Welcome to Hell
"You know Klaus is going to go crazy when finds out what you're doing" Marcel smirked from his spot on the leather armchair in his airy loft.
"Lucky for us I don't care".
"He's right, Klaus will be pissed about whatever it is your planning and I'm the one who has to listen to you two argue" Arielle spoke as she walked into the loft with another werewolf.
"Does everyone seem to forget I am an original, I can handle myself and Niklaus I've been doing it for over a thousand years" I told them getting really annoyed with people treating me like a porcelain doll, they had been doing it since everyone was told that my daughter had died.
"Just tell us why we're here" Arielle sighed.
"Simple were going to take down Finn, meaning you and your alpha will get your wolves back. Speaking of Jackson, where is he?" I questioned.
"He's mourning" she replied stiffly, must be trouble in paradise.
"This is Aiden leader of Finn's wolves slash double agent" she introduced.
"Thyra Mikealson, pleasure" I purred with a predatory smile, making him gulp with intimidation.
"You too" he stuttered.
"Now who wants to take down some original witches" I smirked.
"Witches as in plural?" Arielle questioned.
"Yes, I plan to have a reunion of sorts, all the Mikealson brothers back together".
"Mom, we don't even know where Kol is".
I placed my index finger up to shush him as I took out my phone reading the text that I had just received.
"Actually, I do he and Davina are already on their way back to New Orleans" I informed the group.
"How-"
"Unlike my husband who loves to screw-over the supernatural, I actually, made friends with some covens over the decades, and encase you've forgotten there are witches outside of New Orleans. I called in a favour to an old coven to track Kol" I shrugged.
Although I had met Kol in his new form many times, I wasn't aware that the annoying boy Kaleb was my best-friend Kol. Although when I thought about it the similarities in personalities should have given me a clue.
After Mikael had kidnapped me and brought me to that awful warehouse where he had nearly killed me and Nik, I found out from Marcel that Kol and Davina had used their magic to stop the white-oak-stake from killing my husband. Then before I could confront Kaleb or Kol he and Davina had high-tailed it out of there.
I hadn't really had time to dwell on the fact that Kol had been interacting with me this whole time and didn't even reveal himself to me, I had been preoccupied with getting Elijah back from Esther's clutches and now that Elijah was safe, I was pissed to say the least.
I understood Kol staying hidden from Niklaus and Elijah but I was his best-friend and had been since we were children, I had always been on his side fighting his battles against his siblings even when he was wrong.
Kol knew how much I missed and mourned him, he knew how much I despised his mother he had held me when I cried over Tatia and my unborn child, that I had lost because of her and he took her side, he didn't even give me a heads up.
Kol Mikealson my best-friend had betrayed me and he was going to regret it.
"So how are we going to take down Finn and Kol?" Arielle questioned.
"Kol is easy just leave that to me, Finn on the other had might be a little more difficult his only weakness is his mummy and Esther is practically untouchable..."
"He has another one, actually!" Marcellus interrupts me, pulling his phone from his pocket.
"He's got a thing for Cami" he continued.
"Of course, he does. First my son, then my husband, now my psycho brother-in-law" I snapped, making everyone look uncomfortable.
"Klaus will go ballistic if we get Cami involved in this" Arielle spoke make me shoot her a glare.
"Cami? Well, she's got this thing about people telling her what she can and can't do! You and her got that in common Mom" Marcel smiled making me scoff.
A few hours later and the plan was coming together nicely.
Aiden, Arielle, Josh, Marcel and I were outlining the plan to take down Vincent/Finn.
Aiden smooths out a map on the coffee table, it was where the bimbo or Cami had set up a meeting with Finn.
"Cami said Vincent wants to meet at Preservation Hall. But, he won't be unprotected. There will be wolves position here and here" Aiden our mole so to speak informed us pointing to various places on the map.
"Can we keep this alley open?" Marcel wonders, while the wolf nods in reply.
"Alright, I'll wait there and rip Vincent's head off" Arielle replied making me smile at her proudly.
"Nah, he'll body-jump" Marcel informs her.
"Vincent's head stays on. He'll have a tough time answering questions without it" Cami speaks as she enters the loft with a box and places it on the table. Everyone looks through it whole I stand off to the side and drink some whiskey hoping it will stop me ripping her head off.
"Sweet, it's a big box of dusty old junk. We're saved!" Josh states sarcastically.
"They're dark objects my uncle left for me. I've been cataloguing them according to Kieran's notes. As far as I can tell, these can be used against witches specifically" the bimbo explains.
"Kinky" Arielle states as Marcel pulls out some iron shackles.
"Ah, I remember these! A hundred years ago, the Human Faction waged a war against the Voodoo Queens. They had a traitor spell these manacles. Slap 'em on a witch, they can't do magic as long as they're on" my son explained.
"Alright, we're not gonna get the handcuffs of doom on him while he's surrounded by a werewolf entourage" Josh wondered stating the obvious.
"We can just lure him away. I can do that" Aiden answered calming Josh's worries.
"Cami, if we do this, you're the bait. Are you sure you're okay with that?" Josh wonders.
"She's used to being bait isn't that right blondie? I mean you've been vampire bait since you stepped into this city" I spoke smiling innocently at her.
"Look Thyra I don't know what your problem..."
"Oh, don't act all innocent with me blondie-"
"Mom" Marcellus warns but I ignore him and walk closer to the blonde.
"You've had sex with my son, your all over my husband like a nauseating smell now Finn is obsessed with you" I told her.
"I..."
"Your smart Camille, so don't you dare try and deny that you don't know exactly what you're doing" I sneered in a whisper now just inches away from her. I took a piece of her blonde hair and twirled it around in my fingers.
