After Sora had disappeared, everyone continue to stare at disbelief with Issei who was the most shock.

Issei: I don't understand...

Xenovia: Sora...

Gasper: Where is he?

Koneko: What happened?

Suddenly a green Magic Circle appeared and a man with brown hair appeared.

???: I thank the Black Dragon Emperor for disposing Diodora for me. However, it is also good to know that he won't be here to stop me.

Rias: Who are you?!

???: The little sister of the despicable and fake Devil King. I am the true descendant of the Great Devil Beelzebub, Shalba Beelzebub.

Rias then glared at Shalba as her energy starting to flare up.

Rias: I will never forgive your crime of killing the man I love!

Shalba: Little sister of the imposter Sirzechs, I will have you die as well.

Issei: Sora... Where did you go, brother? Come on, we're going home... If you hide we won't be able to leave! I know that you're a jokester, but this time it isn't funny bro...

Kiba: He lost it.

Asia put her hand over her heart and started crying as she saw the person she loves was broken.

Asia: Oh Issei...

Issei: Come on Bro... Let's go home! I don't want to play anymore. SORA!!!!

Issei continued to wander aimlessly around the room calling his brother out.

Issei: Sora.... Come on man! We're suppose to do the three legged relay race with Asia and Jeanne. We need to practice!

Asia then hug Issei from behind.

Asia: Oh Issei!

Everyone in the room started crying as well and Xenovia looked at Shalba completely furious and charged at him with tears on her eyes.

Xenovia: AHHHH!!! I SWEAR I WILL KILL YOU FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!! I'LL CUT YOU DOWN PIECE BY PIECE UNTIL YOU SCREAM FOR MERCY!!!

Xenovia then drew her Durandal and Issei's Ascalon and went to strike Shalba, but he just block her attack and electrocute her making her yeall in pain and get thrown away.

Rias: Xenovia!

Shalba: It's useless.

Xenovia tried to reach for Durandal but the pain was to strong as she glared at Shalba.

Xenovia: Bring Sora back! He's my friend! Who showed me that not all Devils are bad! He was so kind! The most gentle person I've ever met!

Xenovia then slammed her fist to the ground and Issei look at Asia.

Issei: Asia. Do you know where Sora might've gone? We have to find him. We can't go home without him. He's my brother and our precious Family!

Asia just cried in his chest unable to answer.

Shalba: Truly, the Princess of Ruin has a bad taste. You Red filth. Would you like to know where I sent your brother?

Issei then look at Shalba.

Shalba: I sent him to the Dimensional Gap. Without in his Balance Breaker form, the exposure has surely consumed him by now. In other words, he is dead.

Issei then glared at Shalba and he stood up with his hair covering his eyes and started walking towards Shalba with his head down.

Rias: Issei?

Issei didn't say anything and continue to walk towards Shalba and his Boosted Gear activated on his own and Ddraig started to speak.

Ddraig: Rias Gremory!

Rias: What is it Ddraig?!

Ddraig: If you don't want to die, leave this place immediately!

Rias: Huh?!

Ddraig: As for you, Devil. The one who calls himself Shalba. You have made a poor decision...

Issei then stopped walking and looked at Shalba completely furious, with his eyes glowing green.

Ddraig: AND NOW YOU MUST PAY!!!

Issei's aura erupted and he enter his Balance Breaker, and his aura was so powerful that it sent Shalba flying into the wall and everyone is trying to hold themselves up.

Kiba: His aura and power are incredible!

Koneko: And dangerous...!

Asia: Issei!

Asia tried to get close to Issei, but was hold back by Rias.

Rias: Asia no!

Shalba then got up and saw Issei glaring at him.

Shalba: This is...

Suddenly, multiple small green orb started to fly around and several different voice could be heard and Issei started to speak.

Issei: I, who shall awaken...

???: It's starting...

???: The time has finally come...

Issei eyes started to glow green and his aura continue to flare up.

Shalba: What?!

