Mithra's POV 

I sat on the bench in the park that was attached to the hotel. I was wondering about where my love for Vijay would go!!!! Sometimes I feel like my love for him seems like creepy obsession..... But obsession and love are different, aren't they??? If not...... even then I don't mind... I don't know what world calls this feeling of wanting him.... I don't mind it's name but  my feelings for him make me feel nice. 

The warmth of his cute smile, his ambiance, his small gestures that show that he does care for fill me with love. I know he cares for me but I don't know if he loves me. It's ad if there is some happiness in his eyes but then without reason it fluctuates between grief, regret, guilt and suppression. Yes it feels as if he is trying to suppress his feelings.... 

I looked around and found not a soul to soothe me.... I held my head....

But why would he do it???? Is he trying to avoid them?????? Does he even have feelings, to begin with????? Are the feelings I see in his eyes even true???? Or are they reflection of my own feelings???? That's stupid!!!!! I don't suppress or self loathe when I am around him.... he does!!! Silently!!!! But why??? Again to the starting......

WHY IS LOVE SO DAMN CONFUSING???????!!!

I shouted out in inner turmoil.... I looked around and this time and thank my stars found Ani!!!!! He was waving at someone... following his wave I found Aditi. She smiled cutely and left with a final wave. 

This fellow was smiling like idiot while humming something unaware of a person watching him  He certainly looks very happy for someone who was going nuts over a single proposal.... honestly he has to exaggerate everything... be it love or the stress that it sometimes carries. 

"Hey Mithu!!!!" He sang finally noticing me...

"Indha talent laam Aditi kitta kaatu... ava mela irukura feeling la enna ipdi kevalama paadi torture pannadha..." I said with downward smirk. 

"Hehe sorry..." he actually apologized sitting beside me.

"Enna sir romba nalla mood la irukaanga??" I asked with a smirky smile. 

"Well... you see... beautiful love life!!!" He said adding a hum of Yaanji!!! 

I smiled at him then looked away thinking about why I was sitting here. He noticed the change in my emotions and looked at me in a questioning way. 

I attempted to brush it off but a surprising and rare 'don't-you-lie-to-me-miss' glare from him cut me off.

"Is it about Vijay???" He asked....

I looked at him surprised.... Wait!!! Why am I even surprised?? He knows me better than I do!!! I nodded and sighed....

He patted my shoulder comfortably...

"Hey Naan Aditi ku propose pannapo ava first in first enna sonna theriyuma???"

I shook my head. 

"She asked me why I took so long to express my feelings!!!" He said as if it was the most obvious thing in the whole universe.

"Adhukkum idhukkum enna sambandham???" I asked confusion written all over my face.

"Hey proposal ku munnadi proposal ku aprom epdi irundhen nu unnake theriyum la!!" He said again in the obvious stating tone.

"Enna da solla varra??!!" I asked narrowing my eyes "Tamil serial maadhiri drag pannadha... straight a sollu!!!" 

"Enna na naan propose pannadhu aprom dhaan en life eh start aachu, so-" he started dramatically.

"Raja Rani padam naanum pathu vaati paathen da!!" I cut him off. "Un situation vera en situation vera.... situation ku apt ah work out aagura maadhiri edhavadhu sollu."

He sighed and went into a thoughtful trance with me following the same.

But before anyone of us could attain a conclusion or utter a word.... his phone rang. He took it and looked at the screen.... it was Aditi. 

He lifted it and responded only with a few rhythmical hmms and okays. He needs to put more words in that mobile vocabulary of his cause it might be very frustrating at times like these.

He finished the call and looked at me. I raised my brows. "Unnayum ennayum urgent ah garage ku vara solraanga!!! Vaa polaam!!" he said getting up. 

"Oh!!" I said in a mixed emotion leaving the discussion behind, got up and followed him. 

In the Garage

I walked in to find five people waiting for us.... Vijay, Aditi, Sreyas, Aneglina and Iyyappan. I looked at Vijay and the what-to-do-with-you-my-dear-love-life crisis came running back to me. But going by their expressions it looked a if there was a new crisis so I pushed the precious one into locked box in the back  of my mind. Then, I looked at everyone with a small smile and questioning eyes. 

"Ennachu???" Anirudh asked.

"The authorities have decided to surprise us!!!" Angelina said in a mocking tone rolling her eyes. 

That's rare coming from her.... so something very sucky might have happened. 

"Ennadhu??" Anirudh asked again.

This time it was Vijay who spoke.... 

"Innoru round veikuraanga, supposedly a surprise as to not make the competition boring" he sounded kind of vexed, well I would too if I was the team leader kind of thing... but for now I was just surprised.

 "4 days practice time kuduthu.... 5th day... which is Wednesday, indha additional round irukku... adhukku aprom dhaan finals!!" Angelina summed it up.

"But what is the round???" I asked motioning my eyes.

"Dance!!!" Iyyappan answered. 

A gaping 'oh' was all I could contribute to the demanding situation. 

"So... engala yean kooptaanga??" Ani asked.

"Dance troop la minimum 6 members irukanum...." Aditi started.

"Adhaan namma kitta oru cricket team eh irukke!!" Ani stated.

"Dei mudhala solradhu kelu da!!!" Iyyappan said.

"Intha round ah tough aakalaam nu ovvoru team kum ovvoru style choose pannanum nu order pannanga..... it was like chits." Aditi explained.

"Nammaku enna vandhuchu??" I asked.

"Pairs!!" Vijay said showing us the chit. 

"Angelina uhm Sreyas uhm oru pair..." Iyyappan said. 

That made sense not because they were a thing or anything but because they both were familiar with expressive dance and were friends enough to dance in a decent pair performance.

"Innoru pair Aditi uhm Ani uhm!!" Iyyappan said hiding his naughty smile.

This made a lot of sense... actually it made more than enough sense!!!

 I raised my brows at Ani with a smirk.... he looked at Aditi who was smiling and mouthed an 'Ok' while trying to control his huge grin.

"Appo 3rd pair yaaru??" I asked...

"Adhaan prechanaye!!!" Iyyappan said "Namma group la stage mela hesitate aagama pairs la assault ah aadravanga indha naalu peru dhaan!!"

"Huh!!" I stared at him "Appo mathavanga?!!"

"Hey naanga laam kuthu illa rock na senjuruvom, but pairs na ennala mudiyadhu!!!" Iyyappan said raising his hands gesturing a defeat.

"Hey.... Vijay can dance!!!" Angelina said clapping her hands enthusiastically.

We all looked at her being hit with realization.... 

"Oh yeah!! Freshers party la yazhini kooda aaditaan!!" I voiced out my thoughts. 

"But ippo naan Yazhini kooda aada mudiyadhula!!" he said thoughtfully cupping his chin while looking at us "Who will be my partner??" 

That question followed gleeful glances pointed at... me!!!

"What??" I kinda understood what they were arriving at ... but no... that can't be it.

"You can be his partner!!!" Aditi said....

Did she say what I thought she said??? Ada chellame!! But....

"Naana??" I asked pretending to be shocked.

"Venam na sollu.. Madhu va illana Shriya va panna sollalaam!!" Ani said with a naughty smirk.

'Yean da????' I glared at him...

"Hey Mithu dhaan best option pa!!!" Angelina said firmly.... 

'En devathaye!!!' 

But is Vijay ok with this???

I looked at him... he looked around then at me and said....

"Unnakku ok na ennakkum ok!!!" with a sweet smile. 

God!!! This guy!!!!

"Ok!!!" I voiced out hiding my blush.
