Julia's POV

After I have finished my morning routine, I head outside of the room and I freeze.

This place is so big. That's the first thing that comes to my mind. Spotless, of course and so many doors. The floor is white. The textile of the walls are so, well, unique. There are another set of stairs that leads to another floor. And now you must be wondering why a house like this could be so big, that's because its not a house, its a mansion.

"Oh, your finished. I was just going to come for you." A deep voice startles me. I hit my head against the door and almost fall but Jace is quick to catch me.

"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. Are you okay?" He asks, curiosity clear on his face.

"Yeah, I wonder how many times Amma hit my head somewhere." I laugh and great joins me. It dies down and we just stare at each other.

Darn it. I hate when this happens. I hate when I look in his eyes while he smiles at me. It makes me feel weird inside. The last time this happened, we almost kissed. And the problem is, I can't kiss.

I put my hand on his chest and smile at him. "We fi get dung."

He nods and we head down the stairs. The living room is amazing. The flat screen tv, the long couches, the seats, beam bags, the table everything. There's another part the has a table, which I'm sure is the dining room. There's a lot of people sitting by the table, Jace's family I thought.

"Okay I'm going to introduce you now." He says and I nod.

"Guys! Hey! I have something to say!" He shouts and everyone stops what they are doing.

The family is big. A lady with blonde hair, who looks the eldest, I'm guessing is the mom. A there are two men, who looks to be in their late twenties. There are a few children, a to be from the ages fifteen and lower.

"Everyone, this is Julia. My new friend. She just started going to the school and, she was shy with us at first but, eventually she got comfortable. I hope she can become apart of our family." He says and everyone stares at me. I gulp at how serio-

Everyone starts laughing and they get up to meet me.

"Julia meet my youngest sister; Cee-Cee." The baby laughs when I smile at her and touch her hands. The guy holding the baby that looks to be in one of his late twenties, laughs and then looks at me. "I'm Brayon. The smartest person in the famil-"

"Don't tell the girl lies Brayon. She doesn't even know you." A girl who seems to be around the age of thirteen says.

"The names Emily. But please call me by my nickname Emmie. I'm very dramatic and can be very sassy or sarcastic or even both when I'm pissed off. But I can be the nicest person you'll ever meet." She says and I smile at her and she gives me a hug and I return it with a huge grin.

"Yeah, Brayon is the one lying." The other guy who looks to be in his late twenties says. "I'm Devin. I'm serious when I do my work but I'm the real goofy me around my family." He kisses my cheek and hugs me.

"Hey, I'm Victor and I love to play videos, its basically my life so... " He smiles at me. "That's basically it."he kisses my cheek and hugs me.

"Waste of time!" Two boys that look alike interrupt while another girl walks with looking down.

"I'm Tyler and this is Malachi. We are the twins, you know, the only exciting people in this family." Tyler says. It's not the hard to identify who's Tyler from who's Malachi because one has blue eyes and the other has Green.

The ones who already introduced their selves have resumed to their eating and they cough at Tyler's comment.

"Stop telling yourself that Tyler! You sound like a rat that died but raised again and as it died, something ran over it." Emily says. I like her.

"Wow, your fun." Malachi says and runs after her while she runs away and almost bumps into the maids. Yes maids, and their are bodyguards outside and people cleaning the plates.

The little girl who was beside the twins look at me and I wave at her. She seems to be about 5-7 I thought. She raises her arms, as in saying she wants to be lifted up. I lift her up as she sucks her thumb.

"Hi." I say to her.

"Hi." She answers and hides her head in my chest. "You don't have to be shy. What's your name?" I ask.

"Bethany." She whispers. "Your accent is very unique."

"Aw, tanks. Don't worry, we'll get fi know each other better soon." I tickle her and she laughs and hugs me as I put her down and she goes to the table.

"Yes, save the best for last. I'm Carter and may I say that you look mighty fine right now Miss Judia." Carter bows his head.

"It's Julia smart head." Jace corrects.

"Miss Julia." He stands up straight. "I'll say your the angel I've been looking for my whole life. I don't know what to say about me but we'll learn that later. Let's just take the time out to get to know youuuu." He drawls and I laugh. He cannot be seriously flirting with me.

"Okay that's enough." Jace says.

"Okay fine. This isn't over. I'm here waiting for you darling." He slowly walks away and puts his finger in the air. "Oh and uh, you take care of your self lil mama." He forms his hand like a phone and places it at his ears and mouths 'call me'.

I laugh at him. He is so cute. And wow, he was flirting with me. And he wants me to call him and I'm not even sure if he has my number.

"Well what do we have here? A new person of Jace's friends?" A voice calls and a girl that seems like in her late twenties comes into view.

"Hold unto this for me." She gives the maid the orange juice and places it on the tray. She approaches me "I'm Kathy. I don't really hang around here much but I'm cool. Just looking at us now, we are gonna become best friends."

I go to shake her hand but she brings me for a tight hug and swings me around. I laugh.

"I'll be right back." She slide her way back into the room she was in just a few moments ago.

"My dad is not here but my mom is. Hey mom!" Jace calls out and I lady who seems to be in her late thirties come out. She looks exactly like Jace.

"What did I tell you about shouting in the house Jace?" She laughs.

"Sorry Mom but meet my friend; Julia."

"You mean the girl who you are always constantly talking about? The one who you always say how beauti-"

"Okay mom, you can stop now." Jace blushes and his mom laughs, at me. I've, seen her before. Then it hit me. This is the nurse that helped me on the first day of school...

"Hello Julia. You look so beautiful, so a beautiful and tall amazing young lady. Welcome to our family." She kisses my cheek and gives me a big hug.

This family seems to love doing that...

"Thank you. Haven't I seen you before?"

"Yes, I sometimes work at your school as the nurse because as one of the most famous nurses in the world, I love to help everyone." She gives me a smile that makes me smile immediately too. "Oh come on, I made some breakfast for you guys! Do you want it to go cold? Come on, your gonna like it." She exclaims as she dances and slightly runs to the kitchen.

"Wow." I say.

"Yeah let's go eat!" Jace drags me.

I spend the whole day with Jace's family and it was awesome. They are so nice, so funny and they are so crazy and goofy. In the afternoon the other boys came. Drake being corny as hell but I still had a good time.

Now I'm at the front of my 'moms' house. I don't know what to do. The images of my room being completely crashed and a furious Linda ready to kill.

"I had fun with you today." Jace snaps me out of my thoughts and I smile at him. "I'll call you later to make sure that you are okay."

"Tanks." I smile at him and hug him. "Tanks for showing mi yuh family."

"No problem. Good Night June." He pulls away and kisses my on the cheek and I smile. He sure is something.

"Good Night."

He drives away and all my happiness is gone. The fear of being cursed at and beaten by a fuming Linda appears in my head as I grip the knob.

I inhale my breath and whisper. "Here goes."
