Before I say anything, I want to personally thank everyone who participated in the first edition of The Petrichor Awards 2021.

Every person here has a unique talent for creating pictures from words. Storytelling is not easy. Not everyone is born to be a writer but in this award, I have asked each judge to give their participants fair feedbacks for their book. This way you'll know why you got the mark you did and you'll know exactly what to change to make your story better.

This award has come to an end...but If you haven't won anything in this edition you'll have another chance in the next edition! As I say everyone is a winner, it's just our weaknesses that we need to realize.

Thank you everyone for participating and sharing the word! The awards wouldn't have come so far without you guys and words can't express how thankful I am for all of you.

To all the people who changed their username or book title and to all the judges who backed out at the last moment, you have made my life so much easier!

The last two months have been amazing and I can't wait to begin the next journey but I will be taking a break before the next contest starts since I'm very behind in writing my own books. I hope you guys understand that I need to take some time off for myself.
