Cover and Title: I'm not a big fan of it. The font doesn't suit the theme and mood of the book. Although the cover is apt for the title, the title seems faulty. The title doesn't match the theme of your poems. I don't see a connection of the title with any content in your book. It just seems like they are two different aspects. The cover isn't very eye-catching, but the title is.
Blurb: It's more captivating than your previous blurb for me, but it's still not describing the book and what is in it wholesomely.
Flow: The flow of your poems are odd and disruptive. I think this is directly linked to them being in paragraphs like stories. Try to catch a grip of a better flow that suits the type of poems you are writing. Take help from other poets if necessary for this. Read articles. PM miaamigo for an article.
Details/Metaphors: You could work a lot towards this. There is a reason a lot of poets use metaphors and similes. It's because it's very hard not to go wrong with them. When you write from experience, you need to remember that not everyone has gone through something similar. Thus, it is very important to use metaphors that people know, understand, and relate to. A person might not know what it is like to not be able to live without their lover, but there are many metaphors and similes a person might know since they see it in their everyday life. You could compare that need of somebody to many things.E.g. : 'like a sunflowers bends towards sunlight','like a child crying to be fed'.Both these metaphors can portray the dependency of one person on their lover.
Writing style: I appreciate your writing style and how you word things. Your style in itself is good, but it gets affected when you lack in the other sections.
I also noticed that in a lot of places, you tried to change things just so they rhyme. This works sometimes, yes. Remember it doesn't work all the time. Rhyming is not what poetry is about. Yes, it does make it sound better, but when you rhyme things for the sole purpose of doing it, it stops making sense at all.
Originality: I would go as far to say that your poems aren't as original as they may look. A lot of people write about what you do. Especially people here on Wattpad. I highly suggest looking for fresh ideas. Share more than just experiences. Share opinions. Share ideas. Share dreams. These are unique. Your opinion can never not be unique.
Grammar: I don't have many issues with this. I just think the use of punctuation is not appropriate. Please check on that.
Personal Enjoyment: I enjoyed reading your work.
Overall advice: Think outside the box. Poetry is one of the only genres where you can write anything and get away with it. Run your imagination wild. I want you to correct mistakes, get advice, talk to poets, read articles, learn about the right way of writing poetry. Your writing has potential; you just need to put more work into it. Read poetry out of Wattpad. Get a glimpse of how famous poets do it. Put yourself out there. Challenge yourself to do more than just write.
I am merely reading your poems. I'm not feeling it. Work on writing even considering the diversity of your readers and their thoughts, ideas, experiences, and dreams and not only yours.

𝙸𝚗𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚟𝚒𝚎𝚠 :-
Can you introduce yourself a little bit?
My actual name is Precious Livhawani Maanda, also known as livtodare.
❂
It is nice to meet you, Livhawani. Why did you decide to join Wattpad? How are you finding it so far in regards to a writing platform?
It's a very nice, enjoyable platform to be on. It really satisfies the reading cravings I always have. I also enjoy talking to the people here.
❂
That's good to know. Wattpad and I have a sort of love-hate relationship. I do get mad with all the ongoing glitches. As you mentioned that you enjoy reading here, what genres you like to read?
Romance. Anything that involves romance really. I really love reading about different love stories and their different outcomes.
❂
What are the different, unique outcomes you have noticed in romance stories?
The sudden twists. Like how the girl really never chooses between the two guys. How the two people destined for each other don't always end up together. The love triangles. The girl or guy dying trying to save the other, it's really beautiful.
❂
For such stories, do you ever imagine your own endings or think of writing an alternative one of your own? Very often, I feel like changing the ending of books and writing sequels to them.
Yeah I do feel like choosing the guy I favour more sometimes. Even characters deserve a happy ending.
❂
How do you form and build your characters? Do you prefer characters over plot or vice versa?
It depends really. I think the vibe of the book and the story line decides most of the time. I mostly build them based on my wild fancies and their personality. Like a naive, smart girl and a stubborn ,carefree guy. I love the term opposites attract.
❂
Opposite traits and personalities make characters very interesting and fun to observe. They also end up adding huge significance to the plot. I read your poetry book. I noticed a pattern where all your poems seemed to be based on real, sad experiences. Is there a specific theme you are following for all your poems?
They are based on stuff that actually happened to me, so it doesn't have an actual pattern.
❂
Is writing a way to express yourself?
Yes and art. I'm actually an art student, I do visual and graphic art.
❂
That's interesting. Do you have any hobbies except art and writing?
I don't actually know. Instagram stalking?
❂
Oh that's a universal one. I refuse to believe there is an Instagram stalk virgin out there.
Do you edit your poems? If so, how do you?
I just write on the spot every time I feel a negative emotion. And just fix the grammar here and there. I do a simple revision later for my poems.
❂
What do you do to ensure the stability of flow in your poems?
I try to base the rhythm of how I'm feeling. For example, anger would be a short poem with a lot of breaks, anxious feelings are long, disappointed rhymes, sadness makes the reader feel the misery I feel, and hopelessness is the poems that sound like suicide letters.
❂
My kinda jam xD
When did you start writing poetry? How did you feel while publishing them here on Wattpad?
When I was ten actually. I published it with the dream of making it an actual poetry book. I just want to show people that this (experience) is not something someone should go through alone and help them reach out.
❂
That's quite young. Have you always had a keen interest in trying new things?
Yes, all the time. Some of the things I have wanted to try are opening up a charity, donating more, and teaching people to draw in my free time.
❂
If you had only three wishes, what would you wish for?
End racism, house hobos & provide them with our everyday privileges, and free education to all.
❂
What message(s) do you aim to convey to your readers through your poetry?
Hope. I wanna give people hope and show them that it's okay to want take a break from reality sometimes.
❂
That is a wonderful message. I'm sure your readers will feel inspired.
Poets are often known to disregard grammar so as to not spoil the flow of poems. How do you feel about that? Do you do so too?
I totally agree with that statement, but I don't really do it. I think I'm more of a straight forward poet most of the time.
❂
Then what would you say is a unique thing you have adopted in your writing?
I use very descriptive words to kind of let the reader see that I see
❂
That's nice. Oh boi! This will be a controversial one. Are you a pineapple on pizza kind of person?
Yes I am.
❂
What are your future writing goals?
To actually publish an actual book.
❂
If you had an opportunity to publish a book right now would you? Even if they didn't put your name in it?
I would jump on it asap if it were with me name.
I would sue the pants off of them if they didn't put my name.
❂
Oh well. What genres do you write except poetry?
Paranormal and teen fiction.
❂
That's nice. Well, thank you for doing this interview with us.
I loved being the one who interviewed you. Keep in touch and please stay safe
