Y/n POV

The next morning, the penguins and I have gotten back to work, and so did the monkeys, well kinda mason and Phil who are in charge of crafts and services meaning that they're the commanding officer of the crafts and services and later on it was 12 pm and as I was helping the monkeys I heard skippers voice on the microphone.

Skipper: Y/N! I NEED YOU AT THE POST, NOW!

I head towards the post and I went to the table and I see skipper, kowalski, mason and Phil, then I approached and skipper told me.

Skipper: take a seat soldier

I took a seat, then skipper continued.

Skipper: so y/n, how's the plane?

Y/n: going good sir

Skipper: mmhm, kowalski!

Kowalski: yes sir!

Skipper: check the progress while me and y/n talk

Kowalski: yes sir!

He waddle away and it was now me, mason and Phil, and skipper, then he continued.

Skipper: remember that you fly the plane while we are on the way back to America soil?

Y/n: yes why?

Skipper: well think you can still fly a plane/helicopter?

Y/n: that depends on how I fly it

Skipper: there's a steering wheel that is from the jeep and I figured that I could be much easier for you

Y/n: oh maybe, but I got to practice

Skipper: that correct, and also I have more news, dollface and I are getting married tomorrow and so me, you, the boys, and dollface are going to Monte Carlo in Monaco for me and dollfaces honeymoon

Y/n: but what about Alex,Marty,Gloria and melmen?

Skipper: they got to stay here, because they're too big for us to come and so after a few months or so we can pick them up and back to the big apple!

Y/n:..okay, first: why can't they come?-oh wait scratch that, I know why, but second: why are we going to Monte Carlo for?

Skipper: because we are going to gamble there and get paid from a casino there and there if we get jackpot, we can buy a few expensive things here and there, then back to NYC!

Y/n: I see your plan but how are we going to get in? I mean animals are not allowed and so do kids like myself and-

Skipper: we put on a disguise, (to mason and Phil) mason! Phil!

Mason: skipper told us his honeymoon plan and there is a king of Versailles in France and the king of Barcelona in Spain and so- (looks at Phil) (whisper to Phil) Phil get it out (normal voice) we made some designs of the disguise

Phil then gets a file out and there's designs of the king of Versailles and the king of Barcelona clothing I took a look at it then I ask.

Y/n: hold on, so number 1: how are you and the monkeys get in with me while wearing it?number 2: how am I going to keep the clothes in shape while I'm short and the design of the king of Barcelona is normal adult size? number 3: how are we going to get the clothes for that?

Skipper: the chimps get on top of each other and you get to wear stilts while wearing the king of Barcelona suit

Y/n: hold on, hold on, stilts?

Skipper: yeah you know like long strong sticks and make sure you look tall

Y/n: I see, continued please

Before skipper can say anything, kowalski came back then skipper said.

Skipper: kowalski! How's the plane going?

Kowalski: good news is that the plane is almost finished

Y/n: what's the progress?

Kowalski: uhh about 95 percent

Y/n and skipper: 95 Percent?!?

Kowalski: yes

Skipper: well that's the good news I want to hear and the bad news?

Kowalski: bad news is that we need the money to get in the casino sir and we don't have any

Skipper: well we'll get that fixed

Y/n: how?

Skipper: (grabs the microphone) RICO! I NEED YOU ON THE OUTPOST IMMEDIATELY!

Then Rico came and walked to skipper then Rico threw up a metal detector and a pair of headphones with a long black cord connected to the metal detector I looked at it and skipper said to me.

Skipper: y/n! You are going out to no man's land and find us some gold or something

Y/n: skipper, permission to ask?

Skipper: permission granted

Y/n: how-? Never mind

Skipper: alright then soldier now go to no man's land and find us some gold!

Y/n: (salutes to skipper) yes sir!

(Timeskip)

For 2 hours I been walking around with a metal detector and headphones on then I was getting a reading with the beeper beeping then I lay the detector beside and remove my head phones then I start digging the spot and when I did I saw a tin can beneath the ground to which I sigh and I saw a tree then I bring my metal detector with me and I lay down on the trunk of the tree in the middle of nowhere with the metal detector aside, then I thought.

Y/n: (odd? Were there supposed to be any animals around here?)

I my eye lids got heavy then I closed them and took a nap.

No POV

Y/n's hand we're on his stomach and laying down sleeping, then suddenly a random male lion came and looked at it for a sec then gently grabbed him by the legs and y/n was dragging across the field, leaving the metal detector and headphones behind.

Y/n POV

I then started to hear whispers and other to which it made me opening my eyes slowly, trying to adjust the light then I see colors like golden-brown, dark brown, black and dark yellow or something, my eyes finally adjust and I see...

A random sumi: where did you find it?

Lion: I found it laying down napping

Another lion: you think we can eat it?!

