~Ayame's P.O.V~

"You take one step, FullMetal," Katsu says, "your lover gets it!" he holds a blade up to my throat. "Let Ayame go now!" Ed says. "I don't think so." Katsu says.

"You are going to do something for me. You, FullMetal are going to create a..." he pauses for a moment, then smirks. "Homunculus." "Hell no!" Ed says. "I am not going to.." Katsu cuts him off. "You see," he says. "If you don't, ill kill her."

Ed's eyes widen. "No! I won't let you!" he charges at Katsu, forcing him to throw me aside so he could defend himself. I hit the wall will a sickening crunch as two of my ribs broke in half. I gave a yelp of pain, and struggled to get up.

I heard Ed grunt in pain as Katsu kicked him. I wanted to punch that bastard. But I couldn't move. My ribs burned with pain. "EDWARD!" I shouted. He looked at me. "Wrong move!" Katsu yelled, aiming a kick at his head. Ed dodges, and punches him.

~Time Skip sorry.....~

Katsu laid on the ground unconscious. Ed towered over him, bleeding heavily from a wound on his shoulder. His breath was ragged. He picked me up, and I winced as my chest burned. I cried out, and Ed froze. "Aya?" he asks. "Are you alright?" "Two of my..ribs broke..." I say. "When he...threw me"

Just then, the Military showed up. "Ed, Aya!" Huges says. "Are you two alright?" "yeah.." Ed says. "Aya's worse than I am though..." Huges looks at me. "I see what you mean.." he says. "Bring a streture now!" two guys bring one, and Ed carefully puts me on it.

I can't help but cry out in pain. Tears form at my eyes, and I black out from the pain

When I awoke, I was in the ICU Unit of the hospital in Dublith. I was hooked up to an IV tube, and a heart monitor. Ed was in a chair next to me, his shoulder bandaged.

"E...Ed?" I ask. "You're awake." he says. "How are you feeling?" "I...I'm...in pain..." I say. He looks at me. "That's to be expected.." he says. "I'm just glad you're okay! I was worried..." I sigh. "Where's Al and Winry?" I ask. "Umm..I don't know.." Ed says. "At least I'm free.." I say.
