Soon they were out the door leaving Astrid there home alone with Winter.

"They'll be okay," she said as Astrid nodded. Scared for him.

At the rumble Greasers and Socs alike were surrounding the lot. The lot with Socs on one side Greasers on the other. Both waiting for the fight to start.

Winter and Astrid were at home. Patiently waiting. Hoping everyone would be okay.

Impatiently Soda was standing there. Watching as Darry stepped up looking straight into Paul's eyes. An old friend of his. Adrenaline running through his veins. A blade in his right hand.

Darry placed a cut along Paul's face starting the fight. Together they fought together they easily beat the Socs. Hours and hours of a continuous fight.

Soda knocked down by a Soc quickly jumped back up and punched him down slicing up his arm. All at the same time with only Astrid on his mind.

Together blood was shed. Like a family like a pack. They took down the Socs. All protecting their title. Their title and their lives because they knew Socs play dirty.

When they write my story
They're gonna say that I did it for the glory

All at the same time, Astrid paced around as Winter watched her closely. Making sure she didn't lose her mind.

Soda was stabbed in the arm. Piercing his skin. Sending out a painful yell. In return, he turned stabbing the Soc in the leg making It hard for him to fight back.

Everything went numb. Numb for everyone. Now it was 30 Greasers against 10 Socs. They had great odds in their favor. All Greasers were still up. Half of the Socs were on the ground being left there. Slowly bleeding out.

10 Socs charged at the 30 Greasers. That night Greasers ended up winning. It ended with the 10 Socs stopping midway and running off. Coming to return for their friends later.

The C is for the courage I possess through the drama

Soda looked over at Pony and Darry. Who were both jumping with joy.

H is for the hurt but it's all for the honor

Dark crimson red blood dripped from Soda. Falling to the ground. Everything felt bomb bit that was fine. He felt proud.

A is for my attitude working through the patience

He smiled. Sending the same grin as always. All at the same time, his girlfriend was crying. Worrying.

Money comes and goes so the M is for motivation

He was proud as ever. All 30 Greasers joined in a group hug. Celebrating their win.

Gotta stay consistent, the P is to persevere

Soon the Greasers left the lot that night. Happier than ever. Prouder than ever.

The I is for integrity, innovative career

All of the members of Soda's gang jumping around. Adrenaline still coursed their veins.

The O is optimistic, open and never shut

He couldn't wait to see Astrid. Telling her the good news.

And the N is necessary 'cause I'm never giving up

She would be happy he thought. Secretly he didn't know how torn up she was.

See they ask me how I did it, I just did it from the heart
Crushing the competition, been doing it from the start

"How'd you do it Soda? We thought you'd actually go down" Dallas asked him.

They say that every champion is all about his principles

"I had one person in my mind the whole entire time. That was Astrid"

He sent this big grin. Thinking about her made him happy. He was happy. He is happy.

The gang returned to their home. All of them seeing Winter sitting there. Frozen. Astros was pacing. Crying. Worrying.

"Astrid"

She turned and ran over to him. Jumping up and engulfing him in a hug. All crying at the same time.

"We won"

"I don't care. I'm happy you're alive"

She got off him grabbing his hand and pulled him into his room.

Surpassed all rivals
It's all about who wants it the most

She sat on his lap taking his shirt off him. Slowly and carefully cleaning his cuts.

That's what champions are made of

"Please"

She smiled lightly and lightly pressed her lips to his. He smiled wrapping his arms around her waist pulling her closer to him. She smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck pulling him closer. Both were close to each other. No room was between them. Hours apart and nothing would ever split them. Not now not ever.

"I love you, Astrid"

"I love you Soda"