I heard what he said and immediately, I got up quickly and gave them a glare, then I said.

Y/n: stay back! Just stay back! If you come any closer, I will give the beating out of you!!

Some of them stand back while the lion that said that they can eat me put on all 4's and I heard him growling at me and I just give him a glare while getting in a fighting stance then I heard...

???: what is going on here??

I recognized that female voice and right now, I then see a female hippo coming to where I am and I saw Gloria with a confused look.

Y/n: Gloria?

Gloria: y/n?

Y/n: what's going on?

Gloria: the water had run out and the leader new makuna didn't do anything about it except for telling us to dig more water

Y/n: makuna?-know what nevermind

Every single animal gasped then I heard another voice as it said.

???: listen up! There's only one way to get your precious water back!

My eyes widened and I saw king Julian! Along with Maurice to which I'm not surprised of, Julian was on top of a elephants head and has a different crown on, I probably figured that he lost it and has a staff, Maurice was beside the elephants tusk and a groan came out from me.

Y/n: oh no!

King Julian: I! Your-

King Julian saw me and immediately said.

King Julian: little giant person!? I'm very glad to see you!

Y/n: I told you Julian! It's y/n! Y/n!

King Julian: whatever, but as I was saying, I your beloved king Julian, must simply make a small sacrifice to my good friends the water gods in...the volcano!

We all looked at the volcano as he accidentally threw his staff then a rhino said.

Rhino: what does that do?

King Julian: what does that do? Excellent question! My sacrifice goes into the volcano, then the friendly gods eat up my sacrifice

He then started to impersonate the "gods" and said.

King Julian (impersonate the gods): mmm very nice, thank you for the sacrifice (stops impersonate) here have another sacrifice (impersonate again) no I've had enough for the day. (Normal) listen I'm gonna be very insulted unless you have another sacrifice. (Impersonate) I don't WANT another sacrifice okay?! (Normal) look at you, you look skinny! (Impersonate) no I think I HAVE ENOUGH! CLEAR?!

The animals and myself look at him confused.

Y/n: (uhhhh...)

King Julian: the gods eat the sacrifice, they are grateful for you and give me some of their water...then I give it to you!

Gloria and y/n: what?

Random sumi: does it work?

King Julian: (looks at his arm) yes! I mean-no! Well uh-Maurice?

Maurice: yeeah it's 50-50.

The animals stood there before they cheered except me and Gloria as king Julian then said.

King Julian: now! (Slides down on the trunk and receives his staff back)

Small deer: does it work?

King Julian: no. I mean yes! Uh well Maurice?

Maurice: yeeaah it's 50-50.

The animals and myself stayed quiet until the animals except for me and Gloria cheered before king Julian said as he slid from the trunk and getting his staff back.

King Julian: now! All I need is someone who would like to go in the volcano and get eaten by gods? Pretty hands? Hands anybody?

The animals were all nervous as a big buff hippo hides behind Gloria nervously as Julian said as I saw melman with standing as as if he's thinking of something.

King Julian: okay I need someone. Perhaps who has never found love? Who could look death straight in the eyeball, a real genuine hero.

Melman: (bluntly) I'll do it.

Gloria: melman?!

Y/n: what?!

All the animals suddenly cheered as the animals pushed me out of the way and grabbed ahold of melman as they then started running towards the volcano while I stayed behind now extremely dumbfounded as king Julian said.

King Julian: hurry up! Before we all come to our senses!

The animals began to go far away off from the distance as I thought.

Y/n: (what the heck just happened??)

Gloria POV

I got close to melman as he continued to being carried as I said.

Gloria: melman! What is wrong with you?!

Melman: I'm dying anyway. If there's a chance it will get you water, it'll be worth it.

Gloria: are you nuts?!

Melman: Gloria, I just wanted you to know that back in the zoo. It was never the doctors or the prescriptions that kept me going. it was always you, seeing you everyday. That's what kept me going...

I was surprised of those words as I slowed down a bit as melman gave me a sad smile before I see him going away from the distance as I shook it out of it as I began running again while yelling.

Gloria: melman, wait!!!

Y/n POV

I managed to walk back to the plane as it's still being worked on as I only see a few monkeys working as I was confused.

Y/n: what the?

???: Y/N!

I turned around as I screamed a bit as I lion down to see skipper, staring at me sternly as he said.

Skipper: where were you, y/n?

Y/n: sorry, skipper. I have just been taking by some animals.

Skipper: I see.

Y/n: yes, and then-

Skipper: save it for tonight, we got work to do.

Y/n: yes, sir.

I got back to work with the other monkey's giving me some grief as I heard one of them say "we won't work until we get our maternity leave!!" And all that as I was confused and later on tonight. It Egan to get worse...
