"Well?" Mr. Hardcor3 asked, growing inpaitent, "What are we doing?"

"Just giving them a little break and something to eat. It's been a while, so we have to be gracious hosts." Jss2141 said to his friend.

"Alright." Mr. Hardcor3 said with a sigh.

After a few minutes, a knock came from somewhere as Jss2141 smiled and went to a door.

"When was that there?" Mr. H asked.

"Just now." Jss2141 said as he opened the door and saw a Grubhub delivery man.

"Here's your food, sir." The man said, carrying two giant bags of food.

Mr. Hardcor3 rolled his eyes.

"Thank you and here's your money plus tip." Jss2141 said, giving the delivery man 100 dollars.

"Thank you, sir!" The delivery man said as he took the money. "Have a great day!

"Tipping needs to be abolished and restaurants need to pay their workers more." Mr. Hardcore said, "Very few, if any countries out of America, actually have workers depending on tips."

"Didn't need to know that but I will be sure to remember it." Jss2141 said as he headed down to the viewing area. "Can you adjust the viewing area to have a buffet table set up?"

"Sure. I'm interested in this "Captain T's" you got anyway." Mr. Hardcor3 said. "We don't have that in New York. At least, not where I live."

"You'd love it, trust me." Jss2141 said before setting up the buffet at light speed.

"Fanfic magic, you gotta love it!" Mr. Hardcor3 said, turning to the screen and winking at the readers.

Once Jss2141 was done, he whistled loudly to get everyone's attention.

"Alright folks, before the next part begins, come help yourself to a provided buffet of fried fish, chicken, fries, hush puppies, and salad." He said, gesturing to the food. "Special ordered from Captain T's!"

"Captain T's? I love that place!" Luz said with a smile.

"It's a little too salty in my opinion." Vee said, having tried the fish and chicken place too.

"I have a question. What are "hush puppies?"" Amelia asked with her hand up.

"J, you tell them, this is your kind of domain." Mr. Hardcor3 said, "Never had one of them in my life."

"Gladly." Jss2141 said before looking at Amelia, holding up a hush puppy. "A hush puppy is a delicious side dish made from dried up grounded corn and grain before being rolled into a ball and deep fried in oil until golden brown."

"Oh! That sounds good!" King said, licking his lips.

"They indeed are. Catch." Jss2141 said before tossing the hush puppy in the air.

"You have fun, I'm going to go work on my plan for how to torture certain characters we'll bring." Mr. Hardcor3 said.

His fellow author nodded as King caught the hush puppy in his mouth and ate it.

"MMMMM! Oh man that is good!" King screamed.

"And there's plenty more before the next showing. So please, eat." Jss2141 said before snapping his fingers and making three drinks machines appear on the left of the buffet. "Plus, these three drink machines for you to enjoy. Red is drinks from Earth, Blue is drinks from the Boiling Isles, and Green is alcoholic drinks from both worlds."

"Dibs on green!" Eda said with a grin.

"And that's the reason it was added." Jss2141 said as he moved away as everyone rushed over to the buffet and the drink machines.

As everyone was enjoying themselves, both authors were aware that after this, the darker part of this universe was going to be shown to them.

"You wanted to give them something to enjoy before the future hits hard, didn't you?" Mr. Hardcor3 asked.

"Yeah. I did. And this will possibly be the last moment of peace they have before they can't hold what's in their stomachs anymore." Jss2141 said with a sigh.

"The fun part is upon us." Mr. Hardcor3 said.

"Fun for us. Not so much from them." Jss2141 said, pointing to the witches eating.

Eberwulf especially liked the fish and chicken as they kept going back for another plate.

"You little savage! Save some for the rest of us!" Adrian shouted at them, having a small bottle of wine.

"I love seeing him suffer." Mr. Hardcor3 said.

"Yeah, he kind of deserves it." Jss2141 said before pulling out the remote. "Well, I suppose since they're all settled and eating now, let's start the next show."

"This will be fun." Mr. Hardcor3 said with a smile as the next chapter began.

At the Noceda household, Amity and Camila arrived in the car. They had to rush back to the school to pick it up and get it back after the Belos attack.

"Remember, grab anything that could be useful." Camila said to Amity.

"Right." Amity said with a nod.

The first thing Amity grabbed was Luz's backpack, making sure to place the palisman egg in it. Camila on the other hand, grabbed a bat... and a gun.

Luz and Vee did loud spit takes at this before looking at their mother in shock.

"MOM, YOU HAVE A GUN?!" They screamed.

"By my eye, that's a M1911 to be exact. Quick and reliable with a maximum reload capacity of 7-8 bullets." Mr. Hardcor3 said with a nod. "Excellent choice, Ms. Noceda."

