It's the day of the summit, and currently, Vali was flying and hovering above the school.

Vali: Tonights finally the night. All the higher ups are gathering to discuss the most boring issues to be discussed...

Vali then looked down and saw a black hair girl standing on a pole and he was surprised.

???: There is nothing left in this boring world to interest me...

Vali: Ophis?

Ophis: Vali. That is what you always say.

Vali: That's right. There is nothing left in this boring world to interest me.

(Timeskip)

After the time has come, everyone then gather at the ORC as they were all getting ready to head out to the meeting.

Rias: Well, time to go...

Sora: Right...

Rias: And Gasper, behave yourself while we're gone.

Gasper: Okay.

Rias: I don't mean to scold, but if you activate your power, it could stall the negotiation. And we don't want that, I hope you understand.

Gasper: Yes, MA'am.

Rias: But Koneko is going to stay and take care of you, isn't that right, Koneko?

Koneko: Yes, of course...

Sora then looked at Gasper and smile at him.

Sora: Alright, little bro. Don't give Koneko to much trouble. And you can borrow this.

Sora then gave Gasper a game console.

Gasper: Awesome, thanks a lot, Big Bro. I'll try not to let you down.

Koneko: I also stock up some snack for us

Koneko then pull out a box full of snacks.

Gasper: Wow, I don't even know where to begin.

(Timeskip)

After they left both Koneko and Gasper, they all made their way to the meeting room and after they walked in, they saw, Sona, Tsubaki, Sirzechs, Serafall, Michael, Vali, Sieg, and Jeanne and Xenovia noticed Irina that was standing behind Michael.

Xenovia: Irina?

Irina looked at Xenovia and looked away and she looked down saddened and Sora looked at Vali who was smirking at him, Sieg who was glaring at him and Jeanne who was smiling at him and nodded her head and Sora just gave her a saddened smile.

Sirzechs: Everyone's here. This is my sister, Rias and her peerage. Their the one who fought against Kokabiel during his surprised attack a few days ago.

Micahel: That is rather an impressive feat. I thank each one of you for all of your hard work.

Azazel: Once again I apologize. It seems one of my boys caused you a little bit of trouble.

Sirzechs: Now that all the participant are represented. Let this summit commence.

(Timeskip)

As the summit continues, Rias and sona both went over the details of what happened during their fight with Kokabiel.

Rias: The rest of the detail regarding the incident between Kokabiel and my household can be found in my official report.

Sona: As a witness, I Sona Sitri confirm the veracity of the report given by Lady Gremory.

Sirzechs: That would be all. Thank you very much.

Serafall: Great job Ladies. You make me so proud, Sona.

Sona had a blush on her face and back off to where everyone is.

Sirzechs: Perhaps the Governor of Fallen Angels would care to share his opinion on their report?

Azazel: Kokabiel went rogue, therefore my thoughts on the accident are irrelevant.

Michael: So he act entirely on his own?

Azazel: Well, he never had my permission if that what your asking. But something tells me that damn fool wouldn't have tried to destroy the whole town if he knew I was staying here. I've grown quite fond to this place.

Sora just gave Azazel an annoyed look.

Sirzechs: Try to stay on topic if you please.

Azazel: I Sent the White and Silver Dragon Emperor to resolve the issue, but they didn't have to do much, since the Black Dragon Emperor had already defeated him. As for Kokabiel, he was frozen stiff in the lowest level of Hell. He won't bother you again.

Michael: What I found most troubling about the attack itself is his motivation. It seems he was rather dissatisfied with the status.

Azazel: Yeah the war ending half way through really stuck him in the wrong way. And getting his plan foiled when he tried to kill the Demon Lords daughter by Jiraiya the Gallant, got him even more furious.

Sora:...

Sora clinched his fist tightly and both Jeanne, and Sieg just looked at him.

Azazel: What he really wanted was perpetual combat. But at this late state wanted in the game, I have no interest in starting a war.

Serafall: The seed of discontent...

Azazel: That behavior isn't exclusive in my faction.

Sirzechs: Again, I ask to stay focus on the matter at hand. After all that is why we gather here.

Azazel: Spare me. Let's just make peace and be done with it. That's the purpose of this grand summit, isn't it?

Azazel: Our perpetual 3 way stalemate and Heroes is getting rather old and hardly doing this world any favors. I assume we're all in agreement on that?

Michael: God and the Devil King are gone. Both of are war Generals have been annihilated.

Asia, Xenovia, Irina, and Jeanne looked down saddened when they heard that God was death and Sora noticed their looked.

Azazel: We have a complication. Once again, it's not even our three way powers. But these forces are equally if not more destructive. And they are...

Azazel: The Red Dragon Emperor...

Azazel: The White Dragon Emperor...

Azazel: The Silver Dragon Emperor...

Azazel: And The Black Dragon Emperor. So I'd like to hear their thoughts... and I would like to hear what your thoughts on the matter too, Holy Maiden Savior, Jeanne D'Arc...

Everyone other than Sora and Sieg looked at Jeanne completely and utterly shocked when they heard that.

Vali: What I want, is to fight someone who is as strong as me.

Vali narrow his eyes and looked at Sora and he looked at him as well as their two eyes met.

Azazel: Yes. But you can still fight and find a lot of powerful opponent without having a war.

Vali: I suppose...

Azazel: Silver Dragon Emperor...? Holy Maiden Savior?

Sieg: Me and Jeanne are representing the Hero Clan. All we want is to have peace and not fond with the Idea of starting a war.

Jeanne: What I want is all people wether it be Humans, Devils, Angels, and Fallen Angels is to live in harmony without the conflict of war.

Azazel: Red Dragon Emperor...?

Issei: All I want is to protect my friends and family, just like my brother, Sora.

Azazel: And you Black Dragon Emperor...?

