Sora was standing still as the person named Conlla, the shadow user appeared before him, in his new Balance Breaker.

Conlla: Now, let us continue our fight from before!

Sora: Bring it!

Sora went to rushed towards Conlla and did a punch, but to his surprised, his fist just past through his opponent, as if he actually become shadow himself.

Sora: I see.

Suddenly, black shadow bind appeared from behind Conlla and it wrapped Sora and slammed him towards the wall, immobilizing Sora from moving.

Conlla: You can't escaped anymore, Black Dragon Emperor!

Conlla the formed a shadow blade, and went thrust it towards Sora, piercing Sora through the chest. But to his surprised, it turned out to be a clone. And the real Sora was beside Kunou as he wrapped around his Dragon wings around her.

Draco: What are you planning to do?

Sora: Win like no other.

Draco: Accel! Accel! Accel! Accel! Accel! Accel!

As soon as Draco had finished powering up for Sora, he speed blitzed and was on top of Conlla with a massive Rasengan.

Sora: Massive Rasengan!

Sora hit Conlla with his Giant Rasengan. Conlla was so surprised by the giant acceleration from Sora that he didn't have time to dodge as he got hit. He screamed in pain as he felt like his whole body is being shredded from the inside out.

Sora: I bet not even in your Shadow form, could save you from this.

Kunou: A-Amazing.

Conla: Shit! Black Dragon Emperor!

After that, Sora stopped what he was doing and saw Conlla on the ground not moving. He was already defeated by just one attacked from Sora as he lay on the ground all beaten up, but still very much alive.

Conlla: Why did you stop?

Sora: You'll die if I keep going.

Conlla: If it's for them, it'll be an honor.

Conlla tried to stood, but ultimately couldn't.

Sora: Why are you so loyal to Cao Cao and Gilgamesh?

Conlla: You know how possessors of a Sacred Gear are treated. They are hated, ostracized, and persecuted no matter they go.

Sora knew exactly how that felt. His whole life was just how Conlla described. He was ridiculed, hated, ostracized by the whole village. The thing that kept him from being persecuted was thanks to Jiraiya and Jin.

Conlla: But... If you receive words that blow all of that away... it can't be helped if you want to live your life for that person!

Sora: That's what you think. They're just using you.

Conlla: What's wrong with that? My shitty life has finally become worth something! What the hell is wrong with that, Black Dragon Emperor! My powers will help them destroy devils, angels, and Gods! Is there anything more amazing than that?!

Sora: Oh, I know exactly how you feel?

Conlla: Huh?! What do you mean?

Sora: Your life right now, is exactly how I used to feel all of the years living. I was ostracized, hated, ridiculed. People even went their ways to persecuted me.

Conlla: Wha—

Sora: But the only difference is, that I don't give up. I continue to suffer, but try to move forwards anyway. And along the way, I met friends and family that will accept me. The way they live... and the way they die... They made me to who I am today!

Sora remembered all of Jiraiya's training, the bond he shared with Mio. The bonds he shared with Basara and the rest of his Hero friends. And finally, the Orc people all flashed in his mind.

Sora: They taught me they joy of being accepted and being loved and they trusted me! Your just a brat who would't try to move forward! Its time for you to get over yourself!

Sora said while raising his fist. Conlla heard all of this and started thinking if his path was the right choice or not. If he truly become strong as he saw Sora brought his fist down knocking him unconscious.

Kunou: Black Dragon Emperor...

Sora: Let's go save your mom.

Kunou: Yes.

(Timeskip)

Sora and Kunou finally made their way towards Nijo Castle as the two of them saw that everyone was already there.

Sora: Hey! Sorry for the wait!

Jeanne: Thank goodness you're safe.

Sora: You guys too.

Irina: Of course!

Asia: Yes!

Sora then noticed that Rossweisse was still throwing up due to those alcohol she drank earlier.

Sora: Is she still sick?

Kiba: Yeah.

Sora then noticed the new Durandal sword in Xenovia's hand.

Sora: Xenovia, is that?

Xenovia: Yeah. It just arrived from the church. It's the modified Durandal.

Sora: So it managed to make it in the nick of time!

Suddenly, the gate to Nijo castle opened as if Sora and his friends were invited to come in. With that, everyone went inside and saw Cao Cao, Gilgamesh, Siegfried, and two new companion.

Cao Cao: You are all truly astounding.

Issei: Cao Cao!

