Mal pov

It's been six months since me and my friends came to auradon with the intention of stealing the wand and bringing down the barrier but the longer we stayed here the more we grew to love it here and the more we grew to become attached to certain things.

Evie already loved fashion on the isle but now that she was in auradon she was able to flourish and become a well known fashion designer she even had her own business called Evie4hearts and she also had a boyfriend named Doug. Even though Doug wasn't a prince like the evil queen wanted but he was better because he loved Evie unconditionally

As for Jay, he found he's love of sports and being a part of a team when he played tourney which helped him see that he no longer needed to be evil to be happy.

And as for Carlos, coming to auradon and choosing to be good was the best decision he could have ever made. Not only was he safe from the verbal and physical abuse that he received from his mother on a daily basis he also got over his fear of dogs when he adopted the campus mutt named dude

Now as for me. I was happy with the decision I made about being good and staying in auradon and I loved that I was happy about being free of my mother and I loved Ben dearly. I did kinda feel bad that circe was stuck on the isle without me but I knew she would be okay so I didn't think to mention her to Ben. Circe was a fighter and wasn't the kinda person you wanted to mess with.

Anyway as the months progressed I started to feel the pressure of being the girlfriend of the king of Auradon and the overwhelming pressure of being in the public eye 24/7. Some times I wished that things were like they were before when we were rotten to the core

I was soon brought out of my daydream by cameras flashing in my face and microphones being pointed at me while reporters threw questions at me from all directions

Mal, please, over here! Mal!, Only three days to the Royal Cotillion. Ever think a girl like you would be Lady of the Court? One reporter asked

And before I could answer that question another reporter asked me another question

How does it feel to be the most envied girl in Auradon? Another reporter asked

I..I said as another reporter asked a third question

Well, do you like being blonde? He asked

Well...I started to say

Is your mother still a lizard? The reporter asked as Ben came to my rescue

Okay. All right. Excuse me. Uh, we will let you know if and when that particular situation changes. Ben said

Did you ever think you'd be with a Villain Kid? A reporter asked

We're done here. Ben said firmly as fairy godmother came and started shooing the reporters away

Okay. Shush, shush. Shoosh, shoosh. Shoosh, shoosh. This is still a school, so if you're here, you're either skipping or trespassing. Fairy godmother said

Just one more question one the reporters said

Shush. Shush. Fairy godmother said cutting him off

Fairy godmother! A woman reporter said

Shhh. Shhh. Shhh. She said cutting her off

Thank you, guys. Ben said

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I said

Mal. Ben. Fairy godmother said

Fairy godmother we said smiling

Whew. I said

Don't pay any attention to them. Ben said

Well, that's a lot easier said than done, right? I asked

I know. I know. You know, maybe we should do something. We should go somewhere. Get away. Ben said

Yeah that would be amazing I said

You know, what do-- I have a council meeting. I'm so late! Ben said looking at his watch

It's okay! I said

We'll-- We'll do it sometime. Uh...Ben said as Evie came.over and grabbed my arm

If we don't do a fitting for your gown right this minute, you'll be dancing in your bathrobe, okay? Hi. Let's go. Let's go. Evie said pulling me away

Bye, Ben I said

Bye. Ben said as reporters rushed back to him

King Ben! King Ben! King Ben! The reporters said

Damn they are like roaches.