'Dang, Camny, you're hardcore." Eda thought with a small grin. "I like it."

"A mother is prepared for anything." Camila said.

"Even to kill?" Hettie asked.

"....Yes. Even to kill." Camila said firmly, but she gripped her arm rests tightly.

'I haven't needed this in a long time.' Camila thought, checking the amount of bullets inside.

She bought it once after she was almost mugged a couple years before Luz was born. She hasn't needed it, but it's better to have it and not need it than need it but not have it. She was responsible though, making sure that Luz didn't know about where it was, what it was, and making sure she didn't even know it existed. She kept it in a lock box and the key was inside a safe on the top of her closet. She wasn't letting Luz so much as touch it until she has been trained, though now that didn't seem like it would happen since Luz is basically a god now.

"I want to touch it though." Luz said.

"Si tocas mi arma, estarás castigado durante tres años. (You touch my gun and you will be grounded for three years.)" Camila said, not taking her eyes off the screen.

"THREE YEARS?!" Luz screamed in shock.

"Yup." Camila said firmly. "I am not letting you get hurt by it."

"But-"

"NO BUTTS." Camila said firmly.

Still, Camila hoped she wouldn't need it and the bat would be enough as she pulled out a gun holster and three sleeves of extra bullets.

She had no idea what to expect, no one did.

"Camila, are you ready to go?" Amity asked, walking up to her door.

"Sí. I'm ready." Camila said, putting the holster under her left arm and putting the extra bullet sleeves in her back pocket.

"Hiding it perfectly under your jacket I see, clever." Darius said.

"As a parent, you need to make sure everything is covered." Camila said.

"Everything?" Hunter asked, curious of a parent's resolve.

"Yes." Camila said.

"Got everything?" Camila asked.

"I'm pretty sure I did." Amity said as Camila walked up to her. "Now, hopefully we can stop Belos from whatever he is planning."

"Agreed." Camila said, adjusting her holster as she hid it under her dress shirt.

"So... guess we're going to see what the apocalypse looks like." Hunter said, gulping.

"Yeah...guess we are." Willow said, worried.

"I can't imagine what happened cuz we listened to that madman." Vitmir said, tugging his mouth wrappings a bit to eat.

'After what he did to my daughter, I might be willing to use this gun in him and him alone.' Camila thought.

They walked back to the cave, where everyone seemed to be back to full health. Luz especially as they all sat in a circle and talked to Masha about everything.

"Why couldn't Masha be the one brought in?" Vee asked as Tracey looked at her. "No offense."

"Some taken but I deserves it." Tracey said, drinking more cocoa.

All of which made them...VERY confused.

A world where every supernatural mystery came from? Giraffes were from the demon realm? And a god child has done who knows what to said world?

"That...sounds like a massive drug trip on some VERY bad drugs." Masha said, holding their head.

"It kind of does when you think about it." Camila comments.

"Trust me, you're not tripping." Luz said.

"And... and you're a... God?" Masha asked, pointing to Luz.

"Kind of. Titans had incredible power, enough so that when dead, their magic brought witches and demons to life." Luz said, rubbing her chin. "So they do treat the Titan corpse they live on as their almighty god, I guess."

"Don't let that go to your head, Luz." Amity said.

"Too late." Luz said with a cheeky grin.

BONK!

"Ow!" Luz said as a plant fist hit her head.

"Then allow me to bring you back to reality." Willow said with a grin, using plant magic to bonk Luz.

"See, what nice friends you have." Gus said, nodding. "Always helping you not become god crazy."

"It's not "god crazy," it's "god enlightened."" Luz said before Amity bopped bed head! "Ow!"

"I hurt you because I love you." Amity quickly said.

"Don't expect us to treat you like a god just because you have god blood. You're still the same old Luz to us." Willow said to her, snuggling a bit next to Hunter.

"Thank you, future me." Willow said with a grin.

"I don't expect you to but I still can't believe that I missed a confession!" Luz said, pointing to Willow.

"That's what you're caught up on!?" Willow asked in shock.

"It's it so wrong that I want to be there for my friends when they get a boyfriend?" Luz asked.

"YES! That's called eavesdropping and an invasion of privacy!" Willow shouted.

"You did it in the middle of a fight, I don't think that counts as private!" Luz countered.

"A fight you didn't know about without this!" Willow said, gesturing to the screen.

"Can you two stop so we can keep watching?" Amelia asked for her group, who nodded in agreement while still eatinf Captain T's.

Willow and Luz stopped their argument, but it's clear that it would continue later.

"I can't believe you're still focusing on that." Gus said to Luz.

