10. A Ladybird
Louis woke up to the sound of Harry trying to 'sneak out' of the bed. He rubbed his eyes and blinked a few times to make the vision in front of him clear.
"Where are you going?" He narrowed his eyes at Harry when he saw Harry walk over to the door of his room. Harry turned around at his voice while twisting his fingers. Louis sent the boy a smile and got out of the bed.
"Out?" Harry pointed at the door.
"Not now, love. I took you out before. Maybe tomorrow?" Louis walked over to the door to make sure it's locked.
"Out. Now." Harry demanded as he stomped his feet.
"C'mon Harry. You are a good boy, aren't ya?" Louis wrapped an arm around Harry's waist still being careful not to do something that makes Harry mad. He answered for the question himself. "Yes, you are. I know you are the best boy here. Read me about frogs?" Louis tried distracting him. If it wasn't for this he didn't even want to know about those ugly creatures.
"Yes!" Harry bounced on the balls of his feet before running over to his book shelf to bring his book. Louis giggled as he watched his husband and sat on Harry's bed.
Harry found his animals book and sat next to Louis on the bed with his legs bent on each side of him. He flicked through the pages and Louis thought he would read about frogs but he got distracted by a page about colorful butterflies and kept on looking at the pictures while letting out sneezes here and there. Louis also watched him as he let out sneezes of his own.
Louis got a tissue box from the nightstand and wiped his own nose but Harry was too distracted to notice his runny nose.
"Wipe your nose, Harry." Louis said but Harry was too deep in the book that he ignored his husband. Louis rolled his eyes fondly and wiped the elder boy's nose with few tissues. Harry turned his head to a side with a low growl when his nose started to sting and Louis growled back at him with a giggle following behind.
"Stay right here and I'll be back." Louis got off the bed and grabbed the key of the door that Anne gave him before from his pocket before opening the door and leaving the room to make a phone call to his fashion designer. He locked the door behind him and dialed her number.
"Hey, Laura."
"I'm kinda sick. So I'm afraid I won't be able to come for the measurements tomorrow."
"Thank you." He quickly hung up and when he's about to go back to Harry's room, he saw Desmond coming down the hallway.
"Hello, Desmond Styles!" He greeted with sass.
"Hello, Louis Styles." Desmond sent him a smirk making Louis' blood boil but he just smiled at him.
"By the way, fuck you with a cherry on top and lots of sprinkles too." Louis smirked at the man who was caught off guard before walking into Harry's room. He soon heard a knock on the door and he opened it with a smug look expecting Desmond there. Sure enough, it was him standing there in all his nasty glory.
"You know, I can stop funding on your dad's never growing business, young man." Desmond wore a smirk and Louis just let out a string of giggles before answering.
"You know, I can leave and get divorce anytime I want old man." Louis raised an eyebrow and returned the smirk.
He let out some more giggles when Desmond left the room without an answer. He locked the door and pocketed the key before going back to Harry.
Harry was nowhere to be seen and Louis started panicking even though he was sure that the door was locked.
"Harry?" He called out as he peeked into Harry's dining room but he wasn't there either. Then he walked over to the door that leads to the bathroom.
"Harry?" He knocked on the door and he heard the sound of the toilet flushing making him let out a sigh of relief before walking back to the bed.
He put on the TV and flicked through the channels until stopping at a one that played a fashion show. Harry soon came out of the bathroom and stared at the TV from doorway for few seconds before wandering off to somewhere else.
Louis' mind flew away to the Edward guy as he stared at the TV. He just wanted to meet him and he has to have a word or two with him. Edward has to realize how cheap his personality is for doing this. Louis was sure that he's Harry's twin brother or at least him brother because there's no other way that there is someone who looks so similar to Harry from appearance.
"Harry?" Louis called out to the elder boy who was sat on his table, drawing something on a white sheet. When Louis got no answer from the boy, he walked over to him.
"Do you have a brother?" Louis leaned against Harry's table.
"Yes." Harry nodded curtly.
"Is that Edward?" Louis asked.
"Yes. Edward." Louis smirked to himself because his assumption was proved correct. "Did Edward see me in the backyard?" Harry shot a question.
"I don't think he did, love." Louis shrugged.
"I want him to see me!" Harry whined.
"Maybe he saw, sweets. I don't know." Because, after all Edward can be hiding anywhere inside this mansion.
"Did he see me out there?" Harry repeated his question.
"Yes, he did." Louis didn't feel like listening to Harry's whine while he thought about this matter.
"When?" Harry tilted his head up and stared at the ceiling while clenching and unclenching his palms.
"When we were playing in the rain." Louis smiled at him and Harry turned back to him picture after few seconds of staring at the ceiling.
-
"Hey, love."
"Hi, mommy." Louis felt like crying.
"How is it going? I already miss you so much here." Louis can tell his mother is close to tears.
"I miss you too, mommy." Louis sighed.
"Is something wrong?" A mother knows everything.
"No, no. Everything is great." (Everything's fucking great.) Louis let out a giggle to make it more convincing.
"That's good to know." Well, maybe not everything.
"Where's daddy?" Louis decided to change the subject.
"He went to work, babe. Where's Harry?" Louis could almost see Jay wiggling her brows.
"He went to work too." Louis hasn't lied to his mother in forever that it felt so strange telling her a lie.
"But, isn't it the day after your wedding?" Jay's frown was obvious in her voice.
"Uh- yeah but something really important came up. You know, since our marriage is not out and so, he had to leave for the company." Louis felt guilty.
"Oh, okay."
They talked for good three fourths of an hour before Louis hung up with a promise of visiting them next week.
He left Harry's room to call his mother, so here he is laying on the bed of the guestroom which was once decorated for their honeymoon. It all felt like a distance memory to Louis even though it all was just yesterday. He rubbed his palm down his face as he let out a deep sigh.
He thought back to the whole day he spent in the Styles mansion. It wasn't actually bad if it was under other circumstances. If Harry was just another autistic boy that Louis spent his whole day with just to make him happy, the day can be considered as perfectly normal but Harry is his husband who he was fooled to get married with. Harry being autistic isn't strange or weird to Louis but he still can't grasp the idea that he's married to someone that doesn't exist in world's eyes.
Louis let out a groan as he rubbed his palm down his face again. He couldn't even think about a start to untangle this mess. He felt like a ladybird stuck in a spider web and he knew that he has to get away from this spider web but not alone. He has another ladybird to carry for freedom with him.
Finding this Edward guy and making his palm collide with the guy's cheek held the priority of the list of things he wanted to do. Secondly, he wants to make the world know about every dirty secret Mr. Desmond Styles has hidden inside his house. Thirdly, he wants Harry to be free.
Louis smirks to himself because that's his plan for the while he's here.

A/N - Sorry for the long wait. I'm kinda stuck with my finals which is to be here in two weeks.
Thoughts?
Here's a GIF of Harriet Styles as an apology. Actually this hair style of him is my weakness. *faints*
