Jerome ran his fingers through his hair, ready to scream. His phone next to him buzzed for the 3rd time. He didn't bother to check it. Nobody would worry anyways. He looked at his mom. "What's dad's birth date again?"

His mom looked similar to Jerome, about ready to kill something. "Here let me do it. You take a break."

Jerome handed over the laptop and rested his head on his arms. "Jerome, I need you you copy your drivers license and your social security card."

Jerome pushed himself off the couch. He grabbed his phone and the 2 documents. He did as his mom asked and checked his phone. He had 5 texts from Mitch.

"ASF GOT 200 NEW SUBS!!!!!"

"BABE. DON'T IGNORE ME."

"JEROME ROBERT ACETI YOU BETTER HAVE A GOOD REASON FOR IGNORING YOUR OVER EXCITED BOYFRIEND"

"Babe? Are you ok?"

"F*ck this I'm coming over."

Jerome sighed and texted Mitch "Baby. Don't come over. Mom and I are fighting with the loan application."

Suddenly Jerome got spun around. "To late Biggums," Mitch said into Jerome's back.

Jerome smiled and pressed himself into Mitch. "Hey babe," Jerome said, enjoying the warmth of his boyfriend.

Mitch pushed himself onto his toes and kissed Jerome. The kiss last about 5 seconds until a yell interrupted them.

"JEROME DID YOU COPY THE PAPERS YET," Jerome's mom yelled.

"YES MOM," he yelled back and in a quieter tone, "Babe, get off. I think we are almost done."

Mitch reluctantly let go. Jerome trotted of to his mom, with the papers.
