*2 weeks before the mission.*

Location :Training ground at Beacon Academy.

(Y/n)'s POV:

I was preparing for the Team Entry Test. For almost 3 months, I trained with the team in Close Quater Battle, Hand-to-hand Combat, some HALO/HAHO jump, and the sea insertion training. I also managed to unlock my semblances. I was sitting in the locker room while checking my weapons and gears before the test start. Then, I heard the door knob turned and someone entered the room.

???: "You ready kid?" I looked over my shoulder and it was Izmash.

(Y/n): "Yeap. Just need to wear my plate carrier."

Izmash: "Good. The rest are waiting at the ground with Ozpin. Now then, let's go."

I nodded and started to wear my plate carrier amd put my helmet on. Then, I walked with Izmash to the training ground. We reached the ground and Tenzou started to give a little bit of his wisdom speech to me.

Tenzou: "Now, you have trained with us for almost 3 months. This will be your final test in order to enter the team officially. Remember, it pays to be a winner. So don't let this down. Give all you got in this test and you will pass it. So, you ready?" I nodded. "Good, now take your position."

After that, I walked to my designated position and wait for the signal to begin the test.

Erik: "First test will be Accurate Shooting. You have to get at least 90% accuracy in order to pass this section. Take your position kid." I walked for about 5 steps forward and took a ready stance. In front of me, there were 10 targets with different range.

Erik: "SHOOTER READY!" I began to take a deep breath and calmed down. Then, Erik pressed the beep button and I started to shoot the target. One by one I hit them with only one bullet each on the target's head. After the last shot hit the last target, I put my weapons in safe mode and took out the magazine.

Erik: "Shooter, (Y/n). Accuracy, 100%. Time: 15 seconds. Well done. You set a new record and beat Danny."

Danny: "NOOOOO!" I can hear he shouted from far.

(Y/n): "Nice. Next, Speed test." I walked towards the next section. I readied my weapon, reload it and switched the switch from 'safe' to 'single'. Erik was standing behind me while holding the pocket pro shot timer.

Erik: "Shooter ready?" I nodded and wait for about 5 seconds before he pressed the timer. As soon as I heard the 'beep' sounds, I rushed to the first point and shot 5 targets in standing position. Then, I ran to the second position where I had to fire while on the move and I hit all of the 6 targets. And the the last point have about 4 targets and I have to fire my rifle until it ran out of ammo and changed to side arms. After I fired all the bullets, Erik stopped the timer and checked it.

Erik: "Time, 15.5 seconds. Congratulations, you passed the first test." He said and smiled.

(Y/n): "Oh yeah!" I shouted in excitement.

Erik: "Now then, let's start the second test. The Grimm Extermination. For this, we will use the training simulator room and you have to choose the difficulty level and the amount of grimm waves."

(Y/n): "Allright then, let's go." We then walked to the simulator room and the rest followed from behind.

Location :In the Training Simulator Room.

3rd POV:

You make a final check on your equipment and restock the ammunitions. Then, you walked to the center of the room and prepared for the second test.

Tenzou: "Now, for the second test, you have to eliminate all the grimms based on your pick. Choose your difficulty lever and the amount of waves."

You then think about how much waves that you wanted.

(Y/n): "Amount of Waves: 1. Difficulty: Veteran." Everyone in the room shocked with this. You only picked 1 wave because veteren difficulty was fucking hard even Tenzou were having a hard time to eliminate it.

Izmash: "Be prepared if something goes wrong." He whispered to the team and Ozpin.

