Sora and his friends were currently riding the train towards Kyoto. While the rest were on their seats, Sora was currently at the washroom, thinking about his conversation with Jin before the school trips.

(Flashback)

Jin: Sora. Using your Sacred Gear, you can access the previous holder of the Black Dragon Emperor. You've already unlock one of your limiters. But your still missing something.

Sora: Like what...?

Jin: Being able to use both at the same time.

Sora look down at his hand. Just like Jin said, Sora was only able to activate one of each. Either he transformed into his Balance Breaker, or using his Promised Victory.

Jin: If you can find a way to handle both of them at the same time, then I'll believe you'll be able to trigger a power that is far stronger than the Juggernaut Drive.

Sora: Activate both at the same time...

Jin: In order to achieve that, your going to insert your consciousness directly into the Sacred Gear, and unlock the last limiter you have.

Sora:...

Jin: You've finally overcome the hatred inside you. Now you must harness its power and focus it.

Sora: This limiter, is it mom who put it?

Jin: Yes. The power that grants potent healing, allowing for critical and fatal wounds to be repaired to restore the wielders health.

Sora: But thats...

Jin: Michael only unlock a part of it. Now its for you to unlock the rest.

(Present)

Sora:...

Sora was still lost in his thought, he didn't realized Jeanne had snuck behind him and entered the washroom and leaned over his face.

Jeanne: Your practically open.

Sora: !!

That left Sora surprised and he was immediately snapped out of his thought and look at the maiden behind him.

Sora: Jeanne!!

The golden haired girl just close her eyes and leaned on his face smiling at him.

Jeanne: Heheh...

After that, the two of them left the washroom and returned back to their seats. The two of them were sitting next to each other and Jeanne just smiles at him.

Sora: Please don't ever do that again...

Jeanne: Do what again?

Sora: Sneaking up and whispering in the ear like that. That isn't like you.

Jeanne: I just want to make sure you heard me from all those self absorb thinking you were doing.

Sora: Yeah, yeah...

Jeanne just pout at Sora's ignorant.

Jeanne: Hey, what's with that attitude? And here I thought I can finally have you to myself for the next two days...

Jeanne mutter the last part which cause Sora to look confused.

Sora: What did you just say?

Jeanne: Nothing...

Jeanne said while leaning on to his shoulder. The holy devil swordsman just sigh before holding her hands letting her sleep. Before long, he heard the rest of his girls classmate whispering and muttering which cause Sora to perk his head up and saw Kiba walking his path.

Kiba: Is this seat taken?

Sora: No...

Kiba then sat at the empty chair.

Kiba: Incase something comes up, I think id be a good idea to compare our plans in Kyoto.

Sora: Yeah, my class is starting at Kiyomizu Temple. Here's my Itinerary.

Kiba: Thanks. I think on the third day, we're going to be at Tenrouji. So we should find a place to check in with each other.

Sora: Yeah.

Kiba: Come to think of it, the fight with Sairaorg. You had a talk with your dad.

Sora: Yeah, it led to some things to awakening my power. And now that I think of it, Lord Beelzebub also gave me some advice.

Kiba: Is that so?

Sora: Uh-huh. He said to maximized on the power of the Black Dragon Emperor, I need to work on mastering the power of, Knight, Rook, and Bishop all at the same time. Otherwise, I won't be able to win against Sairaorg.

Kiba: Yes, I completely agreed. I think we could all stand to get stronger.

Sora: True, I'm thinking of some training while we're at Kyoto.

Kiba: Yeah.

(Timeskip)

After some time, Kiba returned back to his class, and Jeanne was still wrapping her right arm in Sora's left arm while leaning her face on his shoulder asleep. Sora on the other hand, once again close his eyes and started entering his consciousness back into his Sacred Gear. Where he saw all the previous user there.

Sora:...

The boy attempted to interact with the other previous users, but not a single one of them answered his calls. Just as he tried more, he leaned on towards one of the previous users, who looks around his age.

Sora: This boy looks so young...

Draco: Among all the Black Dragon Emperor users, he was born with the greatest talent. He even awakened his Juggernaut Drive at an early age. But, he eventually drowned in his own power.

Sora: That maybe the case, but, he still got something important to him.

Sora started thinking about his Mother. Wherever she may be. The reason why she had to abandoned him. Something about her being targeted. And finally, the death of Jiraiya and Mio. As Sora was thinking this thoughts, he put his hand on his chest and started chanting.

Sora: I, who shall awaken, I am the Heavenly Dragon who Ruins the principal of Domination from God.

