Xiao Long-Rose House.

3rd POV:

It's morning and everything seems normal for the family. Taiyang was the first one to wake up and headed to your room.

Taiyang: "I hope that useless kid has wake up. If he don't, then I'll smack him." He clenched his fist as he reached the front door. He took out the key from his pocket and unlocked the door. "Wake up you little piece of sh-, (Y/n)?" he asked in confused as you was not in his room. "I wonder where did he go...." he muttered. He began to searched the whole house, but can't find him. He sat on the couch at the living room and started to panic as Summer and Ruby walked downstairs.

Summer: "Morning Tai. You seems like you've seen a ghost. Something wrong?"

Taiyang: "(Y/N) IS MISSING!" He shouted in panic state.

Summer/Ruby: "WHAT?! NO WAY!" they both shout simultaneously.

Taiyang: "Yes! I'm going to find him. And Ruby, wake up your sister. Summer, call Qrow for help. We need all the help we can get!" After he said that, he stormed out from the house and seached for (Y/n) in the forest.

Meanwhile, Ruby was teared up and ran towards her sister to wake her up. Yang woke up and groaned.

Yang: "*groaned* morning sis- why are you crying?" Yang asked in worried.

Ruby: "It's (Y/n) *sobs* he... ran away.. *sobs*"

Yang: "WHAT?! NO!!!!" she shouted and started to cry. "WHY BROTHER!!!!" As she cried, she ran to your room and stared for a while until she found a letter on his desk (How the heck Taiyang didn't realized the letter). She picked it up and read it. And she started to cry more and louder. She ran downstairs to the living room where Summer, Ruby, Taiyang who just got back from the forest after he didn't managed to find (Y/n) and Qrow who just arrived at the house. She handed the letter to Taiyang and he began to read it loud.

The letter:

"To the people that ONCE i called as "family", I dont have any regret on leaving you. But there is one question that always in my mind. Why you adopt me? To make me as your own son and give me a nice life or only as a punching bag, a place to release the anger and a ghost that fill up the family? All the time I lived with you all, you gave my life a HELL, not like uncle Qrow and aunt Raven. They treat me nicely and even trained me a bit. They are the only people that I called as family. Although that you will cry and regret of all what you did to me, I still dont give a shit. It's time for me to change my life. I will pursue my goal to become an operator. So, goodbye hell. You'll never see me again. Consider that I'm dead like you guys did before.

P/s: By the time slowly fly, soon a child will reborn from the darkness of his past life."

And the silence filled up the loving room after Taiyang finished read the letter until....

Summer: "What we have done... *sobs* Wha... What have I done... to my... boy.. *sobs*"

Yang: "N-No..... I can't... believe that.. *sobs* our brother leave us... *begin to cry*"

Qrow: "This is why, I hate this kind of things."

Everyone was shocked and looked at Qrow after he said that before he continued.

Qrow: "You guys are not deserve as his family. Why? Because the way that you treat him. Me and Raven are only the people that treat his wounds after you beat him up. I'm the one who sneak into his room to cheer him up after what he get from you. AND BECAUSE OF YOU, he make his own decision to go for his dream. A dream that you always teasing and laughing at. Don't be proud if he accomplish his goal."

Taiyang: "Qrow, please... Help us find him, and bring him back to this family...."

Qrow: "I ain't gonna help you. YOU HAVE TO HELP YOURSELF. This is your fault. And you have to fix it by yourself. I'm out." After he said that, he walked to the door and exit.

Taiyang: "He is right.. It's all my fault..."

Ruby: "No big brother!" She cried loudly.

And the family continued to regret the mistakes that they have committed.

*Timeskip after 2 weeks (Y/n) living in the forest with the surviving skills he learned from the book.*

Somewhere in the Island of Patch forest

(Y/N)'s POV:

The sunglight lighten up the forest and making it looked very beautiful. "*in mind* What a nice view here..." I was resting in my own made shelter that I've learned on how to build it from the book. It was very helpful, thanks to uncle Qrow who gave it to me at my birthday which the family doesn't bothered about it. I got everything ready for the next 1 week. I walked to the campfire to cook some fish that I caught yesterday.

As I began to cook the fish, I heard a growl sound. I looked around and saw a bush shaking. I reached out for my spear that I made and prepared myself. Then, something jumped out from the bush. It was a beowolf. "A FUCKING BEOWOLF!" I panicked a bit but I kept my stance. The beowulf leaped forward and raised its claw to slash me but I rolled to the left side and managed to evade the beowulf attack. Suddenly, another beowolf shown up. "Great, another one....." I muttered. Both of them leaped forward to slash me and I rolled back. But one of the beowolf managed to slash my back. The claw make a deep cut and my back and I screamed in pain.

(Y/n): "GAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH YOU SON OF A BITCH!" I stood up and tried to block another hit but instead, it sent me fly to the tree. I can't feel my body as the pain took control over me and feel numb. I just laid down there helpless. Both of the beowolfs came slowly towards me and I just close my eyes, prerparing for the worst. But then, I heard the gun shots. I opened my eyes and shocked that the beowolfs took a lot of hits from the gun fire. Then, 4 guys wearing multicam military gears appeared from the back and kept shooting at the grimm. One of the man approached me and asked,

???: "Hey kid, you good?"

I held myself up and leaned at the trees.

(Y/n): "Not really. On of the beowolf managed to land a hit at my back and leave a deep cut. Plus, they whoop me to this tree and make my body in pain and a bleeding forehead." I said as I pointed at my forehead.

???: "Haha. Dont worry kid. You'll get the medical attention after our business with the grimm done." Then, he left me and walked towards his team.

???: "Allright, give em' hell boys!"

They all started to open fire at the beowolfs. As I looked at them, I saw that there was 2 faunus which were Wolf faunus and Bear faunus(that guys was fucking tall!) and 2 humans in the team. I looked at them in awe as they kept shooting at the beowolfs until it died.

???: "Area secured! Give that kid medical attention, now!" One of the member approached me and i can see a bit of him and saw a "MED" patch at his body armor. I presumed that he was a medic.

Medic: "Hey kid, I'll treat your wound okay?" I just nodded as my vision began to blur and my body felt cold. He realized it and started quickly to treat my wound. "Hey kid, stay with me buddy! You're not gonna die yet! Stay with me!" It was the last thing I heard and the last person I saw before darkness surrounded me and I passed out.

A/n: so, chapter 2 done! damn it's a long chapter tho and I hope that I didn't screwed up the content. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy this chapter and right after I publish this chapter, I will work on the next chapter. I also draw my own characters for team TIDE (SEAL TEAM 5).
