"Hey, where's Georgia?"
Caroline said as she walked into the Gilbert house. Elena, Jeremy and Jenna are all sat on the couch talking. Caroline walked in and saw all three of them. Elena turns around.
"Hey Care, what did you say? I couldn't hear you"
Elena said looking at Caroline. Caroline looks around before repeating herself
"Where is Georgia?"
Caroline said concerned. Elena motioned upstairs. Caroline smiled to say thanks and walked upstairs. Caroline didn't want to upset Georgia so when she reached Georgia's room she knocked on the door and waited for Georgia's response.
"Leave me alone. I'll be fine Elena"
Georgia shouted.
"It's me Georgia, Caroline"
Caroline said with a faint smile on her face hoping that Georgia would let her in.
"Come in Care"
Georgia shouted. Caroline walked in and saw Georgia with tears rolling down her cheeks and her holding her blanket tight. Caroline closed the door behind her and sat on Georgia's bed beside her. Caroline wiped the tears from Georgia's face with a tissue and smiled.
"He hurt me Care, it just hurts"
Georgia said sitting up cuddling a cushion. Caroline looked at Georgia.
"I know Georgia, I know"
Caroline said comfortingly. Georgia hugged Caroline knowing she was one of the few people she still trusted.
"You know what he said to me?"
Georgia said pulling away from the hug. Caroline shook her head.
"He told me he never loved me. He only loves Elena"
Georgia said holding back tears. Caroline realised that the breakup wasn't what was making Georgia upset it was the fact that Damon was in love with her sister and that her sister is the reason they broke up. Caroline knew that Elena loved Damon just as much as Damon loved her but she couldn't tell Georgia this, not while she was this upset.