Draco: Careful. Even though you could control your Juggernaut Drive unlike Issei. Its still risky.

Sora: Its all good. I know that... But, what kind of 'dream' am I suppose to Scowl over? And worship the infinite...

???: Orphis, is the one that is truly infinite. And Great Red, is both the illusions and the dream.

Suddenly, a voice rang behind him. That left Sora surprised. He looked back only to saw a girl with pure white hair and red eyes.

???: You laugh at Orphis, and yet you feel sadness about Great Red.

Draco: Merlin?

Merlin: Draco, it's nice to hear your voice again...

Draco: Sora, this is Merlin. Among all the previous possessor, she was the strongest woman.

Sora: Okay... But aren't Merlin supposed to be a male...?

Merlin: That's rude. But I'll ignore it for now. That were two exceptional possessors. And I am one of them.

Sora:...

Merlin: This is actually the second time we've met. The first time was when my King gave birth to you.

That left Sora surprised.

Sora: Mom...

Draco: Strange? I feel you were more like Gawain and never showed your face again.

Merlin: Oh stop, you'll heard my precious feeling.

Sora: -_- Um, so who is Gawain?

Draco: He was the strongest Black Dragon Emperor among the male. And just like you, he too holds a Holy weapons with him.

Merlin: Indeed. The Sword of Revolving Victory(Excalibur Galantine).

Sora: So he could control that weapon while also in Balance Breaker?

Draco: Indeed he could. He also beat the Red, White, and Silver 3 times each

Sora: Holy shit...

Merlin: Hehehe... I'm actually here to reveal this to you on behalf of Gawain.

Merlin said while raising her hand, and suddenly, some sort of curse mark appeared on his chest.

Merlin: Didn't Jin told you to unlock the last limiter. Because you are the key in opening them.

Sora: I am the key...

Suddenly, multiple markings appeared on his hand as he looked at them.

Sora: Is this the key...

Merlin: This seal, contain the power of both the Black Dragon Emperor, and the Holy power that my King has placed within you.

Sora: What kind of power did my mom entrust me with?

Merlin: It is also the power that is capable of destroying who you are. And for that reason, its a seal not worth opening without caution.

Sora:...

Sora started thinking. If he opened the seal, would his Alter formed take over again? Would he turned back into that sadistic desire for death? He couldn't come up with an answer.

Merlin: Hehehe. Like Mother like son. Whenever she was dealing with something troublesome, she would take hours of thinking.

Sora:...

Merlin: But, your Mother wouldn't just gave this kind of seal without believing you wouldn't be able to control it. So open the seal, My King.

Sora:...

Merlin: But once you do, you must shoulder this burden till the bitter end. Its all or nothing. No matter what happens. You must accept it and always move forward, Sora Pendragon.

Sora: I understand.

Sora quickly lift up his shirts where the seal was there on his chest, and with the key on his his right hand, Sora unlock the seal. And as soon as he did, the seal in his chest started spinning and he was surrounded by a bright light and he was transported back to the train.

Sora: Huh? I'm back... What about the seal...?

Draco: You've opened it. Whatever it is inside is finally freed.

Sora: Really, I don't feel any different.

Draco: It is your potential. When the time comes, it will awaken inside you.

Sora: If you say so...

Sora sigh as he was once again lost in thought about what kind of power did his Mother gave him. All he knows, is that it will come useful in the future. After that, Sora just relax and lay his head on Jeanne's head and fell asleep holding her hand.

(Timeskip)

Sora and his class had finally arrived at Kyoto. They all went towards the hotel which reveal to be a huge 5 star hotel.

Azazel: Okay, listen up everyone. Also, stay out of trouble and head towards your room.

Sora just sigh and pick up the keys that Azazel gave him and went to his hotel room that Rias had designated for him and the rest of the ORC. And as soon as he opened the door, he look around at his Japanese style room.

Sora: This is okay, I guess.

Sora just unpack his bags and suddenly, Rossweisse entered his room.

Rossweisse: Sora, are you in here?

Sora: Rossweisse? Is something wrong.

Rosweisse: I was hoping that you don't mind lending us your room when there is an emergency. Since your room is the largest among all of the ORC.

Sora: -_- Seriously?

Rossweisse: Serious as a heart attack.

Sora: -_- Whatever...

Rossweisse: By the way, you all have free time this afternoon, so your free to explore a bit. And stay out of trouble.

(Timeskip)

This afternoon, Sora, Issei, Asia, Xenovia, Irina, and Jeanne, along with Aika, Matsuda and Motohama started exploring around the Fushimi Inari Shrine. Sora and Jeanne were just exploring just the two of them.