Issei: I am the Heavenly Dragon who stole the principal of Domination from God.

Issei's body started to morph and changed and the voices continued to speak.

???: It has always been like this.

???: Right you are. It's always been so.

Issei then started to grow in size and grew claws in his hand and feat.

Issei: I laugh at the Infinite and Fret over the Dream.

???: What the world desires...

???: What the world rejects...

Issei then sprouted a pair of Dragon Wings.

Issei: I shall become the Red Dragon of Domination.

???: Has always been power.

???: Has always been love.

Issei and the voice then spoke in complete sync.

Issei and voice: No matter the times, you always choose the path to ruin!

Everyone continue to stare at Issei as they saw that he had turned into a humanoid Dragon.

Issei: I shall drown you in the depths of crimson purgatory. JUGGERNAUT DRIVE!!!!

Issei then let out a massive monstrous and terrifying roar and his aura exploded. And elsewhere, Azazel, Jin, and Sirzechs, were facing off against Ophis.

Jin: If we defeat you here, are you finally going to let peace win out?!

Ophis: How cute, but it's impossible to defeat me. But I might say otherwise for that Pendragon son of yours, Mr War God!

Jin then let his aura out as he glared at Ophis.

Jin: I hope you realized who your messing with?!

Ophis continue to smirk at them.

Ophis: How scary, but even that won't be enough to defeat me!

Azazel: Well then, can you please clue us in to why you're doing this now, when you never showed any interest in this world before?

Sirzechs: Indeed, and I would also like to know why your leading a Brigade of terrorist?

Ophis: For a world of silence. I would like to return to the Dimensional Gap that is my home and reclaim that silence. That is all.

Azazel(mind): The Dimensional Gap is her Home? If I remember correctly... I see, Vali. I know what you want!

Sirzechs, Jin, and Azazel then saw a massive explosion from the location that Rias and the others were in and their eyes widened.

Azazel: Whatever that is...

Jin: It can't be good...

Sirzechs: Indeed...

On a different location, the Heroes along with were still fighting multiple Devils and they finally finished the last one.

Basara: That's all of it!!

Yuki: We should head back!!

Jeanne then saw that Sieg was looking towards the place that Rias and the others were in and they all sense a huge pressure.

Basara: This pressure... It can't be...

Sieg: Issei has entered his Juggernaut Drive...

Everyone then looked at Basara and Sieg shock.

Astolfo: But why...

Basara: No time for answer. Kurumi!!!

Kurumi: I'll teleport us now!!

With Vali, he, Bikou, and Arthur were traveling through the Dimensional Gap.

Bikou: Vali, do you truly believe we shall find it here? The Dimensional Gap is just a void.

Vali: I'm confident we'll find it.

Vali then felt the pressure as well.

Vali(mind): Issei Hyoudou.

Bikou: What's wrong?

Vali: There's been a change of plans. We're going to the Underworld.

Bikou: Why so Suddenly?

Arthur then saw someone floating outside his Barrier and he recognized who is it.

Arthur: Is that...

Back with Rias and the others, they all saw Issei roaring in the sky, and through the roar, they could hear a faint echo of Issei calling out for Sora.

Issei: BRO!!!

Everyone looked at Issei roar in despair, as they all felt horrible for him and not knowing what to do.

Asia: Oh, Issei...

Issei then glared at Shalba, and Shalba was about to attack Issei, but Issei stomped him to the ground and bite one of his shoulder and lifted him up as Shalba cried out in pain.

Shalba: Don't joke around! Face my light of judgment! Try and take it on!

Shalba then summoned a Magic Circle under Issei and it was the same Magic that took out Sora and blasted him, but Issei's wings started to glow white.

Ddraig: Divide!

Shalba: What?!

Ddraig: Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide!

Issei used Divine Dividing to completely negate Shalba's attack and everyone look completely shocked.

Shalba: He has Divine Dividing Power?!

Koneko: I remember that...

Kiba: It's the power Issei stole from Vali!

Shalba then look at Issei completely furious.

