I turned towards my right side and saw Mahira looking at us.

Mahira?

When did she wake up?

Mahir got up from me immediately and covered me with his frame.I got up and adjusted my saree.

I'm so embarrassed now,even Mahir.Our daughter caught us making out.

"Dadda..mumma",Mahira said looking at us innocently.

"Dadda why you sleeping on mumma?"Mahira asked looking at Mahir.

I palmed my face in embarrassment.Mahir was just out of words.

"Ahh..Mahira that...mumma..mumma was..I..she was",Mahir was not able to give her any explanation.

"You kissy mumma...you not kiss me?"Mahira asked with puppy eyes.

"Mumma you kissy dadda..not me",she said and her eyes were glistening with tears.

She never saw me and Mahir being this close and today she caught us kissing!!!

I and Mahir started laughing looking at her frown.She is so jealous.

It was evening,the sun was at the horizon.Mahir was looking at me from time to time.

I know we were doing something before Mahira woke up.Mahir must be disappointed because of it.

Poor Mahir!!

I excused myself when I got a call.

That was awfully embarrassing,our baby caught us kissing...no we were making out.

Ahh..we were in a wrong place first of all.I just hope Mahira don't blurr out in front of others.

"Sir please understand..I can't come over there...it's impossible,please send the clients here to India",I heard Bela talking on her phone.

"No sir..it's really impossible,I have a daughter here.She cannot be without me for a second also,please think about some alternative",Bela was almost talking frustratedly.

"OK sir I will think about it and let you know",Bela said hanging up.

"What happened Bela?Any problem?"I asked when she sat beside us.

"Yeah..actually we got a new contract last month,the clients want to meet me personally in London.But I can't go to London now",she said.

OK now this is serious,she can't give up on her carrier for us.

"For how many days they are asking you to come?"I asked.

"As I'm the boss for that department,they need my signature to proceed..so it's just a one day work.And I can't go to London for a one day work",she said huffing.

"Bela..work is work,weather it is a one day or one year,it's our work.It's just a matter of a day,you can go and come",I said.

"Are you serious Mahir?How can I leave you and Mahira here,she cannot  be without me for a single day",Bela said.

"I know Bela,but you sacrificed a lot for your dream job,now don't sacrifice that hardwork for us.I know we are important for you,but think about your work also.You worked very hard for it",I said,hope she understands.

"Mahir it's not just a one day work,it will take at least three days to go and come back.How will you and Mahira be here without me?"she asked getting worried.

"Bela...just calm down,we can be.I and Mahira will be with dad,dad will be there to take care of her.I can take off if needed.Complete your work and come",I said cupping her face.

"But Mahir...I'm scared for Mahira,she will cry...and three days,do you think she will be without me?"Bela asked.

"She have to get used to it Bela...I'm there to take care of her,we all will be.You don't worry",I said.

"OK then,I think I should go and complete the work over there",she agreed reluctantly.

"When should you leave?"I asked.

"Day after tomorrow only,they already sent my ticket also",she said.

"Oh..it's OK,complete your work and come fast",I said kissing her temple.

We were going to bed and Mahira was not ready to sleep today.

"Once upon a time there was a king and the king died in a war,story is over.Now sleep",I said making her lie on me again.

"I know you dadda...",she said again sitting on Bela's stomach.

"Mumma storyyyy",Mahira shouted again.

"Offo why are you shouting baby?OK I will tell you one story,but you have to lie down on me and listen silently,OK?"Bela said massaging her legs.

Mahira nodded giggling and lied down on Bela's chest,snuggling into her.

"And finally the princess woke up from the sleep when Maleficent kissed her on the forehead",Bela said completing the story.

Mahira was sleeping peacefully on her chest.

"Did she sleep?"Bela whispered.

"Ya she slept..I will make her sleep on her crib and come",I said taking Mahira from her.

I laid Mahira in her crib and kissed her forehead.

"How will she sleep when I'm not here",Bela asked.

"Bela don't worry...I'm there na.I will take good care of her",I said hugging her.

"I know you will take care of her Mahir,but still...just keep distracting her",Bela said.

"I will Bela..you just complete your work and come soon",I said kissing her temple.

"I don't want to go,you are only sending me.I will miss you",she said,her eyes glistening with tears.

"I will miss you too baby",I said staring at her.

I called her baby!!

"Baby?"Bela asked chuckling.

"Yes baby...you are also my baby,my baby whom I used to take care during our college time",I said nuzzling my nose with her's.

"I love you so much Mahir.I never thought that a day like this will come in my life,me being in your embrace.I feel like home",Bela said.

"And why did you think like that?",I asked.

"You and Bani di...that..I dint expect that,I would never end up like this",she said.

I really dint know what to answer.Yes,it affected Bela alot,but we can't change what already happened.

"Mahir,can I ask you something?"Bela asked rubbing her fingers on my biceps.

"Ask Bela",I said.

"Why dint you talk to me when your wedding got finalized with di?I thought you will come and talk to me,but you just pushed me away.Why?"she asked.

"Bela..that I was..I thought you will come and talk to me,but you too pushed me away",I said.

"You were the one who always come and talk to me when we usually fight,I thought you will come.But I understood that you don't care about me anymore",she said with hurtful eyes.

"I dint talk to you Bela,but your situation was different and mine too.I was in my wedding preparations,I was excited..and I cornered you that time.I'm sorry for that",I apologized.

It was really my mistake,I pushed her away.I should have talk to her,the situation would be different.