"Hey! Excuse me for wanting to be excited for one of my best friends getting a boyfriend." Luz said, rubbing her stomach. "It makes almost being drained of blood worth it."

All eyes turned to Luz... trying to understand her insane logic.

'She just keeps being an anomaly.' Everyone thought, either being a good thing of a bad thing.

"Speaking of that, are you sure all the Titan's blood wasn't drained out of you?" Vee asked.

"The glyphs worked, didn't they?" Luz asked, quickly drawing a light glyph and making a light orb appear. "Also, I can feel my body crave about thirty pounds of food, mostly because I haven't eaten all day."

"So it sounds like she's fine." Willow said.

"Physically, yes. Mentally? We don't know." Boscha said.

"I've been through a lot in the future, okay? We all deal with stuff differently!" Luz said, remembering her slight trauma before coming here.

"Of course you are." Willow said, rolling her eyes. "But still, allow me to whip something up."

Willow reached into her pocket and pulled out various types of fruit seed packs. Grapes, strawberries, cherries, oranges, mangos, pears; she made it a habit to always carry some for personal snacks. Maybe even grow human fruit in the demon realm too.

'Hmmm, interesting.' The plant witches thought.

'Wait, why didn't I think of that?! I could've made a killing selling unique human fruits and vegetables!' Eda thought.

'Hmm, grapes will be good, they can get Luz's energy back, because I think we'll need her.' Willow thought.

Grabbing the grape seed packet, Willow put the others away before tearing it open and dropping them on the ground.

"Watch this." Vee whispered to Masha as Willow drew a spell circle, aiming for the grape seeds.

Tracey leaned forward with interest.

The spell hit them and massive grape vines grew from the ground. Luz didn't waste time and grabbed one of the grapes, quickly eating it.

"Whoa! Look at size of these bad boys!" Masha said in awe, taking a grape from a vine. "They're the size of a baseballs!"

"Yep. Plant magic is really an amazing thing." Vee said, grabbing one herself and eating it. "Just imagine, you could end world hunger and deforestation with just a finger's worth of plant magic."

"Hmm, now that would actually save the world if it happened." Camila said, rubbing her chin.

"Just to save time here, you guys do help reduce world hunger, and it's estimated to end by 2040." Mr. Hardcor3 said.

"That soon?!" Vee, Camila, and Luz shouted as Tracey spit takes her cocoa.

"Yep. Your future is lookin bright." Jss2141 said.

"If only I could do that without immediate suspicion from everyone." Willow said, picking a grape for herself and Hunter. "So, what do we do now?"

"Eat and regain your strength. Because soon, we'll be going into the portal." Camila said as she and Amity made themselves known.

"Agreed." Camila and Amity said.

Everyone from the Isles was wondering what the apocalypse would look like.

"Mom, you're back!" Luz said, before remembering what she said before leaving and turned to the portal. "There's... no telling what's going to be on the other side."

"We know but we'll face it together." Amity said, walking up to Luz and offering her her backpack. "I made sure to put your egg in there."

'My palisman!' Luz thought happily.

"You know, it's kind of fitting that it's an egg, because Titan's do come from eggs." Luz said, opening to see her palisman egg.

"The more you know." Willow said, glancing at Amity. "Hear that Amity, you may end up laying an egg in the future."

"...I do not know how to feel about that!" Amity shouted with a red face.

'And who says I'm the one that's going to bear our first child?!' Amity thought.

"I...I might need to brush up on anatomy for titans." Luz said, also red faced.

"Me too." King said, wondering how his father made him without a female titan.

"You know this how?" Hunter asked.

"King. Went looking for his origins and found out he was hatched from an egg." Luz said, closing the backpack.

The others wanted to say something but decided against it as Luz stood up. They could ask questions about Titans after everything.

"That includes when we go back, kid. Cuz there's no way we're letting this future happen." Eda said firmly to Luz.

"Yeah, it's not set in stone." King said with a nod.

'Oh, you pour fools.' Jss and Mr. H thought, glancing at each other with a grin.

"Okay, we've waited enough. We need to go through the portal before Belos manages to succeed." Luz said.

"What is he doing?" Gus asked, eating a grape.

"He's going to possess the Collector." Luz said to them, turning with a serious expression.

No one knew what the collector had done, nor what he even looks like, so the fear is still there.

"WHAT?!" Everyone shouted in shock.

"That's what he was monologuing when I was being drained. Somehow, he's going to get close to the Collector and possess him. Then use their power to pick up where the draining spell left off." Luz said to them.

Silence fell over the room.

Now that everyone knew what would happen in the Day of Unity, they would dread what the future would hold if it was stared up AGAIN!

"We can't let that happen!" Gus shouted, his mouth full of grape.