Sora close his eyes and everyone looked at him and Sora opened his eyes and spoke up.

Sora: My Master one said, that this world have to much hate. And he always wanted to do something about this hatred, but he wasn't sure just to go about it until now. But he truly believe, that eventually the day will come, when all people will understand one another and live in harmony. And he died and entrust me to find it. I know that Devils and Angels have been sworn enemies for awhile, but then there is the Fallen Angels that have worked in the dark, plotting against the two. And the Heroes who always risk their live's to fight them from behind the scene. So I'm begging you all to stop fighting and live in harmony.

Sora bows his head and everyone just smile at him and the fact that he made.

Michael: Black Dragon Emperor. Did you still have a question you wanted to ask me?

Sora: I do. On behalf of me and my brother Issei. You weren't fair to Asia.

Issei: Yeah, we wanted to know why you kicked Asia out of the church? She loves God more than anyone.

Asia looked at them shocked and Rias grabbed Sora's hand.

Rias: Both of you, stop!

Michael: After God was destroyed, only the system remained. The only thing we had to keep the faith was our power to administer divine protection and mercy and miracles. Even with me as the center, the church is barely functioning right now. Consequently, there was a need to avoid anything that can negatively affect our system.

Sora: In other words you have no choice. You had to... because she can heal Devils and Fallen Angels on top of Humans.

Michael: Indeed. The fate of believers is the reasons those of us in Heavens exist. A threat to the system, is a threat to our survival. Therefore, anything that can negatively affect had to be removed.

Xenovia: Of course. That's why I suffered Asia's fate too. Along with others who found out the truth.

Michael: Exactly. It was unfair, you are hardly heretic. We should have discovered another way. I ask for your forgiveness.

Irina eyes widened completely and utterly shocked when she found out the truth.

Irina(mind): Then she didn't betray us?

Xenovia: Apology accepted chief Michael. It's interesting, I grew up in the church so I must admit, I do have a few regrets. But to be perfectly honest, I am more than satisfied with my life as a devil. I am sad though, for the other believers.

Everyone smiled at her and Asia stand next to Xenovia.

Asia: As am I. And I am so much happier as a Devil too. I met people I cherish who also care about me.

Michael: Both of you have forgiving spirits. And I am grateful for that.

Everyone smiled and Azazel spoke up.

Azazel: Oh right. Wasn't my underling was responsible for killing you?

Asai gasped and Issei glared at him and Sora put Asia behind his back and hold her hand.

Sora: She has been dealt with!

Issei: Yeah! And you should be apologizing! You wanted to kn ow why that Fallen Angels bitch killed her?! Because she wanted to be like you! You stupid Asshole!

Azazel: Naturally, I take full responsibility. So to atone, I will satisfy you in a way I can.

Sora: And how should we believed you?!

Rias hold Sora's hand.

Rias: Calm down, Sora!

Suddenly, Sora felt a pressure and his Accel Gear along with his invisible sword was activated and everyone other than, Issei, Rias, Kiba, Xenovia, Irina, Serafall, Sirzechs, Michael, Azazel, Vali, Sieg and Jeanne were frozen.

Sora: What the?

Kiba: They're frozen...

Issei: Is it just me, or did time stop?

Azazel: It appears so. Fortunately, those of us with superior powers weren't affected.

Vali: Thank our Dragons. They protected us. The heavenly bunch over there were shielded by their Holy Swords.

Sieg: And Jeanne was protected by her Flag.

Irina: What I don't understand...?

Rias: I'm okay thanks to you, Sora. You did it again.

Sora saw that Rias is holding apart of his invisible sword. Everyone then heard an explosion outside and looked outside and saw a massive group of clocked figure.

Sora: Who are they?

Serafall: There Magicians...

Issei: Magicians?

Serafall: They're so rude! I'm a real life Magi-Girl and they flat out ignoring me!

Michael: But! What is this power?!

Azazel: Is the half vampire boy. He must have been forced into making Balance Breaker condition for them.

Sora: Gasper!

Sirzechs: He has the power to stop time. I think it safe to say yes, it is him. Gasper has fallen to the enemies hand.

Sora: Dammit! That means they must've have Koneko there as well.

Rias: Terrorist Magicians dare to kidnapped a member of my household?! They will pay for their disrespect!!

Michael: Our Guards our disappearing. They're using teleportation magic. That can only mean someone is connected to the gate within this barrier.

Grayfiya: And unfortunately, our magical transport troops are completely sealed off from us.

Azazel: So we've been cornered.

Michael: Yes. Their timing along with the use of Lady Gremory bishop could not have been more perfect.

Irina: We've been betrayed...

Sieg: Gah!! Traitors all over the place!!

Jeanne: Sieg!! Stop it!!

Sirzechs: I recommend we take action soon. If they some how found a way to make Gasper even stronger.none of us will survive!!

Azazel: If we don't do something about this half vampire kid now. It will be far to dangerous to fight back.

Rias then looked at Sirzechs.

Rias: Sirzechs! I have an unused rook in the storage where my household holds a meeting.

Sirzechs: A rook? Castling could work?

Issei: What's Castling?

Sora: Is a special rule in chess, where you can switch places of the King and the rook in one move.

Sirzechs: but, I rather not send you in alone.

Rias: Gasper is a member of my household. I'll take responsibility for him and I'll get him back!!

Sirzechs: I recommend using some of Sirzechs power. Then another person will be able to escape with you.

Sora: Then count me in!! I promise to protect her!!

Everyone looked at Sora and Rias smiled at him.

Vali: Wouldn't it be easier to go ahead and take out the half vampire with the terrorist?! If you like, I can just do it for you?!

Sieg: Or do you want me to kill him?!

Sora looked at them pissed.

Sora: Shut up! There is no way I'm letting either of you do that!!