You took a fighting stance and prepared for the grimms to come out. Soon, Tenzou initiated the test and a wave of grimms consists of 10 beowolves, 10 ursai and 5 boarbatusks rushed towarss you. You smirked and activated you semblance which was the Berserker Fury. Your eyes turned into red colour and you focused your aura to your weapon, making it 3x more damage. You started to open fire at the boarbatusk since they're faster than Ursa and Beowolf. You shot it at the head with one bullet each. Then, you started to shoot at the beowolves and managed to kill 5 of them before they got closer to you. You deployed your second semblance, which was Maiden Flight. You lifeted yourself from the ground while fired at the rest of the beowolves and Ursai. When your rifle ran out of ammo, you changed the magazine and started to shoot again, leaving 1 beowolf and 2 ursai. You began to decend to the ground and shot at the grimms again. After managed to hurt the grimms, you changed to your side arms and unsheathed your triblade. You activated the Berseker Fury once again and charged at the grimms. Your first target was the beowolf. The beowolf rushed to you and lunged forward to kill you but you slide under it and shot couple times at it's belly making it growled in pain. You rushed back to it and jumped towards it's head and stabbed right between it's eyes. The beowolf disintegrated and you focused on the last 2 ursa. You reload your glock 18 and rushed to the ursa on your right. The ursa tried to slash with the claw but you managed to evade it and hit your triblade at it's neck. The last ursa growled and started to rush to you. You waited until the ursa came close and tried to slash you. You jumped to dodge its attack and dashed to the neck and stabbed it with your triblade. And the last ursa disintegrated. Everyone was shocked with your performance.

(Y/n)'s POV:

I was happy that I managed to complete my second test. Damn those grimms really make me dropped a lots of sweat.

Ozpin: "Congratulations young man. You've prove yourself to become one of the most elite operator in Remnant."

Tenzou: "Annnnddddd now. The final test" *Crapppp* "Can you say it?" I nodded. "Then, you may start." I took a deep breath 3 times and started to say it.

(Y/n): "Been around the world twice. Talked to everyone once. Seen two whales fuck, been to three world faires. And I even know a man in Thailand with a wooden cock. I pushed more peeter, more sweeter and more completer than any other peter pusher around. I'm a hard bodied, hairy chested, rootin' tootin' shootin', parachutin' demolition double cap crimpin' frogman. There ain't nothin' I can't do. No sky too high, no sea too rough, no muff too tough. Been a lot of lessons in my life. Never shoot a large caliber man with a small caliber bullet. Drove all kinds of trucks. 2by's, 4by's , 6by's and those big mother fuckers that bend and go 'Shhh Shhh' when you step on the brakes. Anything in life worth doing is worth overdoing. Tenzou: "Hmmm.... so team. How'd ya think?"

Erik: "By my calculation, this boy said it with 100% confidence."

Izmash: "Green light."

Danny: "This is unexpected but, I approve."

Ozpin: "We got a new operator in our family."

Tenzou: "Well kid, your test has officially complete, and you're now a member of Team 5. Congratulations"

I smiled widely and I never been happier than this one. *And the new journey begins*

*Present Day*

Location: Ozpin's Office

(Y/n)'s POV:

We were in the elevator and headed to Ozpin's office. This was my first mission after I officially in Team 5. The elevator stopped and the door slide open. My eyes widen as I saw a person who I haven't seen him for a long time.

???: "Hey there kiddo. How's life treat you?"

I ran towards uncle Qrow and hugged him.

(Y/n): "Uncle Qrow! It's been a long time... Miss me? Miss me?" I asked.

Qrow: "Nope." He ruffled my hair and chuckled.

Ozpin: "It's good to see you two together now. Please, take a seat. Tenzou, you may begin now." As Tenzou walked to the front, he started to speak.

Tenzou: "Allright. 4 words. We have a mission. And our mission will be ViP protection. Our asset will be Ghira Belladona, Chieftain of Menagirie." He then distributed the information files to each of us. I opened it and saw some of the work plans and pictures. "He also will be accompany by his daughter, Blake Belladonna." I saw her picture and, I fell in love. Damn her cat ears and her eyes really looked cute! I starred a the picture for a while and I didn't realized that I was blushing a bit.

Tenzou: "(Y/N)!!!" I snapped and jumped when he shouted my name. "Did you pay attention or not?!"

(Y/n): "Y-Yes sir.." I said in stuttered.