Jeanne: Look! Souvenirs! Let's take a look! Come!

Sora: Alright! Alright!

Jeanne was holding his hand, dragging Sora around the souvenirs shop. After that, they all entered the shrine. Normally, they wouldn't be able to head inside, but thanks to the ID card that Rias gave them, Sora and the other Devil were able to enter. And not long after that, they all entered the 1000 torii gate.

Sora: Hmm...

As while they were, Sora seemed to have felt a disturbance in the air. It almost felt like, they were being watched by people. When the place was practically empty.

Sora: Sorry, but I need to go look at something.

Issei, Asia, Xenovia, Irina and Jeanne: Eh...

Sora then started running up the mountain towards the end of the 1000 gate and arrived at the shrine end. After he arrived at the top, heading towards the shrine, Sora started praying.

Sora: Mom... Wherever you are, please come home...

???: You are not from Kyoto.

Sora: ??

Sora looked confused, and suddenly multiple people with mask started surrounding him.

Sora: Um...

Sora look up and saw to what it like a fox girl standing atop the shrine gate.

Sora(mind): Youkai?

???: Stupid outsiders! How dare you?! You better return Mother to me right now!

Sora: Uh, what...? I think your mistaking me for someone. Because, I don't know your Mother.

???: Filthy liar! I'll teach you how to deceive me!

The Youkai girl told the rest of her comrade to attack Sora, and he started dodging the attacks and ran towards the forest.

Sora: Wait a minute! Aren't the Youkais and the Heroes had a relationship with one another! So why are you attacking me now!

???: Still with all those lies! You won't deceive me!

Sora: Tch!

Sora knew that negotiation had broken down, so he quickly transformed into his Hero costume and grabbed his invisible sword and rushed towards them.

Sora started fighting them one by one. But he was trying his best not to hurt any of the Youkais since the Village and the Youkais had some diplomatic relationship.

Suddenly, one of the priest attacked Sora from behind, but Jeanne intercepts them with her flag.

Sora: Jeanne.

Jeanne: Are you alright, Sora?

Suddenly, Issei, Asia, Xenovia and Irina all joint the fight as well.

Irina: These people are Youkais aren't they?

Asia: Please be careful!

???: Impure beings of evil. I'll never forgive you for what you've done!

Sora: All I know is that negotiation has broken down. So Asia, the substitute acknowledgment card!

Asia: Okay!

Sora: Issei!

Sora and Issei: Promotion: Knight!

Asia bring out the substitute acknowledgement card that allows Sora and Issei to promotes themselves into a the other pieces without Rias's permissions. Sora and Issei quickly changed themselves to the Knight pieces to increase their mobility.

???: Attack them now!

Sora: Remember, we're not fighting to kill. So fight only to defense and keep the damage to a bare minimum!

Everyone: You got it!

The others comply to Sora's order. Xenovia and Irina fought only to knock them down with their swords. Jeanne with her flag, to protect the rest from any blind spots attacks, Issei boost over 10 times and increased his speed to grab Asia that is being attacked and knock some of them down.

While Sora on the other hand continue to parry each and every strike and hit them with the flat end of his sword just to knock them unconscious.

The Youkai girl saw that she was losing and quickly ordered her troops to fall back.

???: Listen to me outsiders! We will retreat for now, but this is far from over! You will return my Mother!

With a gust of wind, the girl disappear along with her troops. After that, Sora and the rest return back to the hotel and Sora informed Azazel everything.

Azazel: I wonder why they chose to attack you at the Shrine?

Sora: No idea. I keep telling them, that I'm a Hero, but they didn't believe me.

Azazel: Hmm...

Sora: Do you think we should report this to Rias?

Azazel: Its hard to say since we still don't know the whole situation. But I'll be sure to report it properly.

Sora: Sounds like a plan.

As Sora was about to return to his room, Rossweisse stop him.

Rossweisse: I'm sorry, Sora. Could you do me a favor.

Sora: ??

(Timeskip)

Now, Sora was just waiting at the stair near the girls room, where the girls are currently having a bath there. Rossweisse ask if he could keep a close watch for any perverts that might try to sneak in, and to no surprise, Issei showed up.

Issei: What the?! Bro!

Sora: I'd knew you'd showed up.

Issei: What are you doing here?!

Issei ask at disbelief.

Sora: Rossweisse, ask me to keep you at bay. So I suggest you return kindly. If not, things will get ugly.

Issei: I'm sorry, Bro! Even if you are my opponent, I am not backing down. I'm gonna sneak a peak at those jugs!