Azazel: Vali, Sieg, try to be more a little considerate, okay?! After all, we're trying to make peace.

Vali: Sorry. It's hard for me to do nothing like this.

Azazel: Fair enough. Then why don't the both of you welcome those Magicians. Upset their rank some. Seeing the White and Silver Dragon Emperor should help.

Vali: Of course...

Sieg: Then I'm going all out...

Both Vali and Sieg then jumped out of the window and both straight towards the Magicians.

Vali: Here we go!

Sieg: Let's get this over with!!

Vali and Sieg: BALACE BREAK!!

Albion: Vanishing Dragon...

Thorn: Luminous Dragon...

Albion and Thorn: Balance Breaker!!

Both Vali and Sieg enter their Balance Breaker and went to fight of the Magicians.

Issei: They pull that off fast. If we try we have to sacrifice something.

Jeanne just sighed.

Jeanned: Sieg is such an idiot sometimes. We want to make peace not start a war again.

Sora: You can say that again. He hasn't change one bit...

Sora and Jeanne smile at each other and back with Vali and Sieg, the Magicians then started to fire agains the both of them but the shots were bounced off.

Vali: Pitiful.

Vali then sent a barrage of blue lighting and took out a number of them.

Sieg: Is this the best you can do?!

Sieg then grabbed his sword and he was surrounded in green lighting and speed blitzed and killed multiple Magicians.

Issei: They're so strong.

Xenovia: true, but the White one feels dangerous to me.

Sora: Let's not worry about that. We need to go and safe Gasper and Koneko first.

They all nodded at him and Azazel approached Sora and Issei.

Azazel: First thing first...

Azazel then gave Sora and Issei three armband.

Issei: What are these?

Azazel: You both should be able to use it instead of sacrificing another part of your body.

Issei: Are you serious?! Thanks. That means we can become Balance Breaker.

Azazel Only as a last resort. It can't regulate how fast the both of your strength are used. Put the third one on the half vampire. It can bring him back under control.

Sora: You got it.

Sora and Rias then stood on the Magic Circle and got ready to teleport.

Sirzechs:I'm leaving Rias in your hands. Understood?

Sora: Yes sir...

The two of them then teleported into the club room.

Sora: Gasper! Koneko!

Rias: Let's try looking at a different room!

Sora: Right!

As the two of them were looking for Gasper and Koneko at the old school building, the two of them heard an explosion and saw Azazel fighting against a woman.

Rias: The one fighting Azazel?

Sora eyes widened completely and utterly shocked when saw her.

Sora: That's Katerea Leviathan. The descendants of the Leviathan Family.

Sora clinched his hand tightly when he saw her.

Rias: Let's go! Promote yourself to a Queen!

Sora: You got it!

Sora then promote himself to a Queen and Rias blasted down the door and Sora jumped in and slashed one of the Magicians and they looked completely shocked.

Magicians: A devil? We disabled their ability to teleport?! How did they get here?!

Sora then looked over and saw Gasper and Koneko being held down and Sora glared at them.

Sora: Your gonna pay for what you did to them!!

Rias: Don't worry. We're here...

Gasper: Rias, I'm so sorry. This whole thing is all my fault.

Back with the rest, Jeanne was still currently protecting everyone with her flag and with her ability Luminosité Eternelle and everyone was shocked that her prayers aren't hurting them.

Kiba: Even though she's praying...

Issei: My heads doesn't hurt...

Sirzechs: Grayfiya was currently analyzing the gate.

Serafall: Which mean we have to buy them some extra time.

Kiba: You can let us take care of them.

Sirzechs looked at them.

Sirzechs: Can you work together?

Issei: Of course. We've all done that before...

Michael: In the mean time. Let's hope Azazel has the power to defeat her.

Xenovia: There is no need to worry chief Michael. Remember he is not alone out there.

All 4 of them then rushed forwards to where the Magicians and started taking them out and back with Sora and Rias, the two of them were still standing in front of the Magicians that had kidnapped Gasper and Koneko.

Koneko: Please forgive me, Rias, Sora.

Sora: It's alright...

Rias: I'm just glad we found you. Your okay?

Magicians: I don't know what tricks you use to get here. But don't take one more step!

Gasper started crying.

Gasper: Please Rias. Just kill me now and get it over with!

Sora: Don't say that!

Gasper: It would be better for everyone if I was death. I'm useless coward and not only that, look what happen! My stupid power caused it! So I don't deserve to live anymore!

Sora:....

Rias: Don't be so dramatic! Remember what I told you when I made you one of us?! Find a way that will make you happy. You are my servant and a part of my household. I made a solemn vow. I will not abandon you.

Gasper: Thank you. Thank you so much...

The Magicians then point their knife at Gasper and Koneko.

Magicians: How stupid! You should have taken your time to brainwash such a dangerous creature so that you can use them as your own personal weapon.

Sora: Someone like you won't be able to understand. We are all family and we don't use them for our personal weapns!

The Magicians glared at him and Rias just smirked.

Magicians: Disrespectful!

The magicians then fire a laser at Rias and was cut off by Sora and Rias looked at Gasper.

Rias: Listen to me! Now would be the right time to cause major problem.

Gasper: Huh?

Rias: I promise if you do, I'll scold you over and over for being so naughty Gasper. Then I will hold you and never let go.

Gasper: You will? Okay. I can try...

Sora smiled at her and looked at Gasper.

Sora: Gasper!! Come on! You can do this!! Don't be afraid!! And stop crying!! You got us, and that's not all!! Everyone from the ORC are with you and we believe in you!!

Sora then deactivate one of his black gauntlet and level his sword at his palm and cut a skin of his hand and blood drips from the tip of his sword.

Rias: Sora stop!

Sora: You know what Gasper?! Nothing will happen if you don't move!