Erik: "Well looks like someone fell in love with the Chieftain's daughter~" he teased me and everyone goes "Oooooooooohhhhhhh~"

(Y/n): "S-shut up!" I shouted and they laughed.

Tenzou: "Anyway, back to the briefing. So, we will be his escort from Menagirie to Atlas for the meeting between him and Ironwood. He is pointed as Hight Value Target by the White Fang and this will be a serious problems if they managed to kidnap him."

(Y/n)'s mind: "First mission is escort... Well hope this goes well."

Location: Somewhere outside Menagirie.

According to the plan, we were dived into two squads. First squad will be Danny, Izmash and Tenzou and they will escort and protect the Chieftain while me and Erik in second squad escorting Blake Belladona. We were enroute to Menagirie with V-22 Osprey and will picked up Ghira and Blake. Then, we will proceed to Atlas. I was listening to the music titled Gone Forever by Three Days Grace on my scroll and I sang along with the song in low voice

I didn't realized that Tenzou was listening to my voice.

Tenzou: "Your voice is so lovely eventhough it's a bit depressed.

(Y/n): "Thanks... That song reminds me to my childhood life..."

Tenzou: "We all do have a bad times during the childhood. My story are almost same as you. But I will tell you when the time comes.

(Y/n): "Sure....." I began to feel the Osprey decended and landed at Menagirie Airfield.

Tenzou: "Allright team. Secure the perimeters around the Osprey. (Y/n), you with me." I nodded and we began to exit the aircraft. Erik, Danny and Izmash were guarding around the Opsrey while me and Tenzou went to greet and picked up the VIP. From far, I saw another team with our VIP. We walked towards them and greeted.

Tenzou: "Morning gentleman, Delta One or Tenzou from the Team 5 and this is Delta 5 or (N/n)" he introduced us to them.

???: "Good to see you. I'm Sierra, from Team 2 and this is my team. Zulu, Meta and Grinch." He introduced to us while pointing his finger to them. "And DELTA team are standing by at the neeting point. I believe that you're the 1st Unit in the middle section?"

Tenzou: "Yes we are." He then greeted the Chieftain and his daughter. "Good morning to you sir and Ms. Belladonna."

Ghira: "Good morning to you too. It's an honour to meet one of the elite team in SEAL."

Tenzou: "The honour is mine too sir. Are you both ready to go?" They nodded. "Good. Now let's get moving."

Tenzou lead the front while Team 2 guarding on the left and right and I secured the the back. I can't clear my mind from Blake tho.... She looks more cuter than in the picture. Luckily that I was assigned in the second squad. Oh my oum why she's sooo cute.....

We began to enter the Osprey. Once everyone on board, the Osprey lifted off and flew to Atlas.

We arrived at the Atlas airfield and prepared for the operation. I checked my equipment for the last time. We were not wearing our combat shirts but instead, we weared the black polo shirts. My outfits was a black polo shirts, Ops Core airframe with multicam helmet cover and GPNVG-18 attached to it, Semapo Gear 6049k multicam plate carrier and Semapo Gear multicam combat pant. My weapons will be HK416D with Holographic sight, 4x Magnification scope, foregrip and AN-PEQ 16 and Glock 18. I carried 4 magazines for my rifle and 2 magazines for my pistol. Tenzou carried his M4A1 with Holographic sight, 40mm grenade launcher and AN-PEQ 16 attached to it and also 2 Katana blades on his back, Danny with his Scar-L with Holographic sight and foregrip, Erik with his MK14 Enhanced Battle Rifle (EBR) with Elcan Spectre DR 1-4x with Docter red dot sight attached on it and Izmash with his beloved MK48 with Holographic sight, 4x Magnification Scope, AN-PEQ 16 and foregrip attached to it.

We will be going with 5 SUV, 4 will be the decoy and 1 will be the actual carrier. We were waiting for our green light to proceed to the Atlas Military Council for the meeting on preventing the White Fang activities.

