Ash's pov

When he looked into the cage he found a......a bag of flour?!? He sweat dropped. He then looked in the next one and found a girl in the corner of the cell.

Ash: Serena!

Serena looked at ash.

Serena: ash! you came to rescue me!

Ash: im gonna get you out of there!

Serena: i hope so. It smells like cow poop in here.

Ash got something from his pocket. A hair pin. He used it to unlock the cell door. Serena came rushing at him and hugged him. He hugged her back.

???: ash!

Ash saw his friends running up to him.

N: you found serena

Iris: now lets get out of this dum-

Suddenly an alarm goes off.

Iris: WHY DO MY SENTENCES ALWAYS GET INTERUPTED?!?

Ash: hide!

Moon: where? Theres barley any places to hide!

Ash then saw something. It looked like boxes ifront of a hole in the wall. There was a vent on the celining too.

Ash: you guys hide in the vent up there and me and serena will hide in the hole in the wall.

The group nodded and rushed to their hiding spots. Ash pushed the boxes to a side and then hid in the hole. He then pulled the boxes back to where they were. He sat down with his arms wrapped around serena and pikachu and eevee beside him. He heard the pitter patter of feet coming into the room.

Serena: ash. Im scared.

Ash: its ok we just gotta wait for them to leave.

Ash peeked out. He saw team flare members investigating serena's cell.
He ducked back down. He heard them leave the room and came out of his hiding spot. Serena came after him.

Ash: come on guys lets get out of here.

Group: right

Ash found an open window and climbed out of it. The others came out too. Pikachu climbed up ash's body to sit on his shoulder. The sky began to darken as the sun began to set over the moutains.

N: its getting dark. We should make camp in the forest.

The group nodded and then began to walk towards the forest ahead of them. Ash looked back
Serena was just standing there.

Ash: whats wrong serena?

Serena: im just kinda exausted and well ya know.

Ash: fine i'll carry you.

Ash picked serena and followed the group. He looked at serena. She was asleep. Atleast was safe.
