"I'm going out, I'll be back before sunset, if anyone leaves same goes for them, I'll leave them if they're not back," Zuko told ty Lee as they pulled up to shore.

"What about Katara?" Ty Lee asked with Mai next to her.

"Your problem ty Lee, don't let her escape or alone with Jet, they'll fight," Zuko nodded jumping off the side not waiting to bring the board out.

He grunted landing on the ground but stood up with ease as he started to walk into the woods, walking a little faster with anticipation.

Rocks crunched under his boot as he put his hands in his pockets with a sigh enjoying the moment of silence. He loved his ship and his crew and the ocean but sometimes he just missed hearing nothing.

The birds made noise but it sounded like a soft song in the distance, the wind rustling the leafs, it almost felt like his ears were ringing from how quiet it was. Compared to hearing people and the waves crashing against the sides of the ship.

The dry air and warm breeze reminded him of home almost. He closed his eyes for a moment and stopped to take it in.

Zuko sighed softly and moved his feet again to find the location he was meant to find.

He clasped his hands together to press to his lips and made a bird call loud throughout the air.

"You were close, the shacks a little further," a voice popped up behind him making Zuko gasped spinning around.

"Can you not sneak up on me? I have a sword," Zuko motioned to the blades on his back.

"Don't be so dramatic,"

The girl stood in front of him in commoner clothes and a hood that was connected to her shirt, she lifted it down and had a small grin on her face.

"Your late Zuzu, I don't like wasting my time," Azula crossed her arms smirking.

"I came as soon as we got here," Zuko pulled her in and hugged his little sister tightly as she wrapped her arms around his shoulders tightly.

The siblings buried their faces in the others shoulder with a tight hold.

"Thank you for coming anyways," Azula closed her eyes as she missed her brothers touch.

"Course," he whispered letting go.

"You got Katara still? Keeping her safe?" Azula asked as she took a step back.

"She's safe, I'm seeing if she can heal the captain, it'll keep them both busy," Zuko walked with her and wrapped an arm around her shoulders making Azula cry out surprised when he shook her.

"Thanks for getting Jet and ty Lee in the palace," he smiled.

"Thanks for letting me know that Ozai was going to massacre everyone at the wedding," she elbowed him annoyed.

"How's uncle and lu ten doing? And the water tribe?" He saw the shack ahead at their meeting spot.

"They're going for the earth kingdom rebellion, no suspicion of pirates, closest one could be Ozai but there hasn't been seen in a few months," the younger girl explained a little.

"He sent a spy on my ship to get her, he didn't like that I caught him and tried to take her," Zuko admitted and the Princess looked at him surprised.

"I told him I have no idea what he was talking about, never heard of a southern water bender so don't worry bout that," he smiled softly but gasped when she elbowed him again.

"I knew it would get messy you have to be smarter dumbass," she hit him again but Zuko caught his sisters wrist.

"It's fine, he bought it," he said quickly.

"If Ozai gets his hands on Katara it's game over," Azula warned.

"I know I know, I'm earning her trust hopefully so she doesn't do anything stupid," he sighed opening the door for her.

"Good, longer you keep her more time we have to kill Ozai and make sure the family stays safe, if the fire lord and chiefs of the water tribes are killed there's no telling what kind of chaos the world will be put in," she lit a lantern on the table with her blue flame as Zuko closed the door behind him.

"No wedding no massacre, Ozai has spy's all over the palace and they'll know if Katara is taken back," Zuko closed the door behind him and locked it as the windows were boarded up as well.

"I'm keeping them as busy as I can to stay away from your ship, I'm doing my job and you do yours, captain," Azula smirked sitting on the table in the blue lit room.

"So what can I do for you brother? You don't call these meeting often unless your desperate," she tilted her head to the side.

"If this spirit water that oak gets me doesn't work on Xan I need a favor," Zuko leaned against the door with his arms crossed.

"I already got June those herbs," she raised a brow.

"I need you guys to take Xan, to the palace, I need you to get the best to save him, with the water tribe maybe you have more resources from other healers," he pursed his lips and Azula looked at him surprised.

"Zuko that'll give away the fact that your fucking alive, are you stupid?" Azula snapped.

"It's my last option," he sighed.

"What if he dies before that?" She shook her head.

Zuko was silent and she let out a long groan. She knew everything, the her brother was taken in by the pirate captain, that Ozai hunts him like a prized animal, that he was a law breaking pirate himself, Zuko tells her everything in return for her loyalty and to make sure the fire nation stays away from him.

"Alright, but I want someone in return," Azula rolled her eyes.

"Someone?" He asked confused.

"Ty Lee comes with him, we'll make up an easier lie of who he is if she's with him," she blushed a little looking to the side. Zuko smirked a little looking at his sister.

"Give up one of my best crew members?" He shrugged and Azula glared.

"Alright, I'll let her go with, I owe you that much," he chuckled softly.

"We were talking about you the other day," Zuko whistled innocently and she blushed a little more but the blue flame covered it up.

"Just about old times, when we use to all be kids," he said gently and Azula looked at him almost sad.

"I miss you Zuko," she sighed closing her eyes. "It kills me to see how everyone is thinking your dead, uncle especially,"

"But it's better than if it was true, I can't wait for you to come home," she nodded and Zuko pursed his lips.

"It's weird only having you, ty Lee and Mai know, but I miss you too zula," he smiled back but there was sadness in his voice as well. He missed home knowing his name only brought people to mourn. His own family. He hated feeling selfish for it.

"Once the war is over and Ozai is dead-" "I don't know if I can go home, you know this," Zuko stopped her quickly.

"I have my crew and ship and if I go back to the fire nation as a prince I'll have to take a trial for what I've done, I'll have to obey the laws again," he gulped keeping his head down.

"Your a prince exactly, you'll be fine," she scoffed.

"I'm a pirate, prince or not I could be hung, I'm still Lee," he pushed and Azula glared a little.

"You won't be hung," she was convinced but she didn't want to think that way.

"Heh.. maybe if I only stayed in the palace, but you know I don't want to live like that," he smirked to cover that it does bother him.

"I rather be trapped on the sea then in palace walls,"

"When the wars over we'll talk about it," Azula sighed.

They were silent for a moment he nodded agreeing.

"We'll talk about it," he smiled gently.

He wondered how different they would be if he never ran that day, they use to hate each other but guess it's true what everyone says, one person you have a equal hatred for brings you closer. It just happened it was their father they hated enough to join together as allies and a better sibling relationship.
