Here's your update!!

I tried to loosen the ropes around my wrists and my legs, but failed miserably. My eyes were also covered with a black cloth, so I was totally clueless about where I was.

" Please stop moving" a voice pleaded me. Well my captor seems to be nice. Strange.

" Where am I?" I asked

" You'll know" he replied, looks like he's following someone's orders, the way he might be just standing there waiting for further instructions

" You're not the boss, are you?" I asked

" You're very clever for a human, I give you that" came a woman's voice this time.

Somebody reached behind my head to untie the black cloth covering my eyes. The sudden light blinded my eyes as I hissed.

" Are you alright?" Came the woman's voice again laced with concern this time.

I finally forced my eyes open as I looked at the woman standing in front of me. She was so beautiful for her age, if there were no wrinkles on her face nobody would have considered her old. She wore an elegant dress, neither too casual nor too classy. I suddenly snapped out of my trance as I saw a man standing behind her.

He looked about the woman's age, he was wearing a suite and he carried an aura of authority. He took the woman's hand and slightly pulled her away from me

" She could be dangerous, dear" he said to the woman

What?!, me dangerous? I'm the one tied up on a chair, if they don't remember

" What am I doing here, and where is this here?" I asked a bit rudely

They both looked at me alarmed as if they have never seen someone talking.
The man immediately got angry and came towards me

" How dare you talk to me like that!!" He shouted at my face

" You'll scare her, she doesn't know you yet, please be patient" the woman said to the man

The man slightly rubbed his forehead and looked around the room, like he was thinking about something.

"  Please tell me why am I here?" I pleaded this time

The woman came forward and caressed my cheek and then looked directly in my eyes

" Then listen carefully, because whatever I'm going to tell you, you're not going to believe but it's the truth" she said softly

Why are they behaving so nicely to me, as far as I know, kidnappers do horrible things, am I in some other world?, I laughed at my own thoughts

" Go on" I whispered

" This is not Earth that you live in, it is some other world similar to Earth, only in its appearance" the woman said

" Are you kidding me?" I said in a bored tone

The woman and the man looked at eachother and they did something with their hands and I was suddenly lifted in the air

" What the hell is happening?" I screamed

" We can do things like this, it is common here, as you humans say 'magic' in your language" the woman said

" Humans?", Aren't you a human" I asked still floating in the air

" No, we're not humans, humans can't do things like this, they have to use their limbs to do things but we don't" the man said calmly this time

He lifted other things in the room with the slight movement of his hand to prove his point. I was shocked and scared, if I'm really in some other world then why am I here?

" And yes I can kill you with the snap of my fingers also, so don't try anything" the man said in a threatening tone

" Now dear, don't scare the girl " the woman said and he just nodded and with the slight movement of his hand he put me down back in the chair and the roped tied themselves on my wrist and legs automatically, this is literally freaking me out now.

" I know you don't believe us yet, but you will eventually" the woman said softly again

" Why I'm here?" I said in a scared tone.

" I'm the Queen of Radiant, a country in this world, and this man standing here is the King of the Radiant" she said proudly

King, Queen? This is so messed up

" And you're going to be the future queen of this world" the man said

" What?!, I'm just a mere human as you said, I can't do magic, I don't have these skills, neither I belong to your world, why me??" I started crying

" Because you were chosen" the woman said

" But why, why me?" I screamed at the top of my lungs

" Similar to your world, we also have wars here, but this time, our rivals have gotten really strong, so to protect ourselves and our country we need human power" the woman explained

" But you just said that humans are powerless in front of you, we're nothing" I said timidly

" That's not the truth, you humans are powerful in your things, something in you can help us" the man said

" And how?" I was curious now, though tears were streaming down my cheeks

" If you marry the prince, you'll give him strength through your bond, which will help him in the war" the woman finally answered my question

" I'm not going to marry the prince, that too in some other dimension or world, I don't care, I want to go back, my friends would be worried about me" I shouted through my sobs

" Don't worry, they don't remember you, as soon as we got you from there, your existence in that world ended, so nobody remembers you, and as far as I know you only have few friends, no family, nothing, Naira" the man informed

They know everything about me, they even erased my existence, I don't even exist.

" We'll give you time to think" the woman said politely and they left me in the dark room alone.
