Mary, how did you start writing 'Little Miss Innocent'? Tell us about it.

Well, the book I actually wanted to write is 'help!!' . When I finished writing help!!,  I showed it to my parents and they told me to give it to my tutor to check for spelling errors so she'd correct it. But unfortunately, she misplaced it. So after two years, someone introduced Wattpad to me and I started writing it, but I later changed my mind, and named it little miss innocent.

So writing has been started a long ago!! Can you tell me about the summary of your book? Little something for our viewers

It's based on two people's POVs. The boy is naturally gentle and a nerd, but then he has a crush on a girl who, though she looks innocent, isn't really innocent when you get to know her. She dates only bad boys and never gives him attention. Then the boy decides to join a cult to be a bad boy so the girl will give him attention. Something happens that makes the girl like him, but eventually falls for another girl.

Are the characters of your book  inspired by any real life person?

Yes, the character Anne was inspired by rue in The Hunger Games. That's why I made the cover with the actress' pic.

How old were you when you started writing?

Yes of course. I'm funny, I love attention, and I love supporting people.

No, My parents want me to be a doctor, but my sister supports me.

I'm glad to hear that you have support of someone. What did you learn while writing your book? Has it affected your lifestyle?

Yes, it has. There's character named James. He was after revenge and it got him nowhere good.

 You write on Wattpad, do you read too? If yes, which book is your favorite as of yet?

Yes, I do. My favourite book is storm and silence.

A mermaid would be my spirit animal, I think.

What do you feel most grateful about?

I feel grateful to the people who have been supporting me so far, especially my twinnie.

So the sister you were talking about is your twin!! What's the greatest difficulty you faced while writing about characters that are different from you?

Haha yes. Well, I do have difficulties in what word to use to describe the character's emotions.

Do you have any more ideas or drafts to publish?

Yes, I am thinking of writing a book about a mermaid and elf.

I see you love mermaids. If you had to compare yourself to a fictional character, who would it be and why?

Do you mean a fictional character in one of my books or another book?

Yes, from any series, movie or book.

OK, it would be Lilian from storm and silence. Because she's hardworking, strong willed, sarcastic and loyal...qualities I have and people say I have.

If you could advise your younger self anything, what would it be?

I would tell her not to be shy and always stand up for herself and not let others bully her because of her gentle nature.

What's one thing in the world you could give up for being writer?

Wow, that's hard.

I think I could give up my career as a doctor for it.

That's gonna be really hard cause my parents will kill me.

Woahh no one will kill anyone. What advice do you have for other aspiring writers?

They should keep pushing even if they don't have anything to motivate them, which happens most times.