"He thinks I'm his biggest threat, which is good, because he thinks I'm dead." Luz said, smirking a bit. "We'll use that to our advantage."

"Y-Yeah, yeah! We can still stop un-Belos!" Hunter said, almost calling Belos his "uncle."

"Good thing we have a literal god on our side." Amity said.

"Well...kind of." King said, scratching his head.

"Technically, Luz is a half god." Tracey comments.

"Semantics." Luz quickly said.

"Still, we don't know how bad things are on the Isles or exactly where the portal will spit us out." Willow said.

"Not to mention who knows how long you guys will be gone." Vee mentioned.

'Hopefully not too long,' Camila thought.

"We know, but we have to do this." Luz said.

'I have the power to stop it now.' She thought, turning back to the portal.

"What about me?" Masha asked.

"Probably better to stay in the human realm, it's safer." Luz said.

"Yeah, it's boring but it is safer." Eda added.

"You can stay here with Vee to help keep a cover story." Camila said to the young person.

"That's a good idea." Vee said, liking the idea of spending more time with Masha.

"Meep." Vee said as she blushed.

'Hmm, I don't know how to feel about a shapeshifter being alone with my cousin.' Tracey thought.

"But that leaves one more question." Amity said before looking at Hunter. "How did do all of that against Belos? I thought you didn't have your own magic."

"I...I don't know either but...I'm glad to be able do it." Hunter said, putting his hand on his chest.

Flapjack tweets, getting Hunter's attention as he flew down to his stomach and placed a wing on his chest.

'I am with you.' He was trying to say.

Hunter smiled as he pets his palisman.

'Thanks, Flap.' Hunter thought.

'Cute.' Luz thought, watching them.

"That's something we can deal with later, right now, we need to stop Belos. If he possesses the Collector, then we're dead in the water." Luz said to them.

'I have a theory but I'll tell it later.' Willow thought, quickly eating one last grape before getting up.

"Ooo, Willow has a theory." Luz said, glancinf at Willow. "Want to tell your favorite god friend?"

"Nope." Willow said with a grin.

'I'll keep that to myself.' Willow thought as Luz pouts.

"Then we better got going." Willow said, wiping her lips.

"I agree." Camila said, patting the bat in her hand. "I am ready to show Belos what happens when you mess with my family."

'All of them.' Camila thought, thinking of Gus, Hunter, Willow, and Amity as her kids now.

'Join the club, Camila.' Eda thought with a small smile.

She already had a list of things she was going to do when they got back.

Like a big family barbecue, something Eda doesn't usually do for several reasons. All of which are because Luz came into her life.

Another thing was slowly skinning Belos alive.

Plus, another thing was getting back together with Raine somehow.

'I'll work on that one last later.' Eda thought with a blush, glancing at Raine for a moment.

Luz and Vee, who had signed the adoption papers, already were her family.

"So, you guys ready?" Camila asked one last time.

Everyone nodded to Camila as they stood before the portal.

"Wait, one more thing." Camila said before pulling out some keys. "Vee, Masha, watch the house and the car."

"I feel like that's important but I don't know why." Luz said, scratching her head.

"Because your sister is crushing on my cousin." Tracey said blankly.

"No, I'm not!" Vee denied.

"Sure." Tracey said, not convinced.

Both of them nodded as Vee transformed to herself, taking the keys from her mother. The group of six looked at the portal, unsure of what they'll see on the other side.

"On three, everyone?" Luz asked to everyone.

Nerves were high. Not just for the future heroes but for the state of the Boiling Isles because of Belos and whoever the Collector was.

No one knew what was going to happen next.

"On three." Amity said, grabbing Luz's hand.

"One." Luz said.

"One." Luz whispered as she held Amity's hand.

"Two." Amity said.

"Two." Willow whispered, holding Hunter's hand.

"Three!" Everyone said, walking into the portal.

"Good luck." Almost everyone muttered.

Masha and Vee watched as the portal slowly faded, running out of power, as they stood awkwardly in the cave.

"So... want to go catch a movie or something?" Masha asked.

"... Okay." Vee said, blushing a bit.

Vee was also blushing as she basically scores a future date with her crush.

"Not even gone for a minute and you've already got a date!" Luz said, forgetting the future worry.

Shut up! It is not a date!' Vee shouted.

"ITS A DATE!" Everyone around her shouted.

"Take it slow, Vee. Don't let her pressure you into doing anything you don't want to." Camila said.

Vee tried to hide her blush, even transforming into a turtle and hiding away in her shell.

'I wish I was home so I could hide under my bed from this!' Vee thought.

Jss2141 and Mr. Hardcor3 chuckled at this cute moment before moving onto the next chapter.
