A/N: Puck does not get sent to Juvi in this story.

So it is now a new school year as a Sophomore and so much has happened over the past few weeks. Sebastian and I are still growing strong, I help out with the Warblers especially with their dance skills but the New Directions don't know and I plan on keeping it that way. Lately, I've been a little distant with the New Directions but it's nothing new.

Our first week back at school, Matt left the New Directions and moved to Arizona, we tried to get more members with 'Empire State of Mind', Rachel drove Sunshine Corazón away because Rachel sent her to a crack house which drove Sunshine to transfer to Carmel and join Vocal Adrenaline.

Second week of School, we did a Britney Spears week but, I definitely did not participate because one it was not my style of music and two I definitely did not want to humiliate myself at the Pep Rally.

Third week of School, Kurt's dad had a heart attack, people were arguing wether or not God is real or not, Finn started believing in something called a "Grilled Chessus" shot story it was filled with tension that week.

Which brings us to all of us sitting and waiting for Glee Club to start. Mr. Schue finally walked in.

Mr. Schue: All right! Question for the group. What's a duet?
Brittany: A blanket.
<Bella raises her hand>
Mr. Schue: Bella.
Bella: A duet is when two voices join as one and create a hell of a masterpiece. <everyone looks at me weirdly> For example, Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons even though Paul was lead singer of Kiss he did do a duet with Gene and that's how they came up with 'Rock And Roll All Night'. <I said confidently and everyone looks at me in complete shock>
Mr. Schue: Excellent answer Bella. So this weeks assignment is to pair up and sing a duet. This weeks assignment is a Competition so start planning your ideas.
Mike: What's the winner get?
Mr. Schue: Dinner for two, on me... at Breadstix. <everyone gasps in excitement>

Glee club just finished and I have the perfect duet idea. I went to find Puck. Puck and I have always been best friends because we bond over 80s music.

Bella: Hey Puck, do you have a partner for the assignment yet?
Puck: Nope and I was thinking about not doing the assignment at all.
Bella: How about we do this assignment together and we crush the competition with our love for real music none of this pop or broadway crap?
Puck: I'm in what's the song we are singing?
Bella: Meet me at my house later around 6 and I'll tell you then oh and bring your electric guitar.
Puck: Okay, see you later.

I said goodbye to him and continued on with the day. After school Sebastian picked me up and we went to my house to relax. I told him Puck was coming over to work on the Glee assignment and he said he is fine with it. Puck and Sebastian slowly became friends through their love of the same music. I spent some time tuning up my guitar to the right tune, looked for the lyrics to the song and sheet music as well.

It is now 6 and Puck will be here my minute. The sound of the doorbell caught my attention. I opened the door and there is Puck with his guitar case in his hands. We did our handshake, Puck and Sebastian bro hugged, and Puck gave my mom a hug as well. We went down to my basement/music room to practice.

Puck: So, what song are we singing for this assignment?
Bella: We'll I was thinking of doing 'Round and Round' by Ratt because since Schuester always gives us the run around when it comes to solos but then he gives Rachel the solos for competitions and part of the lyrics is 'what comes around goes around' so I'd say it's a perfect song to use, what do you say?
Puck: <gives a wicked smirk> When do we start?

We practiced for about two hours and we have it nailed down but, still needs to be polished. It was getting late so Puck and Sebastian decided to head out. I gave Sebastian a kiss before he left and went to sleep.

The Next Day
Today was the same as always but, this time I felt like my karate skills would be needed sometime today. Yeah I've known karate since I was young. I was at my locker when I see Azimio and Karofsky with slushees and Sam about to walk right into them. I gave Sam a hand motion to stay where he was, lucky for me I left my locker open. When I see tweedle-dee and tweedle dumbass about to pass me I put both my hands on the edge of the locker, did a kick to where the drinks went up in the air, I closed my locker, grabbed my backpack, and got out of the way very quickly, and just in time to see the slushees land on them and everyone laughs. Damn that felt good.

Glee club went by as usual, Mercedes and Santana performed 'River Deep, Mountain High',

I see Finn and Rachel looking worried who knows what those two dunderheads are cooking up now, somehow there is this weird love triangle between Santana, Artie, and Brittney, and I can feel some sexual tension between Sam and Quinn. Oh lord this is going to be a very eventful school year.

After school we did the same thing eat, talk, practice with Puck, talk about what we want to wear as our costume, and sleep because we are performing this duet tomorrow.

The Next Day
This morning I woke up early enough to take a shower and wash my hair. My outfit/costume for today is a cropped Ratt shirt, leather pants, leather jacket, heeled boots, and a replica of the same guitar the lead guitarist, Warren DiMartini, used in the video. I teased my hair to look like the lead singer of the band, Stephen Pearce, and oh boy did it rock. Sebastian drove me to school as usual. I met up with Puck who is dressed in his usual bad boy look including the leather jacket people almost thought we are twins.

Classes went by as usual and now it is time for Glee club and oh boy this one's going to rock. Right now the first to go up today are Mike and Tina but we can see them arguing about something until they finally started to sing and oh boy it was a doozy

Mr. Schue: Now that is a duet! Thank you, Tina for introducing us to the amazing voice of Mike Chang! <they sit down> Alright who's next?
Bella and Puck: We are <they said confidently>
Mr. Schue: Show us what you got.
Puck: Oh we will.

I gave my phone to Blaine to record the performance to show Sebastian later. We plugged in our guitars into our amps and I got up on the piano which made everyone confused as to what was going to happen and oh were they in for a surprise.

During the guitar solo, I jumped off the piano, slid on my knees, and killed the damn solo. When the song was finished we got a round of applause and wolf whistles from everyone else.

The next day was very interesting I mean everyone is still talking about the slushy incident from the other day. During Glee club, Finn and Rachel did a very horrifying duet I had to hold back the loudest laugh. They for sure were not going to win this competition. Sam and Quinn did their duet and they were pretty good.

So now it is time to vote.

Mr. Schue: We'll, after counting all the votes, which was a pretty close one between Bella and Puck and Sam and Quinn, the winner is... Puck and Bella!!
Puck and Bella: YESSS <we high fived, stood up to collect our reward, looked at each other, smirked, and threw up our metal horns, and yelled> ROCK WILL NEVER DIE!!!

After class, I held Puck back because I wanted to thank him for helping me out with this assignment.

Bella: Hey Puck, hang back a sec.
Puck: What's up?
Bella: We'll as a thank you for helping me out with this assignment, I want to give you the gift card.
Puck: Why?
Bella: We'll, for starters I don't like Breadstix because I prefer home cooked meals and second you never know when you have a date it might come in handy one day.
Puck: Thanks Bella, you're an amazing best friend.
Bella: Anytime Puck.

After that the day went on as usual and now it is time to relax and spend the weekend with my amazing boyfriend.
