I..umm am working on chapter 22 but anyway i wrote this depressing poem! It's called remember

Remember

Do you remember the last time youcared?

Didn't that hurt so much?

The realisation of everything hit.

How the pain hurt so much.

You beg so much for that pain to goaway.

You can't stop it.

Or can you?

You stare up at the rain pouring down.

Could that go away?

The smile is slow,

but so brings you such joy.

If you didn't care nothing would hurt.

No more surprises would jump at you

The rain stops,

Leaving you with a grey skies and knotin your gut.

The pain was gone,

but the knot got stronger,

It was unbearable.

You close your eyes.

You suddenly realise what's going on.

Your eyes flash around.

So much pain,

So much suffering.

You're heart starts thumping.

What is this?

You spend so much forgetting, ignoring.

You don't know what to do!

You walk backwards, trying to get away,

The pain grabs your shoulders pullingyou into the darkness.

You scream, nothing comes out.

You're shaking.

You know it will only get worse,

So you close you're eyes,

Let your knees fall down.

It doesn't exist,

You're happy,

You're so happy.

You start giggling,

What was that?

You laugh so loudly,

You're so stupid nothing was wrong!

You've forgotten again

Because you know the darkness

And it scares you so much.

You forget about it.

Call it a broken moment.

And just like that,

You stop caring,

You are nothing,
Nobody isanything.

You feel it in your blood,

Nobody means anything

Because that feeling,

That lie feels so good,

The lie that nothing matters,

The lie that everything ok,

It helps so much.

But it's still there.

Still has it's hands on your shoulders,

Still pulling you deeper in the chasm,

It's always there.

You just don't want to care,

Too scared to see the truth.

To look at the crying child you reallyare,

To see the broken angel that you reallyare...
