Eight years had passed since Alice first stumbled into Wonderland, a whimsical and peculiar world that had captured her heart. She had encountered countless eccentric characters, the Cheshire cat, the dorm mouse tweedle Dee and tweedle dum but none of them had intrigued her as much as the Mad Hatter. His charm, wit, and enigmatic nature had slowly woven their way into her thoughts, and over time, Alice found herself falling deeply in love with him forgetting about the husband she had left behind when she fell into the rabbit hole

As the years went by, Alice's infatuation with the Mad Hatter grew stronger, but she never dared to reveal her feelings. She feared rejection or worse, losing the friendship they had developed. However, Wonderland had a way of playing tricks on one's heart, and fate had a different plan in store for Alice.

One fateful day, as Alice explored the depths of Wonderland, she stumbled upon a hidden glade. The air was filled with an enchanting fragrance, and the flowers seemed to dance in harmony. It was there that Alice discovered she was not alone; the Mad Hatter stood before her, his eyes filled with a mixture of surprise and delight.

Time seemed to stand still as they gazed into each other's eyes, their unspoken emotions hanging heavy in the air. In that moment, Alice knew that her love for the Mad Hatter was reciprocated. They spent hours talking, laughing, and sharing their dreams, their connection growing stronger with each passing moment.

The mad hatter was excited and thrilled to be a father and even started making little baby hats for his little girl

Two months later, as Alice's pregnancy became more apparent, a familiar face appeared in Wonderland. It was Cyrus, Alice's husband from the world she had left behind. He had spent years searching for her, never giving up hope that he would find his beloved wife.

Cyrus was overjoyed to have finally found Alice, but his happiness quickly turned to confusion and concern as he noticed her growing belly. Questions swirled in his mind, and he confronted Alice, demanding answers.

Fear gripped Alice's heart as she looked into Cyrus' eyes. She knew that the truth would shatter the delicate web of love she had woven with the Mad Hatter and would hurt Cyrus dearly. In a moment of desperation, she lied

Tears streamed down Alice's face as she told Cyrus a fabricated tale. She claimed that the Mad Hatter had kidnapped her from the White Queen, subjecting her to unspeakable horrors. She painted a picture of a cruel and heartless Mad Hatter, a monster who had held her captive against her will.

Cyrus, consumed by anger and a desire for justice, vowed to confront the Mad Hatter and rescue Alice from his clutches.

And that's what he did. He took Alice back to auradon with him and had her tell beast and belle what she told him and instead of feeding up and telling the truth Alice lied once again sealing the mad hatter's fate

Alice watched as Cyrus and beast went to wonderland and arrested the mad hatter for rape and kidnapping

as the mad hatter kept yelling  saying that he didn't rape or kidnap Alice and that they were in love guilt gnawed at Alice's conscience.

She didn't think that her lie would have consequences, but she wasn't willing to tell the truth.  And it cost her everything

Beast placed the mad hatter on the isle with the rest of the villains and she never saw him again until their daughter was born.

When the baby hatter was born Alice was overjoyed and had that motherly glow but it didn't last

When Cyrus saw the baby and saw that she looked more like her father than Alice he hated the child and wanted nothing to do with it. So Alice had to give her daughter to the mad hatter and that was the last time she saw her true love or her daughter

As the mad hatter held his daughter, he named her Bethany and he promised her that she would have the most wonderful life ever despite living on the isle. The mad hatter hated Alice with a great passion but he loved his daughter and he was gonna try his best to give her the world.

As Bethany grew up she learned the truth of who her was and she was angry with Alice for abandoning her but when she found out the truth of how her father ended up on the isle she hated Alice and wanted her to pay for what she did to them

Alice thought the consequences for her lie were behind her now that Bethany and the hatter weren't around but boy was she wrong

She was about to drown in all her lies