Sora then thrust his sword until it was an inch at Gasper's face and the blood on Sora's sword landed on Gasper's face.

Sora: Gasper!! You are a member of the house of Gremory!! Show them what kind of a person you are!! Show it to me that you can be a Hero! DO IT GASPER!!!

Gasper then licked the blood on his face and then his eyes started glowing red and Koneko was suddenly teleported to Sora and Rias and Bats started flying around the Magicians and stopped them from moving.

Rias: This is just a small dose of Gasper's power...

Sora: Awesome, to think he has more tricks up his sleeve.

Rias: His power was release when he tasted your blood. How did you ever come up with that idea?

Sora: I had a little help...

After Gasper managed to froze all of the Magicians, Sora and Koneko then killed them and after they were done, Sora put the armband on Gasper's arm.

Sora: This should keep you more in control.

Gasper: Thanks a lot, Big Bro...

Rias: Alright, let's get out of here...

The four of them then left the club house and made their way back to the others. And they saw Kiba, Issei, Xenovia, and Irina fighting the Magicians and Sora jumped in and sent a wind blast and killed multiples Magicians.

Kiba: Thanks Sora...

Issei: About time...

Sora: Sorry to keep you waiting...everyone alright?

They nodded and Rias gave Gasper to Sirzechs and Sora and Koneko stood ready to fight.

Koneko: Can we kill them now?

Issei: We're suppose to protect this area until the gate closes!

Sora: With the gate opened they are just gonna keep flooding in! So let's take out the big chunks to keep from being overwhelm!!

All three of them rushed forward and started taking out the Magicians and Gasper looked at everyone fighting.

Gasper: This whole thing is all my fault. I should help them! I want to help! Rias, Sora!!

Everyone then looked at Gasper.

Gasper: Please listen. I can fight too. I wanted to be a Hero just like Sora. I want to make you all proud of me.and I wanted to be worthy of you. I will fight. I just had too. I'm gonna do whatever it takes to protect my friends.

Gasper then took off the armband and stood up.

Gasper: I can do this. Watch me. I can be a man too!!

Gasper then released the time loop and made time resume, releasing everyone and took out the enemy's gate as well.

Akeno: What was that?

Sona: Any Idea what just happened?

Rias: Gasper did it...

Sora: Nice work...

Asia: I don't understand?

Rias: We'll tell you the details later. For now I need everyone's help.

Akeno, Sona, Tsubaki, and Jeanne all joined the fight and started to take out more Magicians.

Azazel: Well then, why don't we start getting serious here! I'm so bored right now! Are you?!

Azazel then pull out a golden spear.

Katerea: What are you holding?

Azazel: Something much more interesting than war. Call it my hobby. This is the downfall Dragon Spear! It'a an artificial Sacred Gear develop by yours truly. BALANCE BREAK!!

Azazel then started to transformed and Sora and Issei felt the Dragons power.

Issei: What's he doing?

Afther the light died down, everyone saw that Azazel was in a golden armor holding a light spear.

Azazel: Armor of Fallen Dragon. Downfall Dragon Another Armor!

Issei: A Dragon's Armor?!

Sora: So he can do a Balance Breaker too?

Azazel and his Balance Breaker thrust his light spear and injured Katerea and she looked at him completely furious and went to wrapped her hand on Azazel's arm trying to take him down with her. But Azazel cut off his hand and thrust his light spear and killed Katerea, and before she died, she looked at Sora and her eyes widened completely shocked.

Katerea: It's him. The one that...

Katerea then disappeared and everyone managed to take down the remaining Magicians, and Sieg jumped down and landed in front of Sora.

Azazel: Nice, they've annihilated everyone...

Suddenly, an energy blast hits Azazel from behind and he fall to the ground.

Azazel: You got me. Must be losing my edge. Bad Vali.

Everyone then looked up and saw Vali.

Vali: Sorry, Azazel. But things looked more interesting on this side.

Issei: Vali! Your the one that betrayed us!

Azazel: I can understand. But there is something I like to ask you.

Azazel then flew up in front of Vali.

Azazel: You know Shimhazai, my vice governor General. Well he recently informed me about a faction that have been gathering the dangerous elements member of the three great power. What were they called? Ah yes, the Chaos Brigade!!

Sirzechs: Chaos sounds accurate...

Serafall: Who ever is in charge must be strong. But why would anyone gather such dangerous people together?

Azazel: So, I bet I can guess who's leading you. Has to be Ophis the Ouroboros Dragon, right?

Everyone looked at Azazel shocked.

Rias: Ophis?! It can be?!

Issei: Is that another Dragon?

Sora: Is the Infinite Dragon God! A dragon so powerful even God was afraid of her.

Vali: Yes it is true I decided to side with Ophis. But believe me neither one of us has the slightest interest in world domination. We're just a group who formed in order to use our power.

Azazel: Well that makes more sense. Conspiring with Katerea, is a little beneath you. But still, both of you had Devil titles stolen from you.

Everyone looked at Vali shocked.

Serafall: He's a Devil King descendant too?!

Rias: What are you saying?!

Sora: It's exactly as it sound. Vali is a descendant of the original Lucifer!

Everyone looked at Sora completely shocked and vali just smirked.

Vali: Correct as always, Sora! My name is Vali Lucifer.

Sirzechs: What?!

Issei: Lucifer?!

Rias: No!

Vali: I am a direct descendant of one of the dead Devil King. My mother was a human, so I'm a half blood. My father was grandson of the former Great Devil King Lucifer.

Everyone continued to looked at Vali shocked.

Rias: No...it can be true...

Sirzechs: Of course, half human. There is no way we could have known...

Azazel: While you have the blood of a real Devil King. Since you're also a human. You just happened to be possessed by the Vanishing Dragon. So basically your very existence, is a joke.

