•Personality•
Anschel is actually quite a cheerful boy, despite being pretty lonely. He's somewhat shy, not usually going out of his way to talk to others, but he's not rude, always responding to people if they address him. The vampire is somewhat skittish because of the hunters that he knows are out there, but he tries to be kind to all that he encounters. Though he's more of a quiet person, he enjoys talking to those that he trusts, and he's a very personable person. He's somewhat gullible, according to his personable nature, but sometimes he puts up his guard and its not very easy to trick him. The male van get very nervous and fidgety when he gets hungry, never wanting to harm anyone. He's quite loyal, though, and if he or those he cares for are threatened, you'd better bet that he won't just stand there. He can be very protective and snap.

•Backstory•
Anschel doesn't like to talk about his past. To put it shortly, He was sold into slavery at a young age so that his parents could make more money to survive, and he stated that way for a couple years until a friend of his master stole him away and turned him into a vampire so that he could live 'forever'. He stayed with the man for a time, then went off on his own. He's had lovers and friends that he's lost throughout the decades, and he's been through a lot, including a war or two.
