Christopher's P.O.V

As I was dusting myself off, I felt a tingling go down my spine. I saw Rebecca stiffen. So now I get to kill a monster. "Chris, what was that tingling feeling down my spine?" she asked, frightened. Instead of answering her, I grabbed her wrist and started dragging her out of the school. When we got outside, I guided her to the field.

"My, my, aren't we forceful today." Rebecca said in a seductive tone. Fuck! I forgot that some days she has a different personality. "Enough of that! Just come on!" I said. "R-right." she said. We ended up stopping at the football field and looked around. "What are we doing here?" Rebecca asked frightened. "I want you to hide behind one of the bleachers and stay hidden until I say so, got it?" I asked.

She nodded. "Good. Now go hide." I said. She ran to the bleachers and hid behind the left one. I turned away and looked up to the sky. A black, winged creature flying in our direction. As the thing got closer, I saw the body of the winged creature was a teenager with a purple dress, black hair, and gray eyes. She landed infront of me and stared at me.

"Where's the girl?" she asked. I loojed at her innocently and said "What do you mean?" She growled at me and I asked "Why are the Fallen Angels her? Shouldn't they be in an alliance with the Phoenix's?" She smirked and said "It's called going rouge. My friend and I are working together to take the little birds powers."

"But the only way that would happen is if you- I'M NOT GONNA LET YOU KILL HER!!!" I screamed. The Fallen Angel laughed and said "Really? That's rich! What are you her bodyguard or something!" I smirked and said "Yeah. I am."

Rebecca's P.O.V

What do they mean by 'bodyguard'? I was sitting on the ground, ruining my skirt, when I heard a loud, monstrous roar. I heard the so called 'Fallen Angel' say "You're the Dragon Prince?" She sounded scared. I heard Chris say "Yes. What's yours?"

Christopher's P.O.V

"Angelica Amon. Now please, if you don't mind, tell me where Miss. Phoenix is!? Your kind did go against hers." she said with a hint of laughter. "You know something..." I said. She just giggled and pulled a sword out of thin air. She charged at me but I dodged her swing.

"So that's how you want to play it. Fine! Dark Bow!" I yelled. A bow of pure darkness appeared in my hands. I pulled the bowstring back and a black arrow appeared. I shot multiple arrows at Angelica, who dodged each one. "Nice try!" she said. I let go of the bow and it dissipated into shadow.

"Giving up?" she asked. I inhaled air and exhaled black flames in her direction. She yelped and flew up to the sky. "I shall return for her!" she screamed, flying away. I closed my mouth and looked around. My flames didn't burn anything, but I did see Rebecca staring at me in fright. I took a step towards her and she ran away from me and into the school.

"I'm screwed..." I mumbled. I heard someone clear their throat behind me, so I turned around. My mother was standing there, in her work clothes, glaring at me. She had blue eyes and blonde hair. She had a perfect figure for her being 37. "Great job scaring the angel off. Though next time, DON'T LET YOUR TARGET SEE YOU DO MAGIC!!" she shouted. I jumped in fear. Even though she was smaller than me, she still scares me. She started walking away as I nodded and said "Yes sir!!"