Vali: I would go with Miracle personally.

Vali then showed everyone his 10 Devil wings.

Vali: But to reach their own...

Asia: Look at his wings...

Michael: Dear God...

Azazel: I have a feeling that this one will be the best White Dragon Emperor the world has ever known, past, present and future.

Azazel then looked at Sora.

Azazel(mind): Truth be told. The same could be said for Sora.

Issei: The best Dragon ever...

Vali: Issei Hyoudou. Fate could be cruel wouldn't you agree? I am the strongest dragon and I carry with me the blood of the Devil King. But you are just lowly human. Before becoming a devil you weren't even an impressive student in high school. Unlike Sora here, aside from your Boosted Gear you are nothing. It's disappointing, it's funny. Even though we are Rival Sacred Gears, you and I are far apart as the sky to the earth. No more than that...

Issei: You got a point there Vali?!

Vali: I do. I think you should try harder. Maybe you should try becoming an avenger. I could kill your parents if that will help you?!

Issei eyes widened completely and utterly shocked.

Vali: If I take something that is precious to you. Surely you'll be able to act on that tragedy. Your parents will most likely grateful to me for their murder. Any death that will grant them could be far more exciting than their current boring life. Yes let's do that.

Everyone looked at Issei who had his head down.

Asia: No, how can you be so cruel...?

Rias: Oh...Issei...

Issei gritted his teeth and clinched his hand tightly and glared at Vali.

Issei: I'm so gonna kill this asshole! Why should my parent have to die for his damn convenient?! Like I would just sit idly by and let him take everything from me!!

Issei's aura then flare up and his Boosted Gear glows and the armband in his hand glows as well.

Ddraig: Welsh Dragon: Over-booster!!

Issei: No one hurst the people I care about! I don't care who they are!!

Rias: It's his Balance Breaker...!

Vali: Look Albion. The boy's power gone up exponentially.

Albion: The Sacred Gear users a strong feeling to sustain it's power. Your facing pure rage from him right now. Well done, that's one of the best way to draw out the Dragon.

Vali: So what your saying is, I'm even more better than drawing out his power than he is at being one.

Issei: Keep talking, Asshole!! Ascalon!!

Ddraig: Blade!!

Issei then summoned Ascalon and went to thrust Vali but missed.

Albion: The Dragon Slayer! I won't be able to deflect even one cut from this.

Vali: Alright, then I won't let him cut me.

Both Issei and Vali then rushed at one another and clashed one another causing massive shockwave.

Sora: Dammit!!!

Sora then was about to help Issei when suddenly, he was kicked in the face and sent flying to the ground and everyone saw Sieg who kicked him and he was glaring at Sora.

Everyone: Sora!!

Sora got up and look at him.

Sora: Sieg!!

Sieg: This is perfect. I can kill you while the Red Dragon Emperor is busy with Vali.

Sieg then sent a massive Dragon shot at Sora and caused a massive explosion and everyone looked completely shocked, but Sora was unharmed and everyone saw that Jeanne had shielded Sora with her ability and Sieg looked at her shocked.

Jeanne: Sieg! What is the meaning of this?!

Sieg: Get away from that traitor, Jeanne! He just turned himself into a devil! How dare he do something so ridiculous?!

Sora then stood up and put his hand on Jeanne shoulder and she looked at him as he was smiling at her.

Sora: Jeanne, I appreciate the help. But, I want you to stand down. I don't want you getting in trouble with the village because of me.

Jeanne: But...

Sora: I'll be fine. I promise...

Jeanne then step away and went back to the others and Sora looked at Sieg and glared at him.

Sora: Sieg, I'm sorry. But I've already made up my mind. This is the path that I've chosen.

Sieg: Don't be ridiculous. Do you think that the village will reconsider after what you did?

Sora: I don't care what the village think! Am I only allowed to have one thing precious to me?! Must I limit myself to one?!

Sieg: Suit yourself!!

Both, Sora and Sieg stood off at one another before the two of them lunged at one another.

Sora: SIEGGG!!

Sieg: SORAAA!!

Draco: Phantom Dragon: Balance Breaker!!

Sora then transformed into his balance breaker and the two of them continued to lunged at one another and then the two of them locked hands

and the two of them break the lock and started trading blows and Sora was being pushed back.

Thorn: Reverse!!

Sora's speed was decreased and suddenly, Sieg grabbed Sora's arm and pulled him down and kicked Sora in the chest a few times and he launched himself off and fire off a Dragon shot at Sora and Sora jumped back and Draco increased Sora's speed and Sieg continued to shot multiple shots at Sora and he landed at the walls of the school.

Draco: Accel: Third Gear!!

As Sora tried to summoned a clone, he saw Sieg had thrown his sword at him and and had a rope tied down and Sieg rushed Sora and continued to trade blows and Sieg kicked Sora off and he summoned multiple clone and

lunged them all at Sieg and pushed him to the roof of the school and throw him to one of the walls and he saw that one of the clones had two Rasengan in his hand and went to hit him and he dodged it and Sieg saw multiple Sora with Rasengan in his hand and tried to hit him and he continued to effortlessly countered them

and Sieg kicked two clone to the side and and they disappeared and he punched one on the chest and Sieg saw another clone launching himself from behind and went to head-butt him but Sieg kicked him away and Sora stepped away along with his clone.

Sieg: Thorn!!

Thorn: Reversal Pull!!

Sora then along with his clone was then suddenly pull towards, Sieg and black flame then appeared and stabbed Sora along with his clones

and the three clone then disappeared and Sieg saw that Sora had managed to use his gauntlet to grabbed it before he was stabbed and Sieg looked above and saw another clone as he sent his Rasengan at him and he jumped away and used shot another dragon shot, but Sora blocked it with his hand

but, Sieg switched position with a rock and appeared behind Sora and he looked completely shocked and saw Sieg had a lightning on his arm and hit Sora and sent him flying back to the others and they all looked completely shocked.

