Elora means 'light'

Julia's POV

A pair of arms wrap around my waist from behind, making me smile in happiness.

"Good morning my beautiful wife." He says, kissing me neck softly.

"Good morning my handsome husband." I smile back at him. I turn to his side, fully facing him. "To what do I owe you this fine morning?"

"Your love." Jace smiles, kissing me once again on the lips.

"Granted." I say, wrapping my arms around him. I sigh, pushing my hands gently through his hair.

"I'm hungry." I frown, turning around to face him.

"Didn't I just make you Chicken Alfredo in the middle of the night? This baby sure makes you hungry." He chuckles, caressing my arms lovingly.

"Don't you dare blame me. I experience too much pain in the morning to actually get up and make food while you sit there and sleep when your the boss of a multi-billionaire company." I huff.

"Okay okay you caught me." He says, squeezing my butt softly. "I'll do better."

"You better." I tease, kissing him once again.

"Alright. I'll make you some breakfast." He says softly, kissing my forehead before getting up off the bed.

"For the first time in forever." I say, preparing to get off the bed.

"Do you want my help baby?" He says in amusement, noticing my struggle.

"Yes." I sigh and he brings me up slowly. I smile when he lifts up my shirt, kissing my swollen belly.

"Good morning princess. Daddy can't wait to meet you." He says softly, rubbing my belly. I place my hand on his head affectionately.

I gasp when I feel a kick and Jace smiles up at me.

"She's excited to hear your voice." I smile, looking him.

"Or maybe its because your hungry and she wants food." He chuckles and I laugh with before shaking my head. "Never fear, I'll make the perfect breakfast for my two angels."

"Your gonna be such a good dad." I say softly, as he stands up kissing me om the lips.

"I know." He says smugly. "When are you due again?"

"The doctor said maybe in the next two more weeks." I say, standing up.

"Great." He says, grabbing me by the waist and rubbing my back. "I can't wait to see her."

"Me too." I say before kissing him again.

"Let me go before she gets furious." He says quickly running out the room. I couldn't help but let out a low chuckle.

Standing in the mirror I begin to look at my swollen.

I was going to be a mother soon.

There's was life living inside of me. It still seemed surreal because even after 8 and a half months, I still can't believe that this was actually happening.

It felt like just the other day Jace and I had went on our honey moon on a private yaht, making love for the first time as husband and wife. I cherished every moment being his wife, loving our new family. Now, we were adding a new member to our family.

A little angel that was made from both Jace and I's love.

I was elated. Jace would be the perfect father. He already loves her so much and he hasn't even see her yet. It was amazing really. I could see the deep love in his eyes for his daughter whenever he spoke to her. From the minute he found out that he would be a father. When he would rub my tummy and sprak to her in the night, promising to protect as long as she lived.

I always acted as if I was asleep, but it always warmed my heart to see him doing all those little things when I pretended not to notice.

"Welcome!" I greet Brook and Alex as they enter.

"Julia! Its been too long!" She says, hugging me.

"I can't believe you actually made it!" I gush, hugging Alex.

"We had to make it Julia. Even though we had to travel basically one hundreds of miles to get here." Alex says hugging me. "Kids!"

"Aunty Julia!"

"Hello!" I chuckle, hugging their two beautiful children.

"Hello!" The door opens once again to reveal Alexander, Evangeline, Ethan, Lucus, Bianca, Tezza, Drake, Mizah, Josephand Tahmar.

"You guys made it!" I scream hugging them all. Its been so long since they all got different opportunities travelling and dwelling in different parts of the world.

Tezza and Drake actuallly hit it off, they've been together for about two years now. Lucus and Bianca were engaged and I honestly couldn't wait for their wedding. Alex and Brook of course were married with two healthy living kids.

Alexander and Evangeline were happily married with a baby on the way and I was happy for her even though she was shy.

Kathy surprisingly got married to the guy she met in Paris. I never got his name though. She always wanted to keep him away fron her crazy family.

I wouldn't blame her.

Ethan, well, was still single.  He said he didn't want anyone holding him down like a dog because he was a beast.

"Oh course we made it! I forced them all to come. We wouldn't want to miss this party for the world." Kathy says, hugging me tightly.

"Well thank you." I chuckle. "Let's eat shall we?"

