Hazel Rose does not sport the "perfect body" that she sees plastered on every magazine and nearly every post on social media. It's summer and almost every girl is talking about achieving the "perfect summer bod" and she hears them all talking about diets, workouts and running. All of the talking and with social media nagging about what the perfect body is, Hazel Rose obviously starts to feel insecure.

Hazel Rose's sister, Annalyn, realizes this and decides to enter Hazel Rose into a contest in which the winner receives a free trip to fashion week in Paris and will also be a runway model for a couple of the shows.

When the winner is announced, to Hazel Rose's dismay and Annalyn's enjoyment, Hazel Rose wins. She meets many models, hairstylists, and directors who befriend her. In the midst of clothes, walking techniques, and hairstyles, Hazel Rose maybe just maybe starting to regain her confidence back.
