Johnathan's POV: I wanted to stay embracing Ander, but I knew that Nigel and N'ul were probably waiting long enough. I glanced over at Ander, who's hood was back on. It was such a shame, to have such beauty inside and out, not allowed to show it. He noticed me staring at him and smiled shyly at me. If only everyone could see what I saw in Ander, then they'd be able to understand. I knew they wouldn't be able to though, and that's what upset me the most. Ander feared the worst, he was blinded not to think highly of himself. He didn't realize what a rare personality he had, and how fun he was to be around, such a fragile soul. I looked back to where I was going, no need to have the people suspicious of my actions. Nigel said," Where have you guys been? I thought I was going to have to look for you." N'ul said," Did something happen on the way here.?" I said," We were in the orphanage, something happened and we had to clarify it." Nigel said," Oh and what was that?" I said," Nothing, you need to know.." I glanced over to Ander, who said," Well, I think we wasted enough daylight. Do you want to lead the way, your highness?" I raised an eyebrow at him and said," After everything, I thought it was clear I wanted you to call me John." Ander covered the rest of his face, that could be seen, and said," Sorry, John. It just they're guest and..." I chuckled, and said," Come on, I'll lead the way." Once we got there, I said," Hello Dragonis." The blue dragon, huffed at me. I knew at that moment that I annoyed her, probably from not visiting in a while. I said," I came with Ander to show Prince Nigel and his guard the elixir that's made here. I know I haven't been visiting, but you must know that it can get very hectic being taught to lead a coven." The blue dragon nodded then turned away from us. Nigel and N'ul were whispering about something. Ander whispered to N'ul. I said," Can you guys stop whispering?" Ander said," It's two against one, John. If We didn't then you'd just agree with Nigel." I said," Ok, let's test that." N'ul said," Both, Ander and I agree that in the presence of others, be it you are the guest or the people are the guest, Princes such as yourself should be addressed as 'your highness', unless told by a prince in the presence of said company, to assure that it is ok, for a person to do so." I said," I get that, it is the reason for which you do that, but if someone does not break that, then how can we break the norm?" N'ul said," I agree." N'ul and Ander shared a look, but did not argue. When we got to the coven entrance, no guards were there. It was peculiar. I said,as Ander looked at me worriedly," You noticed too? Then there must be something up." Just then a bunch of the Dark Coven guards came over to us. One said," Follow us.. Our leader has arrived and wishes to speak to you." I didn't like the sound of that, Ander looked at me, waiting for my response. Though I could tell that he was nervous. Whatever this was, it wasn't something good. Why would the Dark Coven leader want to speak with me and not my father? I nodded my head, pretending that I was agreeing with their terms. I kept Ander behind me, as I signaled him to run. I casted the mist spell and then we ran. I held Ander's hand as I made an indirect route to the cabin near the road. The guards were close at hand, we got separated.
Ander's POV: I hide in the roots of a tree, I couldn't stop sniffling. I didn't know what to do, or where to go. They were going to catch me. I tried not to sniffle or let out a cry, but I couldn't stop. I was slightly panicking. The children, the children were in there.. everyone was in there, it's just like my last coven. The guards were getting closer, but a wolf covered my cries and sniffles. As the wolf stood at the entrance of my hiding spot. When they left, I said," Johnathan?" The wolf looked at me. I smiled, sadly, " Your wolf form really did get bigger.." Johnathan, in wolf form, snorted at me. I got out of my hiding place and whispered, in fear," W-what do we do, now?" Johnathan indictated me to follow him, and a cabin appeared overhead, I didn't know the Flame coven even had a place like this. Johnathan switched forms, I blushed. I need to stop staring at his muscular chest, but...Johnathan smiled mechieviously and said," As much as I like the attention, right now, I really do need to get the key.." I turned around and sat on the stairs. The cabin looked nice, I guess..Al and I would have seen this together..if..things had been different. I frowned, saddened by the thought. What if I was never able to see the children again? What if this was like my other coven..The images of dead parents flashed through my mind. Tears streamed silently down my cheeks, The only picture I had of them is hidden somewhere in my room. Johnathan wiped away my tears, and said," They're fine..They maybe in cages, but they aren't dead." I said, fearfully," How do you know? I mean, for all we know they could all be dead, Riles, Diyan, Al, Nicole, Nash, your dad..all of them..."  Johnathan said," They're after you..Ander. They wouldn't kill them, cause they know that they need to have something or someone that you care about..in order for you to do what they want. We just need to be thankful that they'll keep them alive as long as they don't have you..and we can go to the werewolf pack that we're allied with, and bring the fight to them." I said, as we sat on the couch of the living room," Wouldn't it be better if I just handed myself over? No blood shed on anyone's side..?" Johnathan shook his head, and said," No..Have you not been listening to me? If they get what they want then who knows what'll happen, but I know one thing it's got bad things written all over it. I know you're worried about the children, and everyone, but for once, you need to worry about yourself, okay?" I nodded, though I still feared the worst, it did calm me down. He caressed my cheek as he said this, then said," I love you." My heart felt like it was about to leap out of my chest, as if wanting to leave me and join his heart, not that I could blame it, Johnathan does have my heart, mind and soul if I were to wager.. I smiled and said," I love you, too." He smiled back at me, then said," We better get going..Pack some food, I'll pack the clothes, my mom will probably buy you some when we get there.." I turned to head to the kitchen as Johnathan said," Oh, and Ander." I turned toward him, then he continued," You'll need to stop wearing your cloak, not a lot of humans wear them, and it'd make you stick out." I said," Okay..do I have to leave it here?" Johnathan said," If you want to, Ander. I know how important it is to you. I just wanted to warn you." Then he headed into one of the rooms.