Sora: Gilgamesh!

Behind them, was three more newcomers. But Kunou realized the one Youkai fox standing middle. It was none other than her Mother Yasaka.

Kunou: Mother! Mother! It's me Kunou! Mother! What's wrong?! Please wake up!

Kunou called out to her Mother, but Yasaka didn't say anything and just stood still like a statue. As of she was in some sort of mind control and Kunou glared at Cao Cao and Gilgamesh.

Kunou: You bastard! What have you done to my Mother?!

Gilgamesh: Didn't we tell you? We are having her help us with an experiment, mongrel princess.

Suddenly, Yasaka started holding her head in pain and she transformed herself into a giant nine tailed fox.

Yasaka: WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Sora: The nine tailed fox.

Kunou: Mother...

Cao Cao: A nine-tailed fox is the highest class of Youkai. The city of Kyoto, which has an unbreakable bond with them, was built using techniques that fill iy with chi.

Gilgamesh: If we use the power of the nine-tailed fox and such a city together... we can call Great Red into this barrier.

Issei: What did you say?!

Sora: Why are you going this far to summon Great Red? That Dragon just likes to hang out in the Dimensional Gap, and never cause problems for anyone!

Cao Cao: It is as you say. However, he is a troublesome existence to our boss. She wants to return home, but he's in the way.

Before Saji could answer, Xenovia had raised her sword and it was engulfed in a holy aura. She swung the blade with force that is almost equal to Sora's Promised Victory.

Xenovia: Here's the first move! Take this!

With the power of her new Durandal, Xenovia's strike hit Cao Cao, Gilgamesh and their companions, completely destroying the Nijo Castle. A bright light appeared as the explosion was massive that it created a huge crater in the middle.

Issei: Huh? Huuuuuh?!

Sora: -_- She just destroyed a piece of history, does she even knew that?

Xenovia: Whew!

Sora and Issei: Don't whew! This is not a whew situation! Don't make a face like you just finished a work shift!

Xenovia: The opening attacks is always important.

Sora: -_- Seriously...

Xenovia: This new Durandal was made by combining all 7 Excalibur to it with alchemy. Now it could almost rivaled Promised Victory. And I've named it as well. Ex-Durandal.

Jeanne: There is no way that took them down. If it did, we won't have to go through much trouble.

Cao Cao, Gilgamesh and their allies soon start to crawl out of the crater, having not sustained any damage at all.

Cao Cao: That was nice. All of you are already at the level of any high ranking devil's family.

Siegfried: I can't believe Shalba and Beelzebub looked down on any of you. Caught up in their old ways, they couldn't see those rising up below them... I believed. Now then. What should we do?

Cao Cao: Well, for now... Georg! Begin the experiment.

The man in a red cloak, Georg nodded and walks away and started to cast many magic circles off different colors.

Jeanne: At a quick glance, I can tell he's using Norse magic, demonic spells, fallen angel spells, black magic, white magic, and fairy magic spells.

Rossweisse: He has control over quite an extensive spell library.

Yasaka's magic starts to rise and she let out a howl, empowering her.

Georg: The spell circle and placement of the sacrificed is good. Now we will see if Great Red is attracted to the city's power.

Cao Cao: Roger. I leave the rest to you.

Gilga: Well, Siegfried. Who will you go after?

Siegfried raises his swords pointing them at Kiba and Xenovia.

Cao Cao: Atalanta, Heracles.

Atalanta: Of course, I'll be fighting my former classmate, Jeanne, and that little angle there.

A girl with a beautiful green clothing, clad in verdant green with her cold, sharp eyes containing a beastly glint. Her hair is stretched out long and unkempt, and it is completely lacking in the silkiness that would be found amongst those of noble birth. Both Jeanne and Sora stared at her.

Jeanne: Atalanta... You...

Sora: To think even you would joined the Chaos Brigade, Atalanta.

Atalanta just smirk at Sora and Jeanne.

Heracles: Though I would like to face off against the Black Dragon Emperor for a rematch, but I'll let you deal with him. So I'll be facing the silver lady over there.

Sora was confused by what he just said, but then he realized that it was the same Berserker he defeated during Kokabiel's invasion at Kuoh.

Sora: You—

Heracles: So you did remember me. Yes, I'm indeed still alive. But, now I'm better and improve.

Cao Cao: And, my opponent is the Red Dragon Emperor.

