Pansy heard the door unlock, and I slowly pushed the door open. Draco was sitting on the floor leaning on the sink's cabinets. Draco looks up at her.

"Pansy..." He says, shakingly. "I just...I want to look good."

"Draco, you do look good. All the time. I'm sorry if what I said hurt you. I didn't mean for it to. But listen," Pansy paused to lift up his chin so he looked at her. "I love you for you. I care about you and I enjoy spending time with you because you're funny, smart, sweet, and so unbelievably caring. The fact that you are very handsome is an addition. But if you were fat, it wouldn't matter to me because I like you for who you are, not how you look."

"But they said..." Draco stops and looks down.

"They said what?"

"No one could ever care for a worthless thing like me..."

"I do. I care about you. So does Blaise. And Professor Snape. Whoever told you that you are worthless, I will hunt them down and kick their ass! They are wrong." Pansy said, seeming angry. Draco chuckled quietly.

"There's the Pansy we all know and love," Draco mumbled.

Blaise comes back into the room with Professor Snape. "Pansy, Draco?"

"In here!" Pansy calls as Draco brings his knees to his chest.

"How is he?" Blaise whispers to Pansy as he kneels beside her in front of Draco.

"Not great..." Pansy whispers back. Draco's shoulders begin to shake as he starts to cry.

"Draco," Professor Snape says from the bathroom doorway. "Come sit on the bed, it'll be more comfortable for you."

Draco stays put, starting to sob. Professor Snape enters the bathroom and kneels down next to Draco. He puts a careful hand on his shoulder. Draco leans towards him and sobs softly. Professor Snape picks him up and takes him to bed.

"There's no use trying to talk to him now, he's too upset." He tells the other two teenagers as he forces a dreamless sleep potion down Draco's throat. "The potion should wear off in a few hours. I'll be back then." Blaise and Pansy nodded, conjuring up some chairs and sitting beside him.

"I wonder who drilled these ideas into his head..." Blaise mumbles.

"Me too. He's been through so much...I wish he would talk to us rather than bottle everything up."

"I think it was Narcissa... she was always going on about how he needs to be thin and all that crazy shit, but she didn't really press the issue too much," Blaise tells her.

"How could she say that to him?" Pansy asked, horrified. Narcissa knew the many things Draco had been through and it seemed strange that she would add this to the mess of things swirling around in his head.

"She did it when he was little, I think Lucius had a major role in how she thought, though..." Blaise sighs. "He was always putting her down."

"Lucius is not a good influence. Not on Narcissa and especially not on Draco..." Pansy replied, troubled. "I guess all that's left to do is to wait for him to wake up."

Blaise nods and looks at Draco.

A few hours later, Draco opens his eyes, groaning. He rubs his eyes.

"Ugh, what happened?" he asked.

"Draco, you okay?" Blaise asks. "Professor Snape had to knock you out. You were so worked up."

"Oh...right," Draco murmured. Just then Professor Snape entered the room. Draco looks at him.

"Draco, will you tell us what's going on?" Professor Snape asks.

"All I did was state facts and they got upset..." Draco avoids looking at any of them.

"Because they're not facts, Draco," Pansy says.

"Y-yes they are."

"No, they're not," Blaise said firmly. Draco looks at him as some of his pale blonde hair falls in his face.

"Okay, please tell me the story. From the beginning," Professor Snape cuts in, looking confused.

Blaise opens his phone and hands it to the Potions Professor. The teens stay silent as Professor Snape's eyes dart across the screen.

Draco curls up on the bed, holding Pansy's hand as she talks to him.

"Draco...who put these ideas in your head?" Professor Snape asks, handing the phone back to Blaise.

"Mother... Father..."

"What?!" Professor Snape exclaims. Pansy and Blaise don't seem surprised. Draco curls up tighter, letting go of Pansy. "They're wrong Draco. You're malnourished. You let yourself go too far."

Draco closes his eyes. "I'm still too fat..."

"No, you're not fat at all. Draco, please. You're not listening to me," Professor Snape responds.

Draco looks at him, then he turns away. "But I am..."

"No, you're not. Draco, you're not fat at all. You're the complete opposite of fat," Professor Snape said strongly, trying to get through to Draco.

"I-I..." Draco looks down.

"Please let us help you, Draco. We all care about you. Please let us help," Pansy said softly.

Draco sits up and looks at them. "I don't understand... why do I need help?"

"Draco you're malnourished. It means you're too skinny. You don't eat enough," Professor Snape explains.

"But... I eat too much..." Draco says confused. "I don't understand..."

"No. That's what we're telling you. You don't eat enough," Professor Snape insisted. "Please understand."

Draco brings his knees to his chest. "I-I..."

"Think he's sick..." Blaise whispers to Professor Snape.

Professor looks at Blaise and nods, then walks towards Draco, picking him up. "We should take you to the hospital wing."

"What? The hospital wing? It's not that serious!" Draco said alarmed.

"Yes, it is. I want Madam Pomfrey's opinion on what to do. I am absolutely not going to let this keep happening," Professor Snape said, carrying Draco to the hospital wing.

Draco hides his face as Pansy and Blaise follow. Blaise has Draco's bag and he grabs Pansy's arm. "How does he carry this?" He hands her the heavy bag, "There's no way he doesn't hurt himself in this condition..."

"It's so heavy!" Pansy exclaimed. They arrived at the hospital wing. Professor Snape set Draco down on a bed and Blaise went to get Madam Pomfrey.

Draco tries to get up to leave. Professor Snape grabs him and spells him to the bed.

"Professor Snape!" Draco shouted, struggling against the magical bonds. "Let me go!"

Blaise comes back out with Madam Pomfrey as Draco struggles.

"Professor! What is going on here?" Madam Pomfrey asked, slightly alarmed.

"It's Draco ma'am. He hasn't been eating and some mental problems have appeared thanks to his parents..." Blaise tells her.

"He is malnourished. His parents have been telling him that he should be skinny and well-dressed. As a result, he thinks he is fat, and refuses to acknowledge that he needs help," Professor Snape explained to Madam Pomfrey.

"Because I don't need help, I'm perfectly fine!" Madam Pomfrey shushes Draco, and pulls up his shirt.

"Professor is right, Draco. You are malnourished," Madam Pomfrey decided.

"No... I'm perfectly fine," Draco says weakly.

"No, you are not."

Draco shrinks down as everyone leaves for dinner and a house elf brings him a plate. He pushes it away and lays down.
