1 month after the mission

Location: Team 5's room.

(Y/n)'s POV:

I woke up earlier because Ozpin asked me and Erik to do a protection mission during the Initiation. Although the WFSF activities were low, we still can't let our guard down. Sometimes, the silent is the most dangerous enemy. As I sat on my bed, my mind recalled back the memories from my past mission.

Flashback~

(Y/n)'s POV:

I felt like I laid on something soft, and comfortable. I open my eyes and the light greeted me. I used my hand to cover my eyes. After that, I removed my hand and the first thing I saw was the ceiling. I looked around and saw some medical machines. I looked at my left and saw Erik reading his book. I tried to sit up when I felt the pain all over my body. I groaned.

Erik: "Take it easy kid. You passed out for 2 weeks tho..."

(Y/n): "W-What?! 2 weeks?!!" I shocked and said it in high tone.

Erik: "FUCK DON'T SAID IT IN HIGH TONE!" He put his hand at his wolf's ear. "Geezz... my ears are sensitive tho.... and yes, 2 weeks."

(Y/n): "Huuuhhhhhhhh..... Did they being back Tenzou's and Danny's body?" I asked.

Erik: "Well, they brought back Danny's body but, they didn't find Tenzou's..." my eyes widen as I shocked.

(Y/n): "What?! How?"

Erik: "Dunno kid.... but let's just hope for the best. Eventhough his body were nowhere to find, but his soul in Valhalla...."

(Y/n): "I hope so....." Then, the door opened, and Ozpin walked in.

Ozpin: "Ah (Y/n). You woke up, finally. How do you feel?" He then took a sip from the mug.

(Y/n): "Ozpin.... always with your mug. Anyway, yeah. I'm good....." I said with sad tone.

Ozpin: "I know what you feel. It's hurts when we see our brothers died in front of our eyes. *Walked towards (Y/n)* But still, we have to carry one. In this world, death is not a thing that we can ignore and evade. Anytime we can die. As long as we live, we have to carry on and fulfill our responsibilities."

(Y/n): "I hold upon the SEAL oath, *closed his eyes and started to tear up* I will defend the people, and will not dissapoint my fallen brothers." Ozpin then put his hand on my shoulder.

Ozpin: "I know you will. Tenzou was right about you. He always see a lot of potential in you. By the way, he has a wish that I have to fulfill it."

(Y/n): "What is that?" I asked.

Ozpin: "Now, you are the official leader of the Team 5 and will be my second in command, replacing Tenzou. And also, you have to attend the classes in Beacon...."

(Y/n): "That's great... Wait, what?! Classes?!"

Erik: "Me also?!" He put down his book and looked at Ozpin with shocked.

Ozpin: "Not you, Erik. You are a graduate from Beacon. So no class. But, you still have to follow the academy rules, and please hold your flirting from getting strong."

Erik: "No promises hehehehe" he then continued his reading.

Ozpin: "(Y/n), I hope that you prepare for this incoming semester."

(Y/n): "Why?" I asked and tilted my head a bit because confused.

Ozpin: "You will figure it out yourself. Anyway, You will be discharge soon. And I want you both to prepare for the burial. I have to take my leave now. I'll see you again. Take care." With that, he left the room.

Flashback 2~

I was standing with other members from the SEAL, to honour our fallen brothers. After the ROTC gave the 21 gun salute, we lined up and began our SEAL tradition. Ozpin reached the coffin first with 2 SEAL tridents in his hand. He put one on Izmash's coffin and slammed his fist on the trident. He do the same thing to Danny's coffin. There also Rangers and Green Berets who attended the funeral. I was the last man to reached the coffins. I hold my tears from falling. I put the tridents and slammed my fist, then I kneeled down and gave the honour.

(Y/n): "Brothers. Today, I kneeled down infront of you to give my final honour. Thank you for always be on my sides, protecting me and trained me to become what I am today. I promise that I will not let you down. History will remember you as the notable operators and warriors who sacrifice their lives to protect the people of Vale and Remnant from the evil. Rest in peace brothers. You deserve this. Till Valhalla." I muttered and put my face on my left palm, not showing my tears. After a while, I stood up and saluted. I put my hand down and started to walk from there.

Flashback end~

Tears flowing on my cheeks as I looked at my table and saw a photo frame. I stood up and walked to my table. I took the frame and stared at it. "The greatest family I've ever had...."

(This will be the group photo. The no face guy will be you. You can imagine your face at him. If you read "Entering The Community (Part 2)", then you will know it.)

???: "You woke up early....." I turned around and saw Erik just woke up from his sleep. I put the frame back on the table.

(Y/n): "Yeah. Today is the Initiation, right? Get yourselfe ready."

Erik: "Aye aye, captain." He then jumped out from his bed, took his towel and went to the bathroom.

*Timeskip brought to you by (Y/n) stumbled after Erik tackled his leg infront of their room.*

Location: The cliff

3rd POV:

After gearing up, Erik and (Y/n) were at the cliff where the initiation will took place. Ozpin and Glynda arrived at the cliff shortly after the team arrived.

Ozpin: "Good morning, Team 5. I hope you have a good sleep." He greeted them.

Erik: "Yaa can count on that."