After 30 minutes of waiting, we have the green light and started to enter our vehicle. For sure, my heartbeat was at the fast rate when I was in the vehicle with Blake and Erik. I never knew that Erik and Blake was bestfriend before Erik went into Beacon. Then, we started to move to the Council.

*Timeskip after the meeting.*

The meeting has ended and nothing bad happened, yet. So we began to move back to the airfield for transporting our VIP back to Menagirie. The convoy were in the downtown and pretty sure it's a bit quite because it's dawn. I just hope that bad things would never happened. Erik began to talk with his friend.

Erik: "So Blake, how's your mom?"

Blake: "She's fine. And she was hoping to meet you soon. She really miss you so much."

Erik: "Hahaha well that's good to hear. But I'm quite busy with my mission tho and have to take care of this new kid."

(Y/n): "Hey, I'm not a kid anymore."

Blake: "Hey, I haven't got your name."

(Y/n): "I-It's (Y-(Y/n), ma'am." I don't know why the fuck I'm stuttered.

Erik: "(Y/n), drop the formalities and she is at the same age of yours."

Blake/(Y/n): "WHAT?!" We shouted at the same time.

Erik: "Yes. And please dont be too shocked."

Blake: "Ohhhh I never saw that coming and never thought an operator at a very young age.. By the way, why you always wear the mask?" She asked.

(Y/n): "I-It's something t-that related w-with my past." *Crappp I'm stuttred and I'm blushing.*

Blake: "And why you stuttered?" She asked, confused.

Erik: "Well, he likes you." He teased me.

Blake: "W-what?" She stuttered and I swear that I saw her face started to blush.

(Y/n): *Shit you Erik* "S-Shut up! Just concentrate on you driving." He laughed a bit. Damn I can feel my fave heated up a bit after what Erik said to her. Then, Tenzou spoke through the comms.

Comms: Tenzou: "Delta 1 to all units, eyes up and ears open. I feel that something bad will happen. Keeps your guards up." I readied my rifle and scanning the building for any threats.

We then turned at the intersection when suddenly, 4 cars stopped and make a roadblock in fron of us. Shit were about to get real. We stopped and reversed back. Another 4 cars appeared at our back and do the same thing. Then I knew that, an attempt to kidnap the Chieftain was going to happen. Suddenly, an unknown personal aimed the RPG at the front car. He shot but luckily, the rocket missed its target. Then, the rest of the unknown men started to open fire. Luckily our SUVs were well armored. Then, I started to speak through the comms.

Comms: (Y/n): "Car number 4! Move to our left side. Car number 1, protect our right sides. We need to transfer the assest to car number 1 and get them out from this zone!"

Right after I gave the order, car number 1 and 4 started to move to position. Car number 2 and 5 provided covering fire. As the car number 4 and 1 reached the positions, I opened the door and started to shoot at them, killing about 6 armed men.

Erik: "(Y/n)! You go with them and get them to safe. We will annihilate those fuckers!" I started to move Blake into car number 4 and ran towards the middle car to take Ghira into car number 4 while shooting at the fuckers. Once I reached the middle car, car number 4 started to move to the left sides of the middle car for transferring.

(Y/n): "Sir! We need to move now!" He nodded and started to follow me to the car number 4. He get into the car followed by me. "GO, NOW!" I yelled at the driver. The driver started to press the gas and make a hard turn to the right followed by the car number 1 and 5 for protection.

Comms: (Y/n): "Delta 5 to all units. Assets are on the move to the safe zone. Team 5, make sure to give em' hell and come back safely."

Comms: Izmash: "Affirmative. Good work kid. Stay safe out there."

Comms: (Y/n): "You too. Delta 5, out."

Ghira: "That was pretty intensed." He said still in shocked.

(Y/n): "Yes it is sir. Knowing that you're targeted by the White Fang, They will do anything neccesarily to bring you down."

Tenzou's POV:

After (Y/n) and half of the Team 2 get the assets to safe, we began to annihilate those bastards.

Tenzou: "Erik! We need some sniper support!"