Everyone: Sora!!

Sora opened his eyes and saw Issei as he was falling right above him and he held his hand up and caught him.

Sora: You alright?!

Issei: Yeah! How could I forgotten, he absorbs the power whatever comes into contact.

Rias: Are you both alright?!

Sora: We're fine!!

Both Sora and Issei got up and Vali and Sieg looked at them.

Vali: I'm disappointed in you, Sora. To think you've gotten that weak since the last time we fought.

Sieg: I guess this is as far as you go!

Vali: Now I remember. When you fought against Kokabiel, you were fighting for the sake of your friends, weren't you? Does that mean I should kill your friend, before I kill your family.

Vali then lunged towards Asia.

Sora: Issei gave me your hand!

Issei then gave Sora his hand and Sora trows Issei at Vali while launching himself at Sieg and the two of them once again trade blow and Sora create a Rasengan and managed to hit Sieg and destroyed his armor and sent him flying.

Sora then saw Issei land behind him and saw that Issei managed to destroyed Vali's armor as well.

Vali: That's amazing. You completely blew away my Sacred Gear. I knew you can do it if you just try. As I expect from my rival.

Sieg: So your resistance continues huh?

Both Vali and Sieg then went back to their Balance Breaker and both Sora and Issei looked completely shocked.

Sora: Dammit!

Issei: Son of a bitch!!

Ddraig: It won't be over until the other person is unable to battle.

Draco: This is how Dragons battle.

Sora's feet and Issei's arm started to flicker.

Issei: What's wrong?

Ddraig: Both you and Sora's armband are reaching their limit.

Sora: Not good!!

Issei: This is happening because I was to damn weak again.

Draco: There is no way you guys can win against a time limit.

Sora then saw a light blue colored gem and Issei saw a dark blue and they picked it up.

Sora: Issei. You know what I'm thinking?

Issei: You bet I do. The Sacred Gear evolve in respond to our feelings right?

Ddraig: Yes, but before you both do anything rash. Are you really ready to die?!

Sora and Issei looked at each other and smirk.

Sora: There is no way we're gonna die!!

Issei: If it's for my Friends and Family, we can take on the whole world!!

Draco: Both of your resolve is unbreakable as ever now let us show you ours!!

Both Sora and Issei raised their hand into the air and the gem that they were holding started glowing.

Draco: I am the mass power known as the Black Dragon Emperor.

Ddraig: I am the mass power known as the Red Dragon Emperor.

Ddraig and Draco: We will survive this together as true partner! Issei Hyoudou/ Sora Yatagami are you ready?!

Sora and Issei: Let's do this!!

Sieg: What are you guys up too?!

Vali: What can you do so late in the game?

Issei: Listen you Vanishing Dragon bullshit and Luminous Dragon asshole!!

Sora: This is where we take your power!!!

Both Sora and Issei then crushed both of the gems into their hands and Sora was covered in blue aura while Issei was white and the two of them hold their arms in pain.

Sora and Issei: AHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Rias: Sora! Issei! Noooo!!

Everyone looked at both Sora and Issei completely shocked to what they were doing.

Gasper: What happen? Are they okay?

Vali: Are you trying to take in our power?

Sieg: Do you guys want to die that badly?

Sora: Kiba managed to pull it off! Fuse Holy and Devil powers together!!

Issei: We can too. Take your Vanishing and Luminous power! Combine it with our Sacred Gear and kick both of your ass!!

Albion: Rather reckless. What are both trying to do is impossible.

Thorn: We are conflicting existences. To do that would be suicide.

Ddarig: So you know Albion, Thorn. Possessing this particular Master and meeting Sora had taught me something important.

Draco: Doing the impossible is what this two fools brothers are capable of. As long as they never give up!!

Issei: So what if we are a fool. I'm proud of it!

Sora: Respond to what we're feeling and we'll overcome it!!

After the aura died, Issei's right arm was now white and Sora's left hand was now Silver.

Draco: Luminous Dragon, power is taken!

Ddraig: Vanishing Dragon, power is taken!

Everyone looked at both Sora and Issei completely shocked.

Thorn: To think they actually did it...

Albion: This is impossible...

Sora: Now then let's end this!!

Sora then lunged himself towards Sieg and he got into stance, but the rock in front if him turned into clone and two more clones appeared and kicked Sieg into the air and Sora went to punch him, but Sieg noticed and went to punch him and both of them hit each other in the face

and the two of them land into the ground and the three clone rushed in at Sieg, but he use a Chidori on his hand and went to strike them, and the two clone disappeared, but the last one hold him in place and Sieg saw Sora behind him and punch him.

Sieg: So your still able to stand?! Just give up already!! SORAAA!!

Sora: SIEGGG!!

The two of them were beyond exhausted as they rushed at one another and trade blows until Sora finally fell down.

Sieg: You put up a good fight!! But this is where you die!! Farewell the very first friend I've ever had!!

Sieg then covered his hand in lightning and went to hit Sora, but Sora managed to react on time and countered him by hitting him in the chin and sent him flying into the walls of the school and Sora's balance breaker deactivated.

Draco: That was a nice a nice counter. You noticed that his power has weakened as well.

Sora then saw that Sieg stood up with his Balance Breaker off as well and he was glaring at him.

Sieg: Over and over! And over! Over and Over!! And Over and Over again!! Just give up!! AND LET ME CUT YOU DOWN ALREADY!!

Sora then chuckles and gave Sieg a smirk.

Sora: Sorry can't do that! Because I'm your very first friend you've ever had! That's what you said, right?

Sieg looked at him annoyed and then activate another Chidori with Black Flame on it and Sora walked to where he was and look at him and everyone continued to look at them worried, mostly Jeanne as she watched two childhood friend about to land their final blows.

