Summary:

Turbulent skies reflect the landscape of the battlefield. Rough, jolted earth patched together as trees are scattered here and there.

Not many participants remained nor the dozens of bodies that were there.

Among the devastation were a pair of women; one woman was older with short blond hair and light green eyes. The other woman was young and tall with deep purple hair and dark green eyes.

The blond woman's gear were tattered and blue. The woman with purple hair wore a dress that was a smudged pink and brown.

The women held each other and the younger woman wailed.

"I'm sorry.... I had to, I had to....", the young woman would gasp.

The older woman was quiet in her grief and gave the other woman a comforting squeeze of her shoulder. She wiped the tears of the other woman as she calmed down from her hysteria.

"Josette... this is my fault, I'm sorry I failed you.", the blond woman said.

"No....no.... I knew the risk and I took it. It was my job in the first place.", Josette whispered.

The world was ending and the blond woman wanted
