Georgia had told Stefan about how she feels she's being watched most of the time. Stefan reassured her that he would protect her.

"GEORGIA"
Caroline shouted as she entered the Salvatore house. Georgia ran down the stairs to Caroline.
"Hey Care"
Georgia said with a smile. Stefan walked down the stairs and placed his arm around Georgia's shoulder. Caroline looked at them both.
"Caroline! No"
Stefan said knowing what Caroline was thinking. Caroline and Georgia both laughed.
"You ready to go?"
Caroline said looking at Georgia. Georgia nodded. Caroline and Georgia left.

Georgia, Caroline, Elena and Bonnie all decided to go to a restaurant together. Georgia got that feeling again. She felt like she was being watched but she ignored it. The four girls were all eating and laughing with each other. Georgia then looked up and saw someone looking directly at her. They looked like Elena but it couldn't have been.