Issei said while activating his Sacred Gear. Sora sigh and he activated his Accel Gear and het into stance.

Sora: Why do you always wanted to do this the hard way?

Issei: Move aside!I don't mind dying in your hands, but I will see those precious boobs!

Issei rushed towards Sora, and Sora just raised his hand and say a word.

Sora: Massive Rasengan...

(Timeskip)

After the girls had their bath, Rossweisse, come out of her room to see Issei on the ground with his clothes ripped, and Sora was sitting atop of him.

Rossweisse: Thanks for the help.

Sora: No worries...

Suddenly, Azazel also come up from his room and saw a beat up Issei.

Azazel: What happened to him?

Sora: Being a pervert.

Azazel: Ah...

Sora: Is something going on?

Azazel: I'm supposed to bring you guys to a meeting. As requested by the Devil Queen.

Azazel, Rossweisse, and Sora who was dragging an unconscious Issei in his hand, all made their way towards the dining hall where everyone is waiting for them. And as soon as they entered, Saji greeted them.

Saji: Whoa. What happened to him?

Sora: Being a pervert.

Saji: Oh...

Sora: But what about you, Saji? How is Kyoto so far?

Saji: *Groan* Super lame. Being on student councils means spending my time helping teachers.

Sora: Bummer...

???: Here. The chicken is the most delicious. Everyone dig in and help yourself.

Sora finally noticed Serafall sitting next to him.

Sora: Serafall? What brings you to Kyoto?

Serafall: Oh work stuff. I'm here because we're forging an alliance with the Youkais. So its strictly business.

Sora: We?

???: We...

Sora looked down and saw a certain Succubus sitting on his lap out of nowhere.

Sora: What the?! Shella?

Shella: Its nice to see you again, My Hero Sora!

Sora: What are you doing here?

Shella: Like we told you, alliance with the Youkais.

Other than, Azazel, Rosweisse, Serafall, and Jeanne, the rest all look at the girl confused. Confused to who she is, and to where did she come from.

Issei: Um... Who's the little pipsqueak?

Suddenly, Shella teleport behind Issei and smack his head before teleporting back to Sora's lap.

Shella: Rude! But my name is Shella. I am the Mother of Maria. Its nice to see new faces everywhere. But we don't have time for introduction. Since we're afraid something rather terrible has happened.

Kiba: Like what exactly?

Serafall: Well, the leader of the Kyoto Youkai has disappeared. More specifically, she's a nine tail fox who is missing.

Issei: No way...

Sora: That means...

Jeanne: This afternoon...

Irina: The attack...

Asia: At the Fushimi shrine...

Xenovia: It must've been about that...

Saji: Sounds like I missed out on a good time today.

Shella: Azazel filled us in earlier, and we believed that what's happened. This news doesn't go well for us.

Azazel: More than likely, the people behind all this.

Sora: The Chaos Brigade.

Issei: Not those people again.

Azazel: It will tough to do anything with the students here. They really got us this time.

Serafall: There are other Youkais in Kyoto that are willing to help us. If we utilized those contacts and we may be able to do somethings.

Sora: Well, that's a start. But what should we students do?

Azazel: For right now, try to enjoy the school trip.

Sora: Seriously?

Azazel: I'll let you know, if we need you. You kids should be out there making memories. Just let the adults handle this business for the time being. You kids just try to have fun in Kyoto.

Sora: Thanks a lot, I guess...

Seraffal: For sure. This is a once in a lifetime trip after all. So we should all have a little fun!

Shella: That's enough chit-chat. Its time for some delicious food.

Everyone: Thanks for the food.

Suddenly the atmosphere changed back to normal. The tense situation has changed as everyone enjoyed the food. With Sora feeding Shella who is sitting on his lap enjoying herself.

(Timeskip)

After dinner, Sora, Issei, Kiba, Asia, Xenovia, Irina, and Jeanne all started heading back to their rooms.

Sora: So the Chaos Brigade wants to destroy our current system. They are trying to destroy peace and changed it to war instead.

Issei: What a bunch of asshats.

Xenovia: Looks like there is no such things as a dull moment even on a school trip.

Kiba: That's true. What we should do is trying to prepare ourselves for the worst case scenario.

Jeanne: Yes, I agree.

Asia: I kinda wish Rias was here though.

Sora stops for awhile while looking at the views of Kyoto. The people's voices, smiles, laughing, the view of them enjoying themselves. Those kind of scene is what Sora wants to protect the most. The place where Rias love so much.

Sora(mind): No matter what. I'm going to protect the world that you saved, Master.
