Hello! And welcome to the start of what I hope will be a wonderful story to come! As I stated in the description, I have tried to make this story before but due to multiple reasons it just never really became a finished product. So, I'm hoping this changes that. I'm here to explain the inspiration behind this story, what it talks about and references and some minor changes I made to the story. So, without further ado, here we go!




Inspiration:

The inspiration behind this was mainly music for me. Music influences most of my ideas for writing and it's also a big part of my life as I was raised listening to music on the radio, so it influences a lot of what I think about and as I said before what I write about. But, there was also some shows that I watched that helped influence this idea too. So, I'll put a list of what helped this come together.

Focus, Themes and References:

The focus is my OC, Akane Siegfried and my Girlfriend's OC Amae Zendrith who is her half-sister. They get put into this supposedly elite and professional school that's basically hell itself if it were a highschool. The themes and focuses in the different chapters to come will be explained in the beginning of the chapter, as well as the inspiration for the chapter and story, but I'll go ahead and list a few here.

The references mainly focus on specific songs or episodes to the media I listed above, and they'll be explained before the chapter starts.

Changes/Edits: 

The story was originally made to be a Haikyuu au, following Goshiki as the main character as well as a handfull of other first years who became second years and moved to this elite school. The first chapter consisted I think of him meeting Kuguri and the second he saw Yamaguchi in his first period. Goshiki was made to be a trans highschool student who was dating a bunch of his volleyball members (basically everyone except Reon/Leon) in a consensual poly relationship. So, Goshiki would learn to grin and bear what he could while secretly plotting to make changes to the school in ways that would keep him safe while proving that the school needed change. Basically he'd have to find a way to change the school rules without getting expelled, while also waiting for the day he'd graduate and be reunited with his lovers who had already left for college.
