Summary

Everything is falling apart around Josh.

If the issues of Cale's Soul Sickness and Mara's growing distance weren't bad enough, now rifts are forming too quickly to hide. With the implosion of pocket dimensions, the very veil between realms is at risk.

A potential solution arises in the form of the Elementals. They hold not one, but two of the coveted keys, and their experience with the Energy Realm provides their greatest chance of curing Cale.

But there are centuries of tension between the Elementals and the Soul-Bound, and if Josh and his friends don't manage to diffuse it, the Paladins may find themselves losing two important keys to the Shadow Knights.

The young Paladins will find themselves tested in ways like never before, and unless they can conquer their inner and outer battles, they will find themselves buried beneath the destruction of a growing darkness.

Introduction

Hello, and welcome to book three of The Soul-Bound Chronicles! The previous books are The Dragon's Scale (book 1) and The Sage's Vow (book 2). If you haven't read them, I strongly recommend you skedaddle to those books instead, because nothing here will really make sense.

But if you have read them and you're still here... We've made it!  We are over half-way through this four-part series now.  As such, things will be ramping up, and I hope you're ready for the ride >:D

What can you expect?  Well, like I said, we're ramping things up.  You'll notice some darker tones, but we'll always have Josh and Boomer to balance that out with their dorkiness.  This book also gives us more drama than previous installments, as I'm sure you could have guessed since last book left a few of the characters on unstable ground.  I think this book also takes a sharper turn into self-discovery than the other books.  Also, fantasy politics shall appear!  Who isn't excited for that? 

Chapters

The chapters for The Paladins' Will will usually be 4k-6k words, but for Wattpad they'll be broken up into parts of 1.5k - 2.5k, give or take (for example, Ch 1.3 isn't quite 1.5k but it's close).

This is because I understand that reading on Wattpad is harder on the eyes and it doesn't always book mark correctly.

However, because of this, chapter ends and starts may not always feel organic.

Chapters will also go up once a week on Sundays.
