Dating Randy Adderson had it's moments, he's sweet to his girlfriend Y/N, and he's smart, but he gets on Y/N's last nerves by getting drunk and jumping greasers, she​ didn't have to worry about being jumped since middle class teens didn't get jumped and Randy would go after whoever hurt her.

Staying away from the summer heat, Y/N was home alone while her parents were at work. She had just finished putting her h/c hair into a ponytail when she heard a knock at her door, she smiles when she saw that it was Randy, but that smile went away when she saw that he was drunk.

"Randy" she groaned "You promised that you wouldn't​come here when you're drunk".

"It's ok baby. Just a small sip" Randy slurred trying to come in the house.

"No. I can smell the alcohol on you" Y/N said blocking the door "Please leave, you know you can't be here drunk when my parents are going to be here soon. Call me when you're sober".

"How about I not call you at all" Randy yelled.

"What?" Y/N asked with hurt.

"We're done" Randy said walking away and getting in his car.

"Randy! You can drive drunk" she yelled but knew it was no use as he way already down the road.

Tears came to her e/c eyes. Did he mean it? Does he really want to break up? Crying even more as she made her way to her room and onto to her bed, Y/N remembered all the times she had with him. When they first met in science class and everyday they'd have a small conversation, when he asked her to homecoming and later that night he tapped on her bedroom window and asked her to be his girlfriend, their first date, first kiss, when she first ate dinner with him and his parents at a fancy restaurant and Randy sat across from her starting at her in a loving way, the same look he gave her when he told her he loves her for the first time, that was in her birthday and he took her to a play.

Y/n's eye lids got heavy and she went of to dream land. As she was off into the land that had always managed to be like a fairy tale, she had dreamed of a romantic candle light dinner with Randy across from her, Randy getting down on one knee, her walking down the aisle to him, their first time in their wedding night, telling him that she is having their babies, and growing old together.

When she woke it seemed as if she had dreamed like the black and white romance movies at the drive-in. A weak smile appeared as she remembered the dream but tears came to her already puffy eyes when she realized her and Randy are no more. She sat up and dried her eyes when she heard a knock at her bedroom door and noticed that it was morning.

"Honey. Randy called and wants you to go to his house and talk with you" Y/n's mother said coming in "Your father and I work late, so if your going to stay out with Randy, be back at 11pm".

With that her parents went to work. It was still early, six o'clock. Deciding to go to Randy's since she was now up and be was since be called. I probably left something there and he wants me to go over and get it  Y/n thought to herself. When she pulled up in the Adderson driveway she saw that Randy's car was the only one there. Taking a deep breath she knocked on the front door for the last time.

Randy opened the door, still wearing the clothes be wore the day before, be eyes were puffy and red meaning that he has been crying, there were dark eyes under his eyes meaning he hasn't slept. Motioning for the couch, Randy sat on the couch where they had many kissing sessions on. Y/n had stood in front of him instead of sitting down.

"Y/n. I'm so sorry. I promised I would never go to your house when I'm drink and I broke that. To make matters worse I broke up with you. Sweetheart, I'm sorry. I never wanted to hurt you. I love you" Randy apologized.

"Randy" Y/n sighed as she saw fresh tears starring to form.

"I'm really sorry" cried Randy.

"Babe. Please don't cry!" Y/n begged as she too started to cry.

"I lost you" Randy sobbed then paused looks up at her "Wait. Did you call me 'Babe'?"

"Yeah I did. You didn't loose me" Y/n explained now sitting on his lap then before he kissed him he whispered "I love you too".

That moved had lead to one of their kissing sessions, which happened  on the couch and Randy's room (nothing more happend. Just kissing) After they were done with their make up kisses they cuddled in his bed, Randy on his back with Y/n's head on his chest.

"What time do you have to be home?" Randy asked.

"Tonight at eleven" Y/n answered "Do you want to get into comfy clothes? You're still in your clothes from yesterday".

"That's sounds like a good idea" Randy chuckled as Y/n let him up to change, he also gave her some pajama pants to wear.

"I love you" Y/n smiled as they went back and cuddled how they were a few moments ago.

"I love you too" Randy smiled back "I promise I'll try and stop drinking so much".

They went to sleep cuddled in each others arms. Y/n smiled as she thought her dream might come true. And her thoughts were right. For dreams do come true. And she lived happily ever after. For there was never a love like Y/n and her Randy Adderson.
