It all starts off rather obscurely. You clicked the wrong link, and now you're looking at some weird kid with a straw hat instead of a one-piece bathing suit. You start to click the back arrow, but there's something so abnormally wrong about whatever website you've just landed on that it might just be strangely right.

That's when you see the "Play Episode 1" button.

Needless to say, you click the button. How could you not?

And so begins your transformation...

Once upon a time, you were a normal, miserable human being. You breathed, slept, occasionally did homework (if and when it suited your fancy). You were an average Joe, to say the least.

But when you hit that button, you were transformed forever...

Because let's face it. 24 minutes and 8 seconds later, you hit the "Play Next Episode" button, and 24 minutes and 8 seconds after that, you hit it again.

Anime...is an addiction.

Worse yet?

Nobody can know.

Nobody can know that you read subtitles.

Nobody can know that you listen to Japanese theme songs even though you don't know what the heck they're singing.

Nobody can know that you inadvertently end up humming those very theme songs.

Nobody can know that your YouTube recommended sidebar is crammed with Fairy Tail.

Nobody can know that you prefer Titans to zombies.

Nobody can know that you know what "Kawaii" means.

Nobody can know that you've started to think about people as "senpais."

And nobody, ABSOLUTELY NOBODY, can know that you watch anime.