Gilga: I'll be facing my queen's son. And about Vrita...

Sora: Saji, take care of the nine-tailed leader. Help her escaped that spot somehow.

Saji: Got it. I'll handle the monsters. Yatagami, Hoydou, don't die.

Issei: Not planning on dying.

Sora: Same goes for you.

Saji: Vritra Promotion!

Saji transformed as he was now a giants black snake like dragon.

Cao Cao: Well, well... One of the five Dragon Kings, Prison Dragon Vritra. So he really has returned.

Sora: Asia. Take care of Kunou!

Asia: Yes!

Sora: Kunou, can you take care of Asia?

Kunou: Of course! However...

Kunou saw that Sora gave her a thumbs up.

Sora: Yeah. We will save your Mother.

Kunou: Yes!

Ddraig: Welsh Dragon Balance Breaker!

Issei transformed into his Balance Breaker and Sora transformed into his Hero costumed as he summoned Excalibur. Knowing full well that this leaves him in a disadvantage without his armor for protection. But his Excalibur is the only thing that could rival Gilgamesh's Ea.

Issei: Are you stronger than Vali?

Cao Cao: Who knows? However, I'm not weak. Though I am of the weak human race.

The battle has started as Saji engages with Yasaka. Issei started to clash with Cao Cao, Rossweisse with Heracles, and Irina and Jeanne with Atalanta. And Sora rushes Gilgamesh as the two of them started fighting.

Sora: Gilgamesh! What is it that your after?! What is your desire?!

Gilgamesh: I said that I want my Queen. I have no interest in this whole thing. All I wanted is my Queen. So, if I were to capture you, she would finally show herself and submit to me!

Sora: You sick bastard!

Gilgamesh: I was thinking how it would felt if I pin her down and force her to swallow the curse against her will. I'd tread on her wailing face and make her eat so much dirt she look pregnant. And then, unable to endure it, she would break down and grovel at my feet. How I've imagined seeing her defiled!

Sora: Then, you'll have no complaint if your the one ended up like that!

Gilgamesh: Such spirit, even though you know you can't defeat me... It's the perfect to serve as the climax of these festivities.

Sora: Here I come!

The fight continues. With Sora trying to close the distance between them as Gilgamesh continues to fires rapid fire shots towards Sora. But as soon did he managed to, the clashes and Gilgamesh jumps back.

Then Gilgamesh rushes in and swiped Sora's feet making him fall, where Gilgamesh grabbed his face and kneed him right in the face. But Sora didn't give up as he one again clashes in high speed, flying from places to places. Deflecting each and every sword that was thrown at him and giving his own attacks that made Gilgamesh's smile expand.

Gilga: Like Mother like son, you never learn... You cannot defeat me... None of your friends can't win either.

Sora: Hmph! I will not lose to the likes of you. My friends will not lose either.

Gilga: It appears that you won't accept your defeat unless it's a decisive one. Let see you dodge this.

Sora: Tch!

Gilgamesh once again fired multiple shots, that Sora had to deflect each and every one of them. But this time it's different. The speed acceleration has increased. Even faster than before shocking Sora.

Gilgamesh: It's about time that I taught you the difference in our power... with my sword, Ea.

Gilgamesh once again pull out the sword that had defeated Sora's Excalibur at the bridge this afternoon.

Gilgamesh: Enuma...

Sora: !! Ex....

Both Sora and Gilgamesh once again charged their attacks. It was the same like this afternoon. Both Excalibur and Ea were about to clash once again.

Sora: CALIBUR....!!!

Gilga: ELISH...!!!

They once again clashed. The massive wave of light clashed with the massive red twister. The shockwaves was even more immense than before. Gold and Red streaks of light all blasted around them. The power that they've unleashed was for more powerful than anything the others have seen before. Even more powerful than the one this afternoon. But with the same result, Sora was defeated as he was sent flying and dropped down.

Gilga: This is it, Mongrel.

Issei: Bro!

Issei called out to him as he was on his knees after his fight with Cao Cao.

Atalanta: You're still fighting?

Atalanta came in with Jeanne and Irina on her arms unconscious as well.

Issei: Irina! Jeanne!

Siegfried: Well, it's the Red Dragon Emperor. I'm sure he's stronger than the others.

Siegfried also came in with Kiba and Xenovia in his arm as well unconscious.

Issei: Kiba! Xenovia!

Heracles: I wish I'd fought with the Black Dragon Emperor instead. But it seems that Gil has already defeated him.

