ALLIANCES OLD AND NEW
The annual Treaty Meeting hosted by Redwood

       The annual Treaty Meeting was held and hosted by the Redwood pack this year. Usually hosted by one of the Original Six, this year was no different. Many packs gathered - Sierra, Basho, Crimson River, Niagara, Yellowstone, and Black Moon - and so did many rogues, including the Nightwalker group, who tried to gain an official pack designation once more. For the 50th year in a row, they did not get it.
       New alliances were forged, and old ones were broken. Here is the rundown on what happened.
       Redwood and Basho, alliance very newly forged, have fallen down into a neutrality agreement. Alpha Basho was not happy with his banished sister mating with future Redwood Beta and current Commander, Jillian Musso. A disagreement broke out during one of the meal times.
       Redwood and Black Moon have officially signed the Alliance Agreement they have been building up towards for the last decade and a half, with new alpha, Julius Augustus Howard IV, completing what his late father had nearly been successful in getting the late Alpha Julius Augustus Howard II to do.
       Black Moon and Yellowstone have also formed and signed an Alliance Agreement. Wholly new, the two young Alpha's found themselves coming together in more than just politics - so it has
been rumored.
       Crimson River and Basho have formed a very strong Alliance Agreement. Two young and powerful alpha's, this pairing can do many things together.
       Crimson River and Niagara also started talks of forging an alliance. Though that did not come to fruition by the end of the Treaty Meeting, it did come to pass some weeks later, after the fights of the captured White Haired Woman.
       It seems lines are being drawn in the sand.
       The Duodenary, though a neutral pack, has given donations and money to the Redwood pack, as well as one of their wolves finding her mate, moving to join Redwood. Rogues have been flocking to the borders of the Redwood and Crimson River territories. Is something unspoken brewing? Packs, long since removed from the greater werewolf society, have also been reemerging, new talks and alliances forged. Brokenridge wolves have started venturing out beyond their borders. What is happening in our world? Has the Goddess set something in motion?