Jeanne: Sora...Sieg...

As the wind blows, the two childhood friends continued to stare at one another, until they all saw Vali who was slammed to the ground by Issei and both Sora and Sieg jumped at one another and Sora was preparing a Rasengan.

Sora: SIEGGG!!!!!

Sieg: SORAAA!!!

As both Rasengan and Chidori collied at one another and caused a massive explosion and after the explosion died, everyone saw that Sieg had lost unconscious and Sora who was barely standing about to passed out and the ORC members including Jeanne all rushed at him.

Everyone: Sora!!

Sora:...

Sora didn't say anything and fell down and Rias caught him and Asia started healing him while Jeanne went to Sieg and started healing him as well.

Rias: Sora are you alright?!

Sora: I'm fine!!

Vali: HAHAHAHA!!!

They all heard Vali laugh as they saw that Vali was missing his helmet as he stood up.

Vali: Interesting. This is fascinating!

Xenovia: How can he still stand up?!

Vali looked at Sora and back at Issei before smirking.

Vali: As impressive as always Sora. But what about you Issei?! You think you can handle something even stronger?! It's the Juggernaut!!

Albion: Forget it, Vali. That is not the best choice for this situation.

Vali ignored Albion and started to chant for the Juggernaut Drive.

Vali: I, who shall awaken. I am the Heavenly Dragon, who lost all to the Principal of Domination-

Albion: Vali! Is it your dream for me to adapt to this power?!

Suddenly, the Magic barrier that was surrounding the school disappeared and someone landed in front of Vali and it was a man in red armor, holding a staff.

Vali: Bikou! What are you doing here?!

Bikou: We're finally going to fight with the Northern Earth Gods. So I was sent to find you and bring you back.

Vali: I see. It's about time.

Issei: Who are you?! Where the hell did you come from?!

Azazel then approached Issei.

Azazel: That's Bikou. A descendant of the Victorious Fighting Buddha. To put it simply, he's the trickster monkey from the Saiyuki legend, Son Goku.

Issei looked surprised.

Issei: He's related to Goku?

Azazel then looked at Bikou.

Azazel: I have to say Bikou, I never expected you to become a member of the Chaos Brigade. Hell must've frozen over. On the other hand the White Dragon and Son Goku do look good together.

Bikou: HAHAHA!! Well charm and beauty do run at my Family, so I look good with just about anyone. Until next time, Black and Red Dragon Emperor.

Bikou then slammed his staff at the ground and started to teleport away with Vali.

Vali: If the Battle continues we should make this fight more intense. And you, Sora. If we do happened to cross path, I would like to face off against you again. Make sure your ready, Issei, Sora.

Sora just looked at him and Issei glared at him.

Issei:Wait!! Are you running away?!

Issei then lunged at Vali, but his armor deactivated and he fell to the ground and Vali and Bikou disappeared.

Azazel: Even if it was only for a short moment, he release an explosive amount of power. He's out of steam.

Asia and Xenovia rushed at him and hugged him tightly and Sora saw that Sieg started to stir awake and he looked at the rest.

Sora: Can you guys leave me an Jeanne and Sieg alone? I would like to have my time with them.

They nodded and went to Issei who was exhausted and Sora weakly walk to where Sieg was, he sat on the ground and was waiting for Sora.

Sieg: Now, kill me!

Sora: I'm not going to kill you. We're friends.

Sieg: Don't fool with me! 7 years agao, how many of our friends were among you vaporized?!

Sora didn't say anything and looked down saddened and Sieg got into Sora's face.

Sieg: Now, vaporize me, too! With that forsaken power! It should be easy for you if you've stooped that low into becoming a Devil. You've even took in the Demon Lord-

Suddenly, Jeanne slapped Sieg in the face and Sora looked at her surprised and she looked at Sieg pissed.

Jeanne: Sieg! We're not supposed to talk about that in public! And do you think that we're the only ones who is going through hard times?! Do you think Sora could ever forget something that the two of us can't?!

Sora: J-Jeanne, please calm down.

Jeanne: You're such an Idiot you know that!

Sora then looked at Sieg.

Sora: If you continue to go after me along with my friends...I'll stop you no matter what. And I'll stop you not as a Devil or someone who's been exiled, but as your friend!!

Sieg and Jeanne looked at him surprised and Jeanne smiled at him and Sieg just sighed.

Sieg: Suit yourself...

After everything was settled, the Angels, fallen Angels and devils started to repair all the damage that was done to the school.

Sirzechs: Apologies Azazel. Katerea was one of our internal issues.

Jeanne: And I would like to apologies too for this man behavior.

Jeanne said while bowing her head and putting her hand on Sieg's head and make him bow as well.

Azazel: Vali from our side cause problem as well. And it was my mistake.

Michael: Everything truly is starting a new.

Sora then approached Michael.

Sora: Excuse me, chief Michael. I just want to ask a favor.

Michael: As long as is within my power. Anything

Sora: Do you think you could maybe allow Asia and Xenovia to start praying again? I know it would mean so much to them.

Asia and Xenovia looked at Sora shocked and Michael just looked at them.

Michael:Well Ladies. Is that the truth?

Asia and Xenovia: Yes...

Michael: Then let me ask you this. Would you still pray even though you know God isn't here anymore?

Asia: Yes, even if there is no God I love to be able to pray, it brings me comfort.

Xenovia: Same for me. I appreciate that chance to give thanks to God as well as to you Chief Michael.

Irina then walked up to them.

Irina: I'll ask the same on their behalf Chief Michael. Pleas let them pray...

Xenovia: Irina...?

Irina: I'm really sorry. I didn't know the entire story and I was so devastated when I thought you would betrayed us.