"It's OK..just leave it.I'm sorry, I talked about our past..the past is past.I don't care anymore",Bela said hugging me tight.

"How can you be so cute and sexy at the same time?"I asked nuzzling her neck.

"What..no?"she said giggling.

"You know Mahira interrupted us in the evening,but I won't leave you when she is not around",I said huskily nuzzling her neck and doodling on her stomach.

She was blushing and hid her face in my chest.

She slept peacefully in my arms.She will leave to London for three days.I will miss her like hell.

I couldn't stay without her when I went to NY...I don't know why I should stay away from her again.

Next day she informed everyone about her trip and my dad told her to be tension free as we were there to take care of Mahira.

I am the one sending her to London,she can't put her carrier in risk for us.

I just need to be careful for Mahira,we need to distract her alot.She couldn't be without crying when Bela was in hospital.I hope I take good care of her.

"Are you sure you will take a day off Mahir?"Bela asked.

"You don't worry Bela,I Mahir and Yuvi will be on leave till you come back,we are going to have some family time together.What do you say Mahira?"Andy uncle said.

Mahira was clapping her hands in excitement.She loves to spend time with her grandfather's.

"Vish also told that she will come for one day...don't worry Bela",Yuvi said.

I know everyone will take care of Mahira like a delicate doll,but I still feel something from inside for leaving her here and going.

"Did you take all your documents dear",my dad asked.

"Yes dad..I've taken everything",I said packing my bag.

Mahir was looking at my every action,he wants to say something to me I guess.

"When is the flight dear",Andy uncle asked.

"At 3:30,more one hour to go",I said and I was feeling heavy from my heart.

I done my final packing and by that time Mahira was sleeping peacefully in Yuvi's arm's.

Mahir was not even uttering a single word,he was just looking at my actions.

"OK it's time...I need to leave",I said looking at everyone.

"I will come with you to the airport",Mahir said.

"It's OK Mahir,I will take a cab,Mahira needs you beside her when she wakes up",I said.

"I said I will drop you,you will get late.Come on let's go",Mahir said.

I went and hugged Mahira to my heart,tears were threatening to spill.I don't know how will she react when she doesn't find me in our house.

"Take care baby,mumma loves you and will come back soon",I said kissing her.

"Come on Bela..we are there na,have a safe journey",Yuvi said hugging me.

I bid bye to everyone with a heavy heart and left to airport with Mahir.

The car ride was filled with a thick silence.Mahir was busy driving and I was sobbing.

I was really feeling heavy to leave them and go.I just hope that these three days completes in a blink of an eye.

"Take care of yourself Mahir...feed Mahira four times daily...and you don't skip your meals",I said sobbing.

I turned around as tears were flowing continuously,I don't want to cry infront of Mahir like this.

I will miss him a lot,alot means a lot!!

"Bela just turn around",Mahir said making me turn towards him.

He hugged me tightly and I sobbed in his chest.

"I..I will miss you Mahir...I will miss you",I sobbed.

"I will miss you too Bela...just come soon,I will be waiting for you",Mahir said rubbing my back.

"Last time it was very tough for me to...stay away from you...I don't know how it will be now",I sobbed.

He was not talking anything and was caressing my back.We gained everyone's attention.

"Why are you not talking anything..I'm just blabbering and you are mute",I punched on his chest.

"Arey Bela..everyone are watching",he said laughing.

"Let them see,I know you will not miss me...that's why you are sending me",I said.

He was still smiling leaning against his car and caught me by my waist.That's why everyone were watching as so interestingly.

"Why the hell are you smiling...you think it's a joke?I need to stay without you and Mahira..do you get that",I asked struggling to get out of his hold.

"Mahir..leave me..everyone are watching",I said feeling embarrassed.

"You only told it's not a problem,then why now?"he said pulling me more into him.

I was struggling to get out of his hold..but everything in vain.

Ugh....he is so strong!!

I saw two girls gawking at him shamelessly...like they were literally eye raping him.

He too sensed that and held me more tightly.I was about to come out of his hold and he smashed his lips on mine suddenly.

I gasped at his sudden stunt...I held his nape for support.

"Kiss me Bela",Mahir said breathing heavily and kissed me again.

I kissed him back now...I wanted to kiss him so badly,and let the girls know that he is my man.

My man..he is mine..body,heart,soul...everything..he is mine!!

I broke the kiss when I felt too much attention on us.We both were breathing heavily and Mahir closed his eyes feeling the heat of our kiss.

"What...what was that Mahir?"I asked.

"Answer to all your questions,I will miss you every second Bela..I will miss you very badly.Even for me it was like a hell when I was in NY",Mahir told kissing my temple.

He wiped my tears and removed his jacket.He made me wear it.

"Just hug this jacket when ever you miss me",he said zipping it.

"Then I need to put it on me for all the three days",I said smiling.

"I love you Bela..I will miss you,come soon",he said pecking my lips.

"I love you too..I will come soon Mahir,I will call you after reaching there.And Mahira..please tell her a bed time story",I said giggling and wiping my tears.

"Yeah..I need to learn some",Mahir said hugging me tight.

"OK Mahir..it's time,I need to go",I said.

"Go Bela..have a safe journey",he said and sat in his car.

I could see moisture in his eyes.He was trying his best  not to cry.

I was going inside with a heavy heart,I turned around and saw Mahir telling something to those girls who were just eye raping him.

I narrowed my eyes at them..why is he talking with them.

I shrugged off all those thoughts and went inside sniffing my Mahir's jacket.

I will miss him like a hell,but I'm so scared for Mahira.

Hope she does good without me.
