Caravince Scenario: You're looking for five abnormals from the age range of 15-17. She suspects Black Jack is involved.

Dark Hood Scenario: You're looking for three abnormals from the age range of 14-16. He suspects it's human trafficking, but he has a hunch it's something worse.