Xenovia: Well don't be. There is nothing to apologies for.

Irina then looked at Asia.

Irina: Asia. What I said to you was mean things to you and I was just playing cruel.

Asia: Oh not at all. I'm used to it anyway.

Irina: I hope you can forgive me?!

Everyone smile at the three.

Serafall: How cute? A friendship between believers of the Devil and God.

Sirzechs: Michael can you do it? Perhaps granting their request will be a symbol of our peace.

Michael: Yes, and besides I seriously doubt two devils that don't receive damage when they pray will be the end of the world.

They all started praying and Xenovia and Asia then get a headache.

Michael: Give it times ladies. I have to return to headquarters and change the system first.

Azazel: I'll think I'll stay here for awhile. I can't believe how much I like this place.

Sora just looked at him and he wave goodbye.

Azazel: I told you I'll do something for you only I can do right?

Sora: Wait what's that mean?

Azazel didn't say anything and walked away and Sora walked to Michael.

Sora: Chief Michael. Thank you very much for granting my request. Let me know how I can repay you...?

Michael just smile at him.

Michael: But you already have. You performed a distinguish service. Granting your request doesn't even begin to compensate for what you did.

Sora: Your too kind sir...

Michael then spread his wings.

Michael: And so I must return to Heaven to report on the peace agreement. Next we'll work on our measures against the Chaos Brigade. Farewell.

Michael then disappeared in golden light along with his Angels and Sora looked at Jeanne and Sieg.

Sora: What are you guys going to do from now?

Jeanne gave him a sad smile.

Sieg: We were given orders to return to the village. I need to clean up after what I've done...

Sora looked at them surprised.

Sora: But that means...we won't be able to see each other again...

Sieg: If we don't return now, the situation will only get worse. Everyone will meet misfortune.

Jeanne then hugged Sora tightly and he looked down saddened and hugged her back.

Jeanne: Thank you, Sora. I'm glad we could meet again. We'll see each other again, I promise...

Jeanne then gave Sora a kiss on his cheeks and the two of them teleported away disappearing leaving Sora alone and he clinched his fist until Rias and the others approached him.

Asia: Sora...

Sora looked at them and smile at them and looked at Asia.

Sora: Isn't everything great, Asia? You'll be able to pray again...

Asia had tears on her eyes and run up to him and hugged him tightly.

Asia: Thank you so much Big Brother. I love you...

Asia kiss Sora on the cheeks and everyone smiled at them and Sora smiled at her and hug her back.

Sora: I love you too, Little Sis...

Sirzechs and Grayfiya who were looking at them from afar.

Sirzechs: Well I guess it was an important factor after all.

Grayfiya: What do you mean?

Sirzechs: Sora Yatagami and Issei Hyoudou. The true source of their power.

Rias: Now, club activity starts tomorrow...

ORC members: You got it, Rias.

The next day after school, everyone went to the club room and saw Azazel sitting at Rias's desk and they all looked surprised and Azazel explained the situation.

Azazel: And so, starting from this day forward. I have become the advisor for the Occult Research Club.

Rias: Wait, you can be serious?!

Azazel: Oh but I am. I ask Sirzechs and everything. He told me to talk to Serafall little sister about it.

Everyone looked at Sona and Tsubaki who were standing behind them.

Sona: Look I didn't have much of a choice. If I didn't agree with him, my sister threatened the worst. She said, she'd come instead.

Rias: So basically, what you mean is you sold us out?!

Sona: Anyway, I'll leave you to it.

Sona and Tsubaki then walked out of the room and Rias looked at them annoyed and Sora looked at Azazel and he has a new arm.

Sora: Dude! Where did you get that arm?

Azazel: Oh, my new friend here is the all purpose arm I made during my Sacred Gear research. I've always wanted to equip something like this. I'm so glad I did.

Azazel then launched his made up arm in the club room and it was flying around before landing back into his hand.

Azazel: Now understand Sirzechs had one condition for me. I cannot stay here unless I provide a gift to you.

Gasper: Yeah, what kind of gift?

Azazel: As long as I'm around, I will help you properly develop your immature Sacred Gears. The Unpredictable Accel Gear along with the Invisible Sword. The Mysterious Boosted Gear with unpredictable evolution. The Holy-Devil sword. And Forbidden Balor View. I can use the research I've done to evolve them on an individual level, understand? So then, from now on you can call me Mr Azazel.

Sora: Yeah, that's going to be a no...

Azazel: I'm looking forwards to working with you all.

Rias: Hold it, I never agree to this! How can we even trust you?!

Azazel: Oh yeah, Sirzechs gave me another message for you as well.

Rias: Another message?

Azazel: It seems when he stayed at Issei's house previously. He learned the important of a good skin-ship between household members. Notably for you, apparently that what the Black and Red Dragon needs to charge their power.

Sora: Oh boy. Don't say it!!

Azazel: Alright then, this is an official order in the name of the great Devil King Lucifer. All of the current female members of the Occult Research Club, are here by directed to move in with Sora and Issei immediately!!

After everyone of the girls move in, They were all heading towards the school and Azazel was watching them from the top of the school.

Azazel: The White on is after power, the Red one is after woman, The Silver one is after peace, and The Black one is searching for forgiveness.

Man: You can say that again.

Azazel looked back and smirk and he saw the three hooded figure standing behind him and walked up to him and looked at Sora who was walking to school along with the ORC members.

Woman: He has grown so much, yet he still blame himself for what happened.

Azazel: Are you sure you don't want to meet up with him.

Azazel say looking at the Girl.

Girl: No. Seeing him from here is enough... No matter what happen in your life, I know you can overcome it, Sora...

A?N: And there you have it. The Finale of  Season 2 for Phantom King . This was a pretty long chapter, almost reaching 9000 word, so it took some time to make it.
