Peter Parker quickly shoots several spiderwebs in front of Norman Osborn causing them to form a giant spiderweb. Norman Osborn becomes stuck to the giant spiderweb. Norman Osborn quickly uses both of his hands to rip the giant spiderweb apart. Peter Parker tries to hit Norman Osborn with his right hand but Norman Osborn quickly kicks Peter Parker really hard in the chest causing Peter Parker to turn and hit a low bearing wall. Norman Osborn kicks Peter Parker really hard in the face with his right foot causing Peter Parker to stumble towards the right. Norman Osborn angrily leaps upwards and kicks Peter Parker really hard in the chest causing Peter Parker to go flying backwards and hit a brick wall back first. Peter Parker lands chest first on the ground. Peter Parker goes to use the web shooter on his right hand but Norman Osborn steps on Peter Parker's right wrist with his right foot while saying you've spun your last web Spiderman!

Norman Osborn angrily says had you not been so selfish your second little girlfriend's death would of been quick and painless but now that you've really pissed me off, I'm gonna finish her nice and slow!!! Norman Osborn reveals that he's now holding a special weapon in his right hand while devilishly saying MJ and I, we're gonna have a hell of a time!! Peter Parker gets back up. Norman Osborn tries to stab Peter Parker in the face with the special weapon while holding onto it with both of his hands but Peter Parker quickly grabs the other end of the special weapon with both of his hands. Peter Parker angrily pushes the special weapon towards Norman Osborn causing Norman Osborn to go flying backwards and hit a brick wall back first. Peter Parker uses both of his web shooters to shoot a spiderweb at Norman Osborn right foot and a spiderweb at Norman Osborn's left foot causing both of the spiderwebs to attach themselves to Norman Osborn's feet. Peter Parker quickly uses the spiderwebs to sweep Norman Osborn off of his feet.