"I know you're thinking in the back of that blonde head of yours that I'm jealous but I'm not, because the truth is your disposable. Marcel is my son, Nik is my husband, the Mikaelsons even the nasty ones are my family and New Orleans is my town. Pretty-little blondes come and go, but me I'm not going anywhere. You have an expiration date darling, and I'm counting down the days until you expire permanently".
By the end of my little speech I was smiling and giggling like a mad woman while Cami was shaking. I shook my head and turned to the rest of the group who looked shocked and scared, except for my son who looked annoyed. I walked to Marcellus and took the shackles from his hands, kissing his cheek lovingly.
"Call me when you get Finn I'll do the same when I take care of Kol" I informed him before speeding from the compound shackles in hand.
***
I had been waiting in Lafayette's cemetery for hours waiting for Kaleb/Kol to come out. My Witch contact had said the trail ended here, I of course new why he was in the graveyard.
A century ago Kol had been obsessed with two witches (more like their powers) from New Orleans, one of which was Mary-Alice Claire who fell madly in love with Kol. Their time together had consisted of doing experiments and making dark objects from within the safety of the Claire family tomb.
It was only when Kol told Rebekah that he planned to make a dagger to use on Nik when things took a turn, Bekah told Niklaus and Kol was put back in a box, I tried to reason with Nik but Kol had gone too far and therefore ended up daggered.
Day soon turned to night, then out he came, my best-friend with an unfamiliar face, carrying Davina Claire in his arms.
I followed in the shadows watching as Kol disappeared into Saint Anne's church, I waited a few moments before following.
I walked down the aisle taking a shuddering breath as I looked at the alter where I had been forced to give birth months before. I shook my head of the horrible thoughts as I made my way to the attic.
I stopped at the end of the staircase smoothing down my outfit which consisted of black leather-leggings, a black short sleeved top tucked in and a bright pink jacket that I tied around my waist.
I smacked my red lips together as my pointed, criss-cross six-inch heels clacked lightly on the wooden steeps, my long brown poker-straight hair flowed behind me as I reached the entrance to the attic. I took my seventies vintage sunglasses from my face to reveal my brown eyes framed with Smokey black eye-shadow.
I peeked into the room watching Kaleb/Kol stare at Davina's sleeping form or rather the white-oak-stake which lay beside her.
"It's oh so tempting" I narrated making Kol spin around to face me.
"Thyra" he whispered gulping slightly.
"What brings you here?"
"I'd take it, the stake I mean" I stated ignoring his question.
"I once knew someone, who also given the chance would take it" I smirked quietly stepping into the room.
"Oh yea" he smiled.
"He was special to me, he was the kind of person who took what he wanted no matter the cost. He was reckless and bold, full of surprises always made me smile, and god did he know how to have a good-time" I whispered.
"He sounds amazing love" he continued to grin.
"He was, but now I think he'd rather stab me in the back with that stake" I pouted.
"Darling" he whispered, making me curl my lip in disgust.
"Oh, wait he already did stab me in the back" I hissed, speeding up so I was now just a breath away.
"I love playing games, but this one bores me Kol".
I smirked when the sound of chains rang in my ear, then in the blink of an eye we were back in the church. I grabbed the shackles that were bound to his wrists and threw him down the aisle making him cry out in pain.
"If you were still one of us that wouldn't have hurt" I pointed out strutting towards him and bending down to his place on the ground.
"Thyra I can explain".
"Explain what Kol how you betrayed me? Betrayed the only person who has always had your back even when your own family didn't" I spat.
"I had no choice".
"Everyone has a choice Kol. You chose wrong, you sided with the woman who has made my life a nightmare, she has destroyed everything good in it. When the other-side was about to blow up and Mikael came back to kill my un-born daughter you saved us only to side with the woman who took her away".
I could feel tears in my eyes as I looked down into his unfamiliar ones, Kol was just a stranger to me now. I watched as he opened his mouth to speak but before he could I knocked him unconscious.
***
I smiled with excitement as Arielle and Marcellus led Nik and a newly awoken Elijah to where I was standing. I broke into a run hugging Elijah with all my strength, realizing how much I missed him.
"Never do that again" I ordered as he hesitantly hugged me in return.
"I missed you too little one" he whispered his voice cracking slightly, I pulled back and looked at him with a questioning look, but he wouldn't meet my eyes, I didn't read too much into it god knows what Esther did to him.
"So, what is this gift angel?" Nik questioned with a dimpled smile making me roll my eyes.
"Right this way gentlemen" I grinned opening the double doors leading into the ballroom coming face to face with Finn and Kol, who were chained to the stair-cases on either side of the room.
"Your welcome" I grinned as Elijah and Nik eyed both chained-up brothers.
"Kidnapping? That's a rather unpleasant way to begin a family reunion!" Kol shouted
"Well, wait until you see how we end it!" Nik replied with that signature smirk.
"I'll leave you four to catch up, I've a relaxing bubble bath with my name on it" I told them squeezing Elijah and Nik's shoulders.
"Thyra wait" Kol called.
"Darling please I'm sorry, don't leave me" he begged. I stopped in my tracks and licked my lips before turning around and speeding towards him coming face to face with my ex-best-friend.
"I hope being, your mother's bitch was worth it, because you broke my heart Kol. I don't forgive easy, sometimes not at all but enjoy trying and failing to earn it. In the meantime, welcome to hell" with that said I sped from the room, ignoring the way Elijah flinched during my speech and waited until I was in the comfort of my room before I burst into tears.