"Heck yeah! I'm starving." Ethan says. I misses how squeaky his voice used to be.

"I see all the party people are here." Jace says, emerging with the more nachos.

"Jace, what's up?" They all greet him.

The men went to play dominoes and I went to sit down with the ladies.

"So Julia! How does it feel knowing that your baby is almost here?" Bianca asks.

"Oh, it feels amazing. I-I can't believe it." I say getting teary. They all smile with me and smike back at them.

"Jace must be so happy." Brook says.

"He is-" I stop mid sentence when I begin to feel water gushing out from my lower region.

Oh you have got to be kidding!

"Oh my gush Julia-"

"The baby is coming!" Nadine shouts, appearing through the open door. "Jace! Your wife is going through labour!"

"I'm on it!" He shouts before picking me up bridal style and carrying me through to the car.

"We'll get the things you need. Just go with her." My dad and Francis says.

"You can do this baby. Just push." Jace whispers to my panting frame.

"I-I can't!" I scream, placing my head on the pillow. "It hurts!"

"Mrs. Pellington. You can't give up. You need to push and deliver this baby." The doctor said, looking up at me.

"O-Okay." I pant. Once again, I pushed, screaming at the top of my lungs.

"One last push Mrs. Pellington! You can do this! We're almost there."

"You can do this June. Here, let me-"

"No! Don't touch me!" I scream once again, the pain becoming unbearable. It was too much.

"What are yuh doing!? Hold me!" I shout, holding unto my husband's hand.

"Come on, one more!" The doctor says looking at me hopefully.

"Arrgghhh!" I use the last of my energy and squeezing the life out of Jace's hand to push out the head of this baby before collapsing on the bed completely exhausted.

"You did it baby." Jace says, pushing the strands of her away from my face before placing a kiss on my forehead. "I'm so proud of you."

"Thank yo-" I didn't even get to finish before I passed out.

"June. Wake up sweetie." A hear a voice which causes me to wake up. Around the room is all of my friends, in law and father.

"There's the girl that just delivered her baby!" Brook says, hugging me.

"We're so proud of you Julia." Nadine says, rubbing my arms. "You did so well."

"Thank you." I say horsely.

"Here's some water." Alexander says.

"Congratulations Mrs. Pellington, you birthed a happy, healthy, beautiful baby girl." The doctor says, opening the door. Jace then enters holding a pink blanket and my breath hitches.

The look of him holding his child in his arms made me cry, I couldn't stop the feeling of absolute completeness at the sight of them.

"Here she is." Jace whispers, handing her to me.

I'm completely speechless when I look down at my daughter. She was beautiful, innocent and fragile. I loved her already.

"She has your nose." I whisper to my husband. As soon as she hears my voice, a small smile reaches her face.

My heart melted into a puddle.

"She's precious." Nadine says. "Francis and Harry, look at our granddaughter."

"She's a light." Dad says, smiling down at her.

"Yeah yeah she's precious and a light, but what are you guys calling her?" Alex says which causes everyone to laugh.

I look at Jace with a smile before letting him say it.

"Elora. Baby Elora." He says to them before kissing me on the lips.

"Welcome to the world Elora. Mommy already loves you so much." I whisper to her before kissing her soundly. My lips linger on her forehead before Jace holds her little hand.

"Let's give them a minute." Nadine says, ushering everyone out.

"Thank you." Jace says.

"For what?" I whisper in confusion.

"For everything. Your amazing. Your my wife, my best friend and so much more. And today, your the mother of my child. I can't thank you enough."

"You already did." I say, hugging him. I chuckle when Elora has her father's hand locked in her little fist, holding o  tightly. "Something tells me she's going to be daddy's girl."

"That she is. I love her so much." He whispers, looking at her and then at me. "I love you June."

"And I love you Jace." I say before sealing his lips in a heart whelming kiss.

This was real. All of it. I married the man of my dreams. My best friend. He was my husband and now, the father of my beautiful daughter. He understood what he had done in my life and I will forever be grateful.

Because having a man who loves you, cares for you, loves and fears the father who made heaven and earth and believes to never give up on you, then you have to hold unto them forever.

"No going back now." I whisper. He kisses Elora's hand and then mines.

"No going back."