Shalba: Just how much do you plan to stand in my way, Vali?!

Shalba then tried to blast Issei, but Issei shot a Dragon shot from his mouth and blew back Shalba and blew of his other arm.

And Issei let out a massive roar and his aura started to explode and erupted.

Shalba: Bastard! This creature must be the Dragon of Domination!

Shalba tried to teleport away, but his leg was suddenly frozen and he saw that Issei's eyes started glowing yellow.

Kiba: Gasper's time stopping abilities!

Gasper: E-Even my power?!

Issei then once again let out a massive roar and his chest opened up and started charging up an attack.

Ddraig: Boost x20!!

Back with Rias and the other, they all saw Issei was charging up an attack.

Akeno: We can't stay here, Rias! If we do, we're all going to die!

Asia: But...

Kiba: Let's go! I don't want to either, but we must!

Rias: No, I won't!

Akeno: Rias!

Kiba: I'm sorry, we're going!

Kiba then grabbed Rias and everyone flew away from Issei, and after Issei had finished charging up, Shalba look at Issei in fear.

Ddraig: Longinus Smasher!!!

Issei then fired a Massive Green energy beam hitting Shalba.

Shalba: Damn you! Red Dragon! White Dragon!

Issei then completely obliterated Shalba, but he didn't stop and continue to go berserk and firing energy blast in every direction.

Gasper: Is standing by and watching all that we can do?

Koneko: Why...?

Xenovia: What should we do? What will make Issei change back?!

Vali: As I thought, The Juggernaut Drive.

Everyone then looked back and saw Vali and Sieg.

Rias: Vali? Sieg? What are you doing here?!

Sieg: We sensed a change in Issei's power. And we wanted to see what it was.

Vali and Sieg then looked at Issei who was still rampaging.

Vali: Is that him down there? It looks like he had an incomplete transformation.

Rias: Do you know if there's any way to change him back to normal?

Vali: in an incomplete state, there's a chance that it could happen naturally. But if not, he'll use up all his life force and die.

Basara: Either way, his life is in danger!

Everyone then saw Basara and the other Heroes along with Bikou and Arthur as they saw Basara was carrying an unconscious Sora on his back and they all looked completely shocked.

Everyone: SORA!!!

Arthur: We happened to come across him while we were moving through the Dimensional Gap and Basara and the others teleported to our location.

Rias then grabbed Sora and look at him worried.

Rias: Sora! Sora!

Jeanne: I've healed most of his wound! He should be alright!

Sora then weakly open his eyes as he saw everyone looking at him worried.

Sora: E-Everyone...

Everyone then looked relived and they all heard another roar and Sora saw that Issei was in his Juggernaut form and his eyes widened.

Sora: Why is Issei on his Juggernaut Form? We need to stop him...

Sora tried to get up but his body is unable to move and Basara look at Vali and Sieg.

Basara: Do you think you can stop him?!

Sieg: Wouldn't it be better to just kill him?

Jeanne: Sieg!! Stop it!! Now go stop him!!

Sieg and Vali just sighed before transforming to their Balance Breaker.

Thorn: Luminous Dragon...

Albion: Vanishing Dragon...

Thorn and Albion: Balance Breaker!!

The two of them then started flying towards Issei.

Thorn: What are you both planning to do?

Sieg: We're just gonna contain his power a bit!

Vali: That should stop his rampaging!

Albion: You have to touch the opponent to use Divine Dividing.

Vali: Yeah. An eye for an eye.

Sieg: A Dragon for a Dragon.

Vali and Sieg then flew up and their aura started to flare up.

Vali: I, who shall awaken, I am the Heavenly Dragon who lost all to the principal of Domination. I envy the infinite and long for the Dream. I shall become the White Dragon that Master the Path of Domination. I shall lead you to the farthest limits of innocence. Juggernaut Drive!

Sieg: I, who shall awaken, I am the Heavenly Dragon who restore the Principal of Domination. I shine light over the infinite and purify the Dreams. I shall become the Silver Dragon that Radiates the Path of Domination. I shall shine Radiant Light over this Ruin world. Juggernaut Drive!