Erik: "On it!" He then into a store located on our right and set up his position. "I'm in position. Giving them hell now."

He began to take down few targets that would be a big threat to us. Izmash deployed his MK48 and started to spray the bullets to the enemy. He managed to take down 6 enemy before focused at the back of our convoy. The fight was still intense. We really need to take them down now before we were overwhelmed by them. I decided to split the team into two.

Tenzou: "Allright, Izmash, Zulu and Meta. We need to flank them in order to kill them. Find a way to flank them from right!"

Izmash: "Aye! Zulu, Meta! On me!" They began to find their way to flank them.

Izmash's POV:

Right after Tenzou gave the order, we ran to the alley behind the store and proceeded with cautions. I pointed my MK48 forward and kept my eyes open for any enemy movements. Not only us wanted to flank them, the enemy also were about to do the same thing. I saw 3 enemy entered the alley but before they can react, I took them down. We managed to reach at the end of the alley and our position were closed to the enemy. I gave the order to Zulu and Meta to start shooting at them.

Izmash: "Allright. Open fire!" We began to open fire. The enemy couldn't react to the situation regarding them too focusing on the front. We kept firing until it went silent. "Never leave your flank open." I muttered. I reloaded my MK48 and talked to Tenzou through comms.

Comms: Izmash: "The front has been taken care of."

Comms: Tenzou: "Good. Now, let's focus on the back." We joined with the rest of the team at our SUV's and Erik also joined.

Tenzou: "Allright, here's the plan. We will split into three teams. Izmash, Zulu and Meta will take care of their left flank while me, Erik and Fuzz(Car number 3) will take care the right flank. The rest will concentrate the fire from here, Understood?" We all nodded. "Good. Now, let's end the business."

We began to move to our positions. We walked through the alley and reached at the left flank of the enemy. They still didn't realized they're about to be annihilate because they were too focused on the front. We saw Tenzou's team reached their position and readied to execute the plan.

Comms: Tenzou: "All units, FIRE AT WILL!"

We began to open fire and the enemy were trembled and couldn't react instantly making them dead before they took cover.

Comms: Erik: "Area secured!"

Comms: Tenzou: "All units, sit-rep!"

Comms: Izmash: "Left flank secured.

Comms: DELTA Team Leader: "Front secured. Car number 1, 3 and 5 still intact and good to go."

Comms: Tenzou: "Good work. Let's get the fuck out from here."

We began to enter out SUV's and get out from there. Well, we leaved the chaos there but I'm pretty sure that the authorities will took care of it.

Location: Atlas airfield.

(Y/n)'s POV:

I was sitting in the cargo bay of the Osprey, waiting for the rest to come back. Well, I have to admit that I can't take my view from Blake... Since Erik teased me about this, I began to think about her. Even when the incident occured, I evacuated her quickly to make sure that she will live and not dead. She was sitting near the cockpit, still shocked with the incident. I brace myself and walked towards her to calm her down. I still had my mask on from the first time I met her.

(Y/n): "Hey Blake. You good?"

Blake: "H-huh? Oh... hey.. I... I'm good j-just, scared a bit." She said with fear in her voice. I sighed.

(Y/n): "Well, it's good to be scared. I know that this is your first time being in the tough situation. But believe me, I'm more scared than you." She shocked when heard this.

Blake: "W-what? But, you're a soldier."

(Y/n): "Yes, I am a soldier. But not a machine. I still have heart and feelings. I can feel scared, feared, sad, happy and so on. But, you know what makes me overcome this feeling? It is because my family, which is my brothers in the SEAL. We always take care of each other and always got out six. We hold on the oath to protect the people and the loved ones. That is what drives me to overcome my fear. I'm too scared during the incident because this is my first mission. All I hope is that my first mission ended without any incident but it happen. Still, I'm glad that I can overcome my first and think fast to evacuate you and your father from the danger."

Blake: "Not bad for a new guy eh?" She said and smiled. I'm fucking glad and happy that she have her smile back.