Heracles came in with an unconscious Rossweisse.

Issei: Rossweisse!

Cao Cao: You are all strong. You are. However, that strength is still not enough to beat us.

Gilgamesh and Sora who were on the other side looked at the others. Sora was still knock down on the ground with Gilgamesh standing atop of him smirking.

Gilga: Looks like the fight over there is finished.

Sora saw his friends were all unconscious except Issei. Even Saji was defeated by Yasaka.

Sora: Shut up. As long as I could still stand. This fight is far from over.

Sora weakly stood up as he once again ready his divine blade readying to fight.

Gilga: Hmph! So your struggles continue. Your not even worthy to hold the title Hero or King. A hero is someone that bears all the people in his sight on his shoulder. I've been bearing the weight of this world since the distant past. Pouring the mud on you is fine, too.

Cao Cao: Oi, Gil, is the fight over there over?

Gilga: Almost. I'll be taking this boy with me. With that, my Queen will finally reveal herself.

Sora: I will not go with you. And my Mother is not your belonging. I'm just an ordinary boy who wants to live my life to the fullest. And Hero King, I AM NOTHING LIKE MY MOTHER NOR YOU!!!

Sora speed blitzed surprised Gilgamesh and kick his face and sent him skidding back to Cao Cao and the others as Sora stood in front of his unconscious friends. Sora ready his divine blade as he was prepared to fight each and every member of the Hero Faction of the Chaos Brigade. Cao Cao, Gilgamesh, Siegfried, Atalanta, and Heracles all smirk at him for his bravery.

Sora: I am not my Mother!! I am Sora Pendragon! A proud Devil in service of Rias Gremory! And a former Hero, that will do anything to protect the world that my Master has gave his life to protect! And I won't let each one of you get the way you wanted.

Siegfried: Your power that can't win against Gil. I thought you learned that the hard way earlier.

Cao Cao: Then don't hold anything back.

Atalanta: That's right. Even at the Village that boy is nothing but a nuisance.

Heracles: Some discipline must be taught.

Gilga: Oh well... Vanish, your presence disgust me, mongrel!

Gilgamesh once again charged his attack. The red twister were far stronger than everything that Sora had faced before.

Issei called out to him, telling him to run. But Sora continue to stand in front, with Excalibur stabbed on the ground barely standing. Just then, he heard a voice.

???: Sora...

Sora: ??

Sora didn't recognize this voice, but it felt calm and soothing. As if a mysterious person was standing right beside him. But Sora saw no one. He tried to reach out for the voice as Gilgamesh sent his Ea.

Gilga: ENUMA ELSIH!!!

Sora saw the oncoming attack heading towards him. But time seems to slow down for him. As if time had stopped itself, Sora felt an embrace coming towards him.

???: Sora, my son...

Sora(mind): Mom... This whole time... you were right here...

He once again reached his hand forwards. And there he saw it, a beautiful scabbard had appeared right in front of him. A scabbard made of gold and decorated with blue enamel that seems more like a treasure to show dignity and nobility like a crown or staff than a weapon.

Sora(mind): The power that Mom has left me.

Artoria: I will always be your scabbard, Sora.

Sora and Artoria: It's name.../It's name...

Sora and Artoria: IS AVALON!!!

The scabbard appeared right before him. Sora quickly went and reached for it, and there he saw it. A phantom hand was also reaching for the beautiful scabbard in front of him. He didn't need to guess whose phantom hand he's seeing. It was his Mother, Artoria.

Sora(mind): Thank you, Mother.

As soon as he grabbed the scabbard, Sora's golden aura exploded. Something inside Sora pulse. His magical powers skyrocket that it completely nullifies the Ea from Gilgamesh which shocked all the Hero Faction.

Not only that, the golden aura all hit Issei and the others as they were all healed from their injuries, and their powers started powering up as well.

Issei: What is this?! I can feel my power flowing! From the bottom! From the inside! From all over my Sacred Gear!

Jeanne: All of our wounds have healed and I feel, my power surging!

As soon as the lights fades away, Sora was now donning his Sage Art: Balance Breaker, with his Promised Victory Excalibur in hand. His armor have also changed as well looking more Dragonoid than before. His eyes were cross slit pattern

A/N: No spear! But with his Excalibur equipped.

Sora: The real fights starts now... Prepare yourself Cao Cao, Gilgamesh!