Soon, the students arrived at the cliff for the initiation. (Y/n) observed their appearence and weapons. His eyes widen when he saw his crush. "Blake...." he muttered. As he continues to observe, he also saw Weiss Schnee, Tenzou's sister. But his attention were caught on 2 girls. One with blond hair and lilac eyes and another one with black hair with red tips and silver eyes. His rage were raising as he muttered, "Ruby and Yang.... what a suprise..." he then clenced his fist. The students whispered to each other about the appearances of the SEAL.

Random student: "What is the SEAL doing here?"

Random student: "I don't know..... maybe for the initiation too..."

Ruby: "Is that SEAL?" she asked to her sister.

Yang: "Yeah.... I wonder how their faces looks like.. maybe cute~" This caught (Y/n)'s attention.

(Y/n): "oh you will be suprise when you see my face..." he muttered.

Location: Emerald Forest

(Y/n)'s POV:

After hearing to Ozpin's speech which was kinda boring, we hopped on our bullhead and were dropped near an old temple which were the relics located, and the relics was a fucking chess pieces! We were in our ghillie suits, which help us the blend ourselves with the forest surroundings. Our mission is to ensure the safety of the initiation from any danger and Ozpin told us that we will not interfered them unless it wen bad, REALLY BAD. As we hide ourselves in the bushes, we saw two girls approaching the temple. It was Blake and Yang. Soon, the others arrived and at that time, nevermore and deathstalker appeared. Erik and I just watched them as they fought the grimms. They managed to kill both of it, well... the nevermore loss its head....

Suddenly, I heard a bullets whizzling and it hit the ground in front of the students. I looked at where the bullets came from and saw 5 unknown enemy. Then I realized, it was WF operator. Erik and I jumped out from the bushes and engaged them.

(Y/n): "Open fire!" I started to shoot at them and they took cover behind the trees. I yelled at them to leave this place. But they all just stood at there.

(Y/n): "What the fuck are you doing?! Get out from here!" I yelled as I returned fire to the enemy. Then, I heard Yang shouted back.

Yang: "We want to help!" I turned to face them and yelled back.

(Y/n): "No! This is our business! You have to get out from here!" As I yelled, I didn't realized that one of the WF operators aimed at me. Erik saw this and he ran to me.

Erik: "(Y/n)! No!" The enemy pulled the trigger and he jumped at my back just in time as the bullet reached at me. The bullet hit at Erik's left shoulder. I turned around and shocked to see this. I felt rage in my body as I started to aimed my rifle and took them out one by one. After the gun went silent, I ran to the enemy position to make sure that they're all dead. After that, I ran back to Erik to give medical attention. The students surrounded Erik as they asked him if he's okay.

(Y/n): "Get out from my way!" I yelled as the students stepped aside to give me a space. Then, I took out the trauma kit and started to give him medical attention. I patched him up and searched his body for any other gun wound.

Yang: "Is he allright?" She asked. But I didn't answer it. I just continued doing my work.

Yang: "Is he allright?" She asked again.

(Y/n): "You should leave this area once I said so..... But you did not. Why?" I said.

Yang: "We want to help....."

(Y/n): "HELP?!" I yelled as they shocked with my sudden outburst. "IT MORE BETTER IF YOU DO WHAT I TOLD YOU TO DO! THESE ARE THE WF OPERATOR! AND YOU HAVE NO CHANCE TO FIGHT THEM!" After that, I picked up Erik and we walked back to the cliff.

Location: The Cliff

We reached the cliff with other remaining students. Ozpin saw this ran towards us.

Ozpin: "What happened to him?" He asked in worried.

(Y/n): "WF operators apperead out of nowhere. But we managed to take them down. Ozpin sighed in relief.

Ozpin: "Thank oum... I'll get the medic to get him to the infirmary for patch up. Good job you too. You deserve some rest."

(Y/n): "Thank you..." after that, he left. The medics arrived and brought Erik for futher medical attention.

???: "Umm sir?" I heard someone called me. I turned around and saw, Ruby.

Ruby: "Sorry for what happened at the forest before. But we really want to help."

(Y/n): "Sorry means nothing." I replied coldly. Then, Yang appeared.

Yang: "Hey! It's not necessary to reply that!" She said in anger.

(Y/n): "Not necessary? Tell me. Is it necessary to disobey an order from a guy who knows the situation more than you?" No replies. "That's what I thought. You are here, in beacon to learn how to be a huntress and to learn how to understand the situation, not being a person who act blindly!" They looked down in dissapointment. "Learn from the mistakes and don't act stupid." After that, I turned around and walked back to my room.

Blake's POV:

After we reached the cliff, I saw the medic brought the SEAL guy to the infirmary. Yang and Ruby confront the other SEAL. But his voice was familiar to me, like I know him. But who? Could be (Y/n)? No..... it can't be. I shook it off from my head and walked to the auditorium with my team for the ceremony.

(Y/n)'s POV:

I entered my room and laid on my bed. Erik was still at infirmary and will be discharged tomorrow. I didn't expected to see Yang and Ruby at here. Looking at them remembering me to the hellish life of the past. But in the dark of the memories, I was glad that Blake also attended Beacon. My heart beating fast when I saw her action during the initiation. It's like lookign at an Angel that came from the heaven. I kept thinking about her and I didn't realized that I was smilling like a foolish guy. I closed my eyes and let the sleep took control of my body.

"This is going to be a fun year."