(Y/n): "Yeah. I thought that I would scare until I shit my own pants." She laughed when I said that. I swear that her laugh was very adorable.

Blake: "Ummm (Y/n)? Why you still wear your mask?" She asked.

(Y/n): "This mask is a part of me. It hides everything and also to fear the enemy. The skull on this mask represent the reaper that lurks in the shadow and waiting for its prey. Also, this hides my past life."

Blake: "Your past life?" I nodded. "Can you tell me about it?" I let out a heavy sigh. "W-well, it's okay not to tell about it."

(Y/n): "Nah... it's fine. I just remembered about it but don't wanna talk about it." She nodded and asked me again.

Blake: "C-can I see you face?" I could see her blushed when she asked.

I smiled behind the mask and started to take off my helmet and and my mask, revealling my face.

Blake's POV:

I thought that he would not revealed his face regarding on what he told me about the mask. But he took off his helmet and his mask, and my heart started pounding fast.

Blake's mind: *OH MY OUM HE IS VERY CUTE WHEN HE IS SMILLING!* I was his face with scars that crossed vertically at his left eye and at his right cheek but the scars gave him more good looking. I can feel my face heat up but I didn't realized that I'm blushed.

(Y/n)'s POV:

After I took off my helmet and mask and revealed the scars on my face, I still smiled. And I swear that she was blushed and so am I.

(Y/n): "Umm Blake. Why you're blushing?" I asked. She seemed like spaced out. "Remnant to Blake? You there?" I waved my hand in front of her fave and she snapped out and shaked her head a bit. "You good?" I asked

Blake: "U-Uhh? Ohh. Yeah. I-I'm good." She stuttered.

(Y/n): "Why you blushing? And stuttering?" Her face became more redder.

Blake: "W-what? N-no I'm not." I shrugged.

(Y/n): "Well, if you said so." Then, I heard someone shouted from behind.

???: "OI KID! HAVING FUN EH?" I looked over my shoulder and it was Erik and the rest of the team. I turned my body to face them.

(Y/n): "Good to see you guys and I'M NOT HAVING FUN!"

Tenzou: "Oh yeah? Seems like you managed to get her." Right after he said that, I started to blush a bit. I don't know if Blake had it too or not because she looked down.

(Y/n): "S-shut up!" Izmash and Erik laughed because I stuttered.

Tenzou: "Anyway kid, let's go home. We have another Osprey to pick us." Then, he started to leave with Izmash and Danny, leaving Erik behind.

(Y/n): *sighed* "Well then, I have to go now, Blake. Hope that we can see each other again."

Blake: "Oh, okay then. Take care of yourself." I started to walked towards the exit when she called my name. "(Y/N)!" I turned to face her. She began to walk towards me.

(Y/n): "Umm yes?" Then, something unexpected happened. She leaned to me and planting a kiss at my right cheek. I blushed and thank to oum for this.

Blake: "Thank you, for protecting me and my father." She said with a bit blushed on her cheeks.

(Y/n): "Y-Yeah. N-No prob-blem." She giggled because I stuttered. "I should get going now. Goodbye and take care of yourself." I waved and started to walk to Erik.

Blake: "Goodbye, (Y/n)!" She waved back.

Erik saw this situation and started to tease me, again.

Erik: "That was a bold move, kid."

(Y/n): "I'm not doing anything."

Erik: *chuckled* "Yeah, right. Let's go now."

(Y/n): "After you." Then, we started to walk to our transport. I still hold at the place where she kissed me and smiled. Once we were on board, the Osprey took off and flew towards Vale. Then, I just realized something wrong, something that I've forgot to do

A/n: wheeww... this is really a long chapter tho... And again, hoping that the storyline and the contents are good. Any confusion regarding the story, you can brag it out. Also, I want to apolagize if there's any mistakes with the grammars, misspelling, past tense or present tense. So, I will be sitting for the final examination for 2 weeks and quite busy with my revisions and additional class. I'm guessing it will be a slow update for 2 or 3 chapters.