Issei who was still going on a rampage saw both Vali

and Sieg had entered their Juggernaut Drive form as they flew towards him,

and Issei then blasted them, but was blocked by Sieg

and Issei flew towards them and the three of them started flying and trading blows in the air causing Red, Blue, and White Aura streaks in the air.

Sieg: Is this to be your end, Issei Hyoudou?!

Vali: Are you not my Rival and sworn enemy?!

Thorn: Reversal push!!

Sieg then repel Issei towards the ground and both Vali and Sieg went back into their Balance Breaker and Issei blasted Vali and Sieg, but Vali started taking his power.

Albion: Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide!

Issei then fell to the ground and everyone in the ORC went down there to check on him with Sora who was being support by Kiba.

Vali: The rest is up to you guys.

Rias: Issei! Issei! Can you hear us?!

Issei then got up and pushed Rias away and look up to the sky and let out a roar, and inside his mind, Issei started thinking the time he and Sora had been through in the past on how Sora always had his back.

(Flashback)

Sora: Don't worry, I'll help you. As long as you never give up.

(Flashback)

Sora: Let's train together. You and me together, so we can save Asia.

(Flashback)

Sora: That's why, let's get stronger together. So we can protect everyone and keep them safe and protect their smile.

(Flashback)

Sora: Let's train together, as friend and brothers...

(Present)

Issei(mind): Brother... I couldn't ask for a better one!!

Issei then let out a massive roar as he start remembering Sora died saving his life and Asia's life and everyone look at him.

Asia: Issei, it's us!! Big brother is right here with us!

Vali and Sieg who was watching from atop look confused.

Vali: Strange. His energy signature isn't purely Dragon.

Sieg: What the hell is going on?!

???: Something is in him.

Sieg: Look who finally show up!

Vali: So you came, Ophis?

Issei continue to let out a roar and Sora who was still being support by Kiba look at him saddened and he started remembering about Jiraiya, on how he would peep on the girls bathroom, his perverseness, their training and he weakly walk towards Issei.

Rias: Sora...?

Kiba: You can't go by yourself!

Sora: Please, let me do it...

Sora continue to walk towards Issei and he smile at him.

Sora(mind): You and the Pervy Sage really are alike. How pervert you are. How kind you are to everyone. How we would always train together. The only different is you are not able to write a book. But even so, I'm glad that you and me became brothers...

Issei saw that Sora who was approaching towards him, slammed his tail towards Sora and sent him flying towards the others.

Everyone: Sora!!

Sora ignore them and got up and continue to smile and walk towards Issei and everyone look surprised.

Basara: Is her crazy?!

Yuki: He's going to get himself killed!

Kurumi: Are really just gonna stand here and do nothing?!

Astolfo: We should go!

Maria: I guess we have no choice...

Vali:...

Sieg:...

Jeanne: No one moves! We will see what happens next!

Everyone look at Jeanne surprised and saw that Jeanne had a serious look and they could all tell that she was serious and look back at Sora and they all saw Issei was about to bite him and everyone called out to him.

Everyone: SORA!!!

Sora continue to smile and raised his right hand as it was about to reach him as he saw Issei who was about to eat him alive.

Sora: Brother...

As soon Sora said those words, Issei stop an inch of Sora's face and Sora put his hand on his face.

Sora: Issei... Listen to me. Whatever you're seeing inside your head, whatever nightmares the Juggernaut Drive had created, they aren't real. I'm here right in front of you, alive and well. So please come back, to me. Not just me, Asia, Rias, and everyone else.

Sora then put his head on Issei's Juggernaut head form and on Issei's mind he then saw a gleam of light as he saw Sora calling out to him.

Sora: Come Home, Brother. I love you, Bro...

Issei's Juggernaut Form then shatters and Issei started crying as he saw Sora right in front of him smiling.

Issei: Brother?

