even wanted to be protected by you? You're the reason why grunkle stan's memory got erased. Three years ago."

"Hey. A deal's a deal. Shooting star." Dipper gave bill a sign as bill sighed in defeat. "So Shootin' star. Do you trust me?" Bill asked even though he knew that mabel will never trust him.

"Trust you? Would you think i would trust after what you did in gravity falls three years ago? We made sure of it that you were dead!"

"Well thanks to you. I'm back."

"Hmmph! There is no way I'm living with you! You wanted to destory and rip out our family apart! Grunkle stan's mind got erased because of you! I got trapped in a bubble because of you! Dipper and i's birthday got ruined because of your take over in gravity falls and changed it to weirdmageddon! My grunkle's lives would've been great if you weren't existed!" Mabel argued. "So what? Not my problem." Bill rolled his eye in irritation.

"Problem?! You're the problem for pete sake!!!" Mabel argued as they began arguing at each other.

Dipler sighed sadly. "What am i ever gonna do?"