Sora: I'm here... I'm right here... Brother...

Issei then started crying and tackle Sora into a brotherly hug and Sora hug him back and everyone smile at them.

Issei: I'm so sorry man! I just felt something inside me snapped when that Shalba guy said he killed you.

Sora: I'm just glad your back!

Issei: But how...?!

Sora: Vali and his allies saved me.

Vali: It was just a mere chance. But there is something I want you to see, Issei Hyoudou!

Sora and Issei then stood beside Vali and Sieg and they saw a massive portal open.

Vali: This is what I want you to see.

A massive Red Dragon then appeared before their eyes.

Sora: Would you look at that...

Rias: It can't be...

Sieg: Dragon of Dragon. He is often called DD, the True Red Dragon God Emperor, Great Red.

Issei: Great Red. DD.

Sora: That guy hasn't change one bit...

Vali: He choose to live in the Dimensional Gap and flies around for all eternity in there. That is Ophis purpose. And my goal is to defeat him.

Sora: You haven't change one bit!

Vali: I want to become the True White Dragon Emperor. The White Dragon God Emperor. Someday, I'll take down the Great Red.

Ophis: Great Red. It has been awhile.

Everyone other than Sora, Vali, Sieg, and Basara look down and saw Ophis sitting on a rock as they all looked surprised.

Issei: Who is that?!

Kurumi: Where did she come from?!

Astolfo: She wasn't here until just now?!

Vali: Ophis. The Dragon God of Infinity, Ouroborus Dragon.

Sora: Also the leader of the Chaos Brigade.

Rias: What did you say?!

Gasper: The bad Dragon is her!!

Ophis then pointed at Great Red.

Ophis: Someday, I will definitely obtain silence.

Sora: You haven't change, Lady Ophis...

Ophis then teleported in front of Sora and smile at him.

Ophis: It has been awhile, hasn't it Sora? Well, are you finally gonna accept my offer and join me?!

Everyone at the OCR and the Heroes look at Sora shocked that he knew her and Sora just smile at her.

Sora: And just like before, I reject your offer...

Ophis: Even though I can help you control that power?!

Sora: I told you once before, I would like to control this on my own. Without the help of everyone. This is the one that I need to overcome it on my on. So that's why, I won't join the Chaos Brigade!

Ophis just smile at him and flick his nose.

Ophis: And just like the last time, I won't give up on you...

Sora just wink at her before she teleported away and Vali called out to Sora.

Vali: Tell me something Sora. Do you want to defeat me?

Sora: Yeah, of course I do. But not in the way you think.

Vali: How so?

Sora: Even though we are Enemies and Rivals. I want to be your friend. Todays shows that we can be around each other and not fight. That's why someday, I will surpass you!

Vali then smiled at Sora.

Vali: That is interesting. I won't let you surpass me. But keep getting stronger, Sora.

Sora and Vali then fist bump and Vali and his team teleported away.

Basara: We should head back as well. We need to report to my father!

Sora then walked to Basara and held out his hand and Basara shook it.

Basara: Next time, don't let your guard down and get yourself killed.

Yuki: And don't make us even more worried about you.

Kurumi: Or you'll have hell to pay!!

Maria: If you die, how are we suppose to have our sexy time?!

Astolfo: We were so worried when we sensed your energy depleting.

Sora: Sorry I made you guys worried!

Basara and the other Heroes then teleported away and Issei walked out to Sora.

Issei: Come on Bro. Let's go Home. To our Home.

Sora: Yeah, and I'm sorry for worrying you.

Issei: And i'm sorry too. It seemed I caused everyone a lot of trouble.

Sora: But you still came back, and that's more than enough...

Issei: Yeah! And I know that you'll-

Suddenly, Issei passed out and Sora caught him and everyone saw this.

Sora: Issei?! Issei!

Gasper: Look at his arm!

Everyone then saw that Issei'a arm and Ddraig Dragon hand had merged with Issei's arm as they looked completely shocked.

Everyone: Issei!!
